I Forgot My Gmail Username / Email Address

• Go to Gmail Sign‑in Page → Open Gmail and click on Forgot email?
• Enter Recovery Info → Type your recovery phone number or recovery email linked to your account.
• Verify Identity → Follow the on‑screen instructions (This may include entering your full name or a verification code sent to your phone/email.)
• Get Username → Once verified, Google will display the Gmail address(es) associated with your recovery info.

My Gmail Account Has Been Hacked

• Go to Google Account Recovery → Visit Google Account Recovery and try to log in.
• Change Password Immediately → If you still have access, reset your password to something strong and unique.
• Check Security Settings → Review recovery phone/email, recent activity, and remove suspicious devices from your account.
• Enable 2‑Step Verification → Turn on two‑factor authentication to protect against future hacks.

I Accidentally Deleted My Gmail Account

• Go to Google Account Recovery → Visit Google Account Recovery .
• Sign in with Deleted Account → Enter the email address of the deleted account.
• Follow Verification Steps → Confirm your identity using recovery phone/email or security questions.
• Restore Account → If eligible, Google will let you recover the deleted Gmail account (usually possible within a short time after deletion).

I Am Not Receiving Gmail Verification Codes

• Check Spam/Promotions Folder → Sometimes codes land in the wrong tab or folder.
• Verify Recovery Info → Make sure your recovery phone/email is correct in Google Account settings.
• Ensure Network & SMS Delivery → If codes are sent to your phone, check your signal, restart your device, and confirm your carrier isn't blocking short codes.
• Try Alternate Method → Use backup codes, Google Authenticator, or another recovery option if SMS/email isn't working.
