Again after one days more person called me and told that he is calling from crime branch and that he has a video of mine in the handset of the suspects involved in some crime and I should immediately delete the video from YouTube if you have send 11000/ INR otherwise 98% vedio is completed and we uploaded.

Again last week one more person called me and told that he is calling from Gurgoan Delhi crime/TN branch and that he has a video of mine in the handset of the suspects involved in some crime and I should immediately delete the video from YouTube if I am not to face any trouble in the case.He has also provided me one person's no. Who he says he knows in YouTube and will help me in deleting the video.Now when I called that person in YouTube he says that the video has been downloaded 95percent and he will keep it in hold till i arrange and pay him rs 21500/-.
so that once I pay he will delete the video from uploading in YouTube.
I request you to kindly guide me in this matter and to delete any video if so ever it is uploaded in YouTube.

Same thing happened to me

Same thing happened to me yesterday! This can be a scam.
Because why would YouTube care ask for money for deleting the video? And even if the Crime branch wants to delete or block some video or profile they can do it by themselves, for that purpose only Cyber crime is working. Why will they seek help from others? Moreover youtube Will not ask money for deleting videos. For example, if any video is being uploaded in YouTube and that violates your rights and privacy then you can report the video by mentioning the valid reason then the YouTube will verify that video and the user who uploaded the video in next 24hours. If the reason for reporting is valid then they will delete the video and take proper action on the channel. But even I am not sure how to solve this but I didn’t respond any calls from those scammers again.
