Complaint for DTC buses , avoiding stoppages through ashram flyo

Greetings of the day !
This is urgent to bring in your kind notice that we use the bus stop of Maharani bagh bus stop to take buses for Mayur vichaar phase 3 at 7.00 am mostly passengers are associate with school timings.
We are not seeing any busses for mayur vihaar in this time slot . Before there was very good service and frequency for mayur vihaar , but now we are 8n doubt that in this time drivers are using direct flyover from ashram and avoiding n leaving bus stop of maharani bagh towards mayur vihaar specially route no. 611.
Kindly look into the matter & check it & resolve the problem . We will be obliged .

AGAINST MISSBEHAVING BY BUS CONDUCOR

TODAY I WAS GOING TO MY OFFICE BY BUS NO. DL-1PD-6101 BLUE AC BUS ROUTE QAMRUDDIN NAGAR TO NIZAMUDDIN DATED: 25/10/2022 TIME 11.10 AM. WHILE TAKING MY TICKET I GAVE TO CONDUCTOR MONEY FOR TICKET AND SUDDENLY HE REFUSED AND SHOUTED ON ME. HIS BEHAVIOUR IS NOT GOOD WITH ALL PASSENGER WHO WERE TAKING TICKET AND WHEN I CONVINCE HIM TO GIVE ME TIKCET THEN HE HID AGAIN MISSBEHAVE WITH ME , HE SAID TAKE YOUR TICKET AND HE BED TO ME DIWALI BONUS AND HE SAID GO AND I SUBMIT MY COMPLAINT NO ONE TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM

No safety for bus
I am going towards the badarpur border in bus all the women seated are taken by the gents when i told to the bus conductor he sad take the seat by your self and secondly i told to the Marshall she also didn't take any action about it even she didn't get from her seat also and didn't take any action at all my question is that if there is not a rule for the reservation of seat for the girls so why are you saying that there is a reservation.

Bus driver and conductor was very mannerless
Me ,my husband and my sister was at the dholi Piao bus stop waiting for the bus.DL-IPD 5958 Bus came there and he jst stoped the bus do not stop there and they just oped their door,till then my husband and sister ran and catch the bus but when I was trying to go inside they closed the door and gone very far.When My husband was requesting him to stop the bus so,they started shouting and quarrelling..I was running that they will open the door,after few minutes they opened it..When I got into the bus..The conductor started shouting at me..We finally get down from the bus.
So,my complain is about both bus driver and conductor..they do not stop the bus at bus stop and also they do misbehave with the passengers.

Not open gate on bus stand and argue with us
Yesterday i am coming from gtk by pass to ashok nagar when a bus reached in stand DLP1PC 9583 reached at bus stand but driver are not open the door all the passengers requested him yo ooen the gate but he is not listening any other and bus take go next stand all the passengers continue told why u r not stoping but driver continues argue with all the passengers bus route number is 165A towards anand vihar timing ariund 6.00 om. there any rule and punishment for this if any passenger not take ticket by huge rush then ticket checker fine that person 200 rupees but as I saw many times driver not stop the bus in ashok nagar near tr Sgawney bus stand. They are playing songs in Bluetooth speaker in buses but there no one is checking this is this such a poor condition of our government specially delhi state government is the government of criminals
Why not open door and what's the time of buses

Today i am coming from noida sec 37 to badarpur border suddenly a bus reached in stand DLP1PC 3326 reached at bus stand but driver and conducter not open the door untill another bus not aarive and passed the noida sec 37 bus stand is there any rule and punishment for this if any passenger not take ticket by huge rush then ticket checker fine that person 200 rupees but as I saw many times from noid 37 to badarpur border conductor and ticket checker are deducted and played songs in Bluetooth speaker in buses but there no one is checking this is this such a poor condition of our government specially delhi state government is the government of criminals
Complaint regarding this bus number
Today while traveling in DtC orange bus no DL1PD 3146. The passenger are touching their shoulders and starting abusive language. This is totally ridiculous the staff in this bus. I request you to only appoint male staff as females are not able to handle the situation. This is very insane people are keep on asking one question again & again when the bus will be started. The passenger has created a scene.
Then suddenly from one passenger started shouting and touching me. " Tu kaun haan and abusing me. I request to take immediate action against this.

Bus didn't stop when the other bus got out of order.
Respected Sir/Ma'am,
Today at around 7:40 when I was travelling in an A.C bus with Bus no.:611, the bus got out of order at "R K Khanna Tennis Stadium" Bus stand. A "623" was standing right behind it and as both buses share almost similar routes many passengers got down from the damaged bus 611 to board 623 and were asking the driver of 623 to open the gates so that everyone could get in however he didn't open the gates even though the bus was almost empty and went off. After a minute another "611" came which was even more empty and everyone tried to signal the driver to stop the bus by hand but the bus just went off without stopping.
Because of this everyone had to face a lot of inconvenience and everyone had to manage to go either on foot or according to their preference. A lot of time was wasted due to this. If the buses would have stopped and would have let us get in then we could have reached our destinations safely and conveniently.
So, sir it is my humble request to make it mandatory for bus drivers to stop the bus if any bus has got out of order.
Bus conductor does not give change of money
Bus number 0999 in this, the bus conductor was not giving the change of money. First he said I give then finally when my stand came he told me that I don't have change of money and he kept total money from me which I gave him and his behaviour was very bad to me when i ask for my rest change of money he said ('nahi hai chutte pese kaha se lau, DTC wale sirf 100 k chutte dete hai,) ticket was only 5 rupees. Keshopur depot to PVR vikaspuri and finally my stand came or i went to my stand. So I requested to you that take action on this activity.

Bus conductor not to permitted passenger for travel

Today DL1PC 8370 BUS CONDUCTOR NOT PERMITTED PASSENGERS FOR TRAVEL IN THE BUS.
BUS Route 1:40 time Karawal nagar to Nand Nagri Depot. When we told we are from nand nagri side why you stop us then roudly told all passengers JAO BUS KHARAB HAI NHI BAITHATA... They are Public Servant how could they behave like that with public and deal with public.
Please take appropriate step against this and give him a lesson.

Complaint against bus driver
I want to lodge a complaint against the bus driver of bus no DL 1PC 8294 in route Anand parvat to Kalyanpur main bus stand. He did not stop the bus on stand when many people with me requested him by giving hand signal.
Most of the driver do not stop bus at Kalyanpuri bus stand while coming from Anand parvat to Kalyanpuri main bus stand because of this passengers have to suffer and wait for next time for long time. Passenger try to take bus from this stand to save their time as the passenger try to reach office on time.
Second problem is that some driver ask passenger to get down at kalyanpur more instead of taking passenger at main bus stand.
This is a very hard time in this corona pendamic. Passenger are already facing many problem in their life. I request you to make bus traveling easy and safer. I also request you to instruct your dtc staff to cooperate with public and stop tha bus on each bus stand.

Hii, I m neeru I m from mangolpuri terminal, and my complaint is that there is no bus timing, the service of bus no 940 has no fix timing, today many passenger suffer for this bus, I was waiting there from 8:34 and I got the bus at 9:50 and in 74 minutes there was only three bus run, 1st bus at 8:47, 2nd bus at 9:17 and third bus at 9:50,and this things was daily happen, the bus driver and conductor have doing time pas for minimum half hours after dropping the bus, plzzz listen my complaint, and there was many passenger who suffer

Respected sir, yesterday I was traveling by najafgarh root bus and the behaviour of the bus conductor was pathetic. I by mistake got off at wrong station, and bus started moving slowly, so i ran and catch the bus, but the conductor started shouting on me. I know i should have not run like this but this dosnet give the permission to conductor to shout and use abusive language. He infont of the whole people in bus started shouting very loudely. I regret traveling, and if i had money i won't use this bus facility to travel. I didn't even said a single word , but conductor kept on shuting and later even used abusive language. I don't know the name of the name of the conductor, please if you have recording just go through it, you will see everything in that camera recoding.
