The product I ordered has not been delivered yet,even though the expected delivery time has passed. I ordered it on 26/08/2026 and the delivery time shown was on 26/08/2026, 27/08/2026 and so on... But has not received till this time.

Now it's showing that, the stock is unavailable, then why it was not mentioned when I placed the order? I got other products i ordered along with it, but the serum which costs around 400/- is not yet delivered. It's been around 5 days.

The worst service provider purplle is never helpful to the customer whatsapp only number 8002/58/59-70xxxxx (what'sapp only) as their delivery agent ....

I received a damaged product. It is not in proper condition and cannot be used. The product i order was all leaked because of that whole box is damaged and cannot be used. Kindly replace the product or provide a refund as soon as possible.

Hi...purplle...i ordered 4 items from here on 16 july....and have not received yet....I got messages that I will receive the order...but still not getting it. One day a delevery boy called and said I don't know about your Village...and speaking from 23 kilometres...not trying to reach me..and making excuses.... said him to give my order...10 days passed....one year ago the same problem happened with me..and my order got cancelled automatically.u really disappointed me...purplle.

Every morning I get a message saying my order will be delivered, and by evening it changes to "delivery missed" and asks me to reschedule. This has happened three times. The birthday has already passed, and I couldn't give the gift. Now I can't even cancel the order so I can buy it from another app. This has been very frustrating, and I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Bhut hi ghatiya online shopping app hai damage item diya 15 june ko delivery time hi accept nhi kiye cancel ho chuka again delivery v nhi diya or naa hi refund Kiya. Never belive on this app bkwas ghatiya nd fully fraud. Naa hi complaint register ho rha na customer support no hai.
