green line issue and worst company ever in terms of service

My OnePlus 8t mobile handset has green line issue popping up before 2 days and the service centre employee suggested that, I should repair my back glass which was broken 1.5 years before the green line issue popped up.how sensible is it to repair the back glass(4-5k INR) and then apply for the green line issue replacement? Back panel glass and the front display are not related to each other.And if they were related then the problem should have appeared 1.5 years before when the back glass panel was damaged.

I was a fan of one plus and my whole family is a one plus user.and if this problem is not solved free of cost this will be our last one plus product.And i suggest everyone to start a chain to boycott one plus in india.

Not satisfactory service from oneplus

as oneplus has a good brand value in market as a product but very pathetic as per the service.. Consumers alway go with the brand value but they always recommand to others on the basis of services not the brand value so please focus on your costumer service too not only the product.. I'll never buy oneplus again and truly not recommend to anyone to go with oneplus.. Please not just sale the product make the healthy relation with customer to provide a good service too

30 days back i purchased one plus 55" tv via flipkart. Now its display got damaged with out any physical damages. I tried to call customer service unfortunately no one attending.it is very worst experience from one plus side that a branded tv got complaint with in 30 days of purchase and no responsibility for the seller and customer service. I want to complain about one plus 9R phone. I Bought the phone on 17-10-2021 and i take one year warrenty service , In this one year phone works very efficient, but after this one year i am having the problem of green line on the screen why it was happening after out of warrenty? Who can be paid the cost of repair no problem in my side it is software issue u can resolve this issue free of cost.

Product (Oneplus TV Yseries 43cm) was purchased on 13-03-2022 from Amazon & just in a span of 6months the display of the screen is Yellow, black and white screen & Flickering/Flashing screen.

On raising an request for repair a technician had comedown from some 3rd party (Jeeves) who claimed the display has gone & the display panel is not available in stock & it would take about a week to 10 days time & post that its the 18th day from the day of Complaint none of them are bothered.

While connecting to Oneplus Support they claim to check with Amazon since the product was purchased from them & parallelly when connect with amazon they claim to check with the brand (Oneplus) since they are just the sellers.

Would further request to take some immediate actions!

Worst Service From Technician and Once they come for service they are not ready to solve the issue to make money they will come. Also technician raised the complaint Behalf of me stating screen replacement and after 15 days he called me and said new TV is coming give transportation fees. Once TV came he came with only the screen and now my TV is not working properly and its switching off continuously.

Now calling to Customer care they are saying TV is not replaced. So i need support on this for new TV as confirmed by technician his name Mohan Kumar NK number .

Now saying call to One plus customer care and now that persons are not supporting for us for replacement.

OneTV Repair

I have decided to make this public. I have logged a complaint regarding my Q! TV on Nov 30, where my TV screen got damaged. Since the TV is not covered under warranty, I have agreed to pay for the part. The engineer (who supposed to be a local third party) initially told me that I have to pay for the spare, which is around Rs. 40,000/- towards the spares and the payment has to be done to the vendor not to the Oneplus. This was not agreed by me and moreover which OEM on this earth will charge you even before repairing? It has been than 45 days since I have logged my complaint and till date it was not repaired.
When I called Oneplus Customer care on 7th Jan to follow up on the status, and was that there is shortage of spares.
Again on 12th Jan 2022, when I tried follow up with oneplus customer, to my surprise I was told that my completed which was logged on Nov 30, 2021 was closed.
This is really not something should be accepted and request Oneplus team to quickly look into this issue and also bring it up to the public to rethink before buying Oneplus products
