You just have to wait patiently and keep doing hard work, after a appropriate views and subscriber on video and channel (respectively ) you will notice that you channel appears on search nd you video appears on search but remember on thing that you tube provides the video on the top which have highest views like in a ascending order
In order to make your video on top after search you have to make your video content popular and to gain highest views on the video which you have search because there is a lot of competion with your video in order to make it on top make a good and popular video so that the video gains top views on the topic you have made the vidoe.

The views on my each and every video are deleting on regular basis ,whenever these increase suddenly almost 3/4 views are deleting ,speciaaly on my last 3 videos.
