I registered a complaint 25 days ago about not working of AC but not any response till date. Worst service response.
About complaint
I have registered a complaint on 16 August 2022 but till date 23 August 2022 no response about that. Poor service response.

MY A/C IC NOT COOLING IT IS WORKING 5 MIN AND IT WILL AUTOMATICALY CUT OFF FOR 5 MIN

I HAVE PURCHASED A O GENERAL SPLIT 1.5 TON AC FROM MANISH SALES GWALIOR DISTRIBUTOR ON 14/04/2022. BUT IT IS NOT DOING COOLING AFTER INSTALLATION. MANY TIMES I HAVE DONE COMPLAINTS WITH DEALER, SERVICE CENTER GWALIOR AND O GRNRRSK COMPANY ALSO.
BUT PROBLEM NOT RESOLVE TILL TODAY.

Iys very unfortunate to take you services. I have paid almost 10000₹ till now for the 4 times rectification of same fault within a month. but still its faulty. yout technician are demanding more 7 to 12 thousands rupees for the same problem. its just one year before I purchased it.you are just working on hit and trial method.firstly the changed outer fan motor charged 5800₹ than 630₹ for wire just after one day fault repeated again now the said PCB is faulty after rectification of PCB they told gas is low this time they charged 3400₹ .just after one day again Samr fault replaced this time they said PCB is again faulty pay 7 to 12 thousands for rectification. its over 2 week they have taken the parts .please look into the matter I can not pay again and again for the same fault. or refund my previous amount.

WINDOW AC NOT WORKING
I HAD PURCHASED A WINDOW O GENERAL AC OF 1.2 TON, SINCE INSTALATION, IT IS NOT WORKING. IT IS UNDER WARRANTY AND NOT GETTING COOLING. IT IS REQUIRED IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION OF THE COMPLAINT.

Cooling issue

I have purchased 1.5 ton ac on 23rd March 2019.
AC cooling is not proper. I tried to contact to customer care but I couldn’t contact. I already mailed to customer care but till now haven’t got any reply. I am very disappointed from O general service & it’s a very reputated co. but it’s service is not like that.

Complain about window ac
Bad smells from ac all time when we started ac bad smelling air passes from ac and we can't tolerate the Bad odour.we r afraid about germs and bacteria with bad odour from ac and we can't stared the ac...
Compressor is not working
So many times I have complained and my ref no. Is this(Dear Customer, your Service Call No. LKC115042000004 is registered, Happy code : 252, Unhappy code : 179. It will be attended shortly.) And my purchase date is 11th July 2018. The authorised person of your service centre has told me to pay 17500 rs for new compressor else complained to toll free no. I have complained two times to your toll free no. But still not getting proper response. Please do the need full else I have to complaint this to consumer foram.
Air conditioner problem
We didn't expect from Japan product which I purchased on 17 march 2019, it was not working May & serviced than again July month got board problem and they changed after one month now 7 April 20 onwards it's not working since then, I had logged many complaints but no satisfying solution given. AC bought in Feb.this year; Not Working...
This is to inform you that (1.5 Ton) OGENERAL WAC was purchased on '22-Feb.-2020' {Model-AXGT18FHTC-B} from ARVEE SALES, Central Market, Lajpat Nagar-2, New Delhi.
The branded AC, OGeneral becomes dysfunctional after its first use, this month and needs urgent service.

Poor Services of Ogeneral A/C

I am writing here to inform you all guys, not to buys O general AC because of its poor qualities of hardware/Services. My experience with this AC is very bad,
I purchase 1 ton Split AC from Noida, Just after completing its one year of its service life AC start sucking my blood, In Last two summer my AC break down thrice (means total 5 -6 times in two years)and each times cost of its refiling and its gas filling charges cost me around 5800 INR, R412 Gas is very costly. O generals Charges 3200 INR + 18% tax + 1650 Engineer charges,
So on an average, i need to spend 5800 X 3= 17400 INR yearly to run O GENERAL AC.

Sir i have purchased a window ac in 15/05/2018 and i have complained so many times at the customer care number but from there I can’t get any response, so pls resolve my problem.
