Money deducted from my BOI A/c for failed transaction.

I tried to book e-ticket using IRCTC on 22-Jul-2013 from Dhanbad to Allahabad in Shipra Express(22912), but the transaction failed and thus PNR No. not generated.
Even though money deducted from my BOI A/c for failed transaction.
I was making the payment through Bank of India(BOI) debit card via ICICI Bank payment gateway.
Its been more than three days that amount to be refunded approved but till now money is not credited to my account.

This is very surprise and harassment to get a thathkal ticket.
And cant believe, whether really a thathkal ticket is done by e-ticketing or not.

IRCTC Cheats Users with their Pathetic System issues

IRCTC,

Not listening to the customer and instead giving all false information is not helping.
This shows why people complaint and are not happy with IRCTC service.
I have tried to book ticket and on the payment page it got hung, however the amount got deducted without any confirmation of booking and also i had checked the booked history which didnt show any transaction. After 1 hr i get phone message that my ticket is booked . When i had asked explanation for this, IRCTC agents were rude and didn't help me in this regard instead was giving me some excuses for not refunding my amount.
This case needs to be escalated and the agents whom i spoke to were rude.
Request IRCTC to call me and explain the failure on your side instead of giving me some excuses on the mail in a hurry to close the ticket.

I am Upinder singh, and my pnr no is 8112371634, Train Name is Mallwa express, From New delhi to Jammu Tawi, canlled the reservation ticket and they cut my amount is 270 instead of 150. According to your rules 5 passenger (Rs 30 per passenger) when i am telling this point to your customer care he says me to go railways reservation centre then you told him. He can't help me against this problem.

Please rectify this issues other wise i am complaint against on the consumer court.

i booked 5 tickets by trichy express to trichy on 04-05-2013 train no 16853 to travel on 15-05-2013 and a sum of rs.996-24 was withdrawn from my sbi account. but the transaction was cancelled due to some error and i have to book again.but the amount of rs.996-24 has not yet been refunded to me i request that my refund may kindly be expedited. thank you.

They took the amount of 1231.24 Rs deducted from my bank account. But the tickets are cancelled on time due to Waiting List cancellation. They didn't informed or message was also not sent by them declaring that your tickets are cancelled.
The amount is not yet refunded also why they are deducting Rs. 131.24 whereas the cancellation was done at IRCTC end.
My amount is deducted Rs. 1231.24
and there status is saying to refund only Rs. 1100.0

Please let me know why they are not refunding the full amount of the ticket purchased.

Dear All,

As we all know that the corruption plays an important role in India and almost all government services are involved in it. IRCTC is one of them. So I would like to request you all that do not trust to IRCTC web-site for your important visits and just hire an agent and give some extra amount to him for ensuring your journey comfortably.

I have over 10 years of working experience in IT field and I understand easily why people are not able to book there tickets through IRCTC web-site.

I just want to tell to all the corrupt people of this country that you are going into hell and your life will be worst in near future. You people will suffer from lot of deceases and your wife's will betray you. If God is real than he must punished you all corruptionists.

Nearly more than 2 months has crossed from the date of filling the TDR "PASSENGER NOT TRAVELLED"for my not travelling in my ticket PNR No:8207752771 (transaction ID. 0590204925)for train Ganeswari Super Delux journey dt.24.11.12 from LTT to Raipur.

After once rejecting my refund amount i have given all details i.e. i travelled on other train on the same day same time, but still my TDR is pending. Please let me know how long it takes to solve this matter.

IRCTC not refunded cancelled ticket amount

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that I have cancelled two tickets on 20-Dec-2012 vide 0579006899 and 0579003144. On IRCTC website, this is showing that the amount is refunded in account but if i check bank statement, there is no refund found. I also e-mailed to IRCTC and PNB (the bank from transaction performed) regarding refund. But they are not doing needful to resolve the issue. Instead they are saying that they have been made refund against cancellation. Now, my question is if the amount is credited then why am I not able to see that in my bank statement? Please take some action.

Deducting extra money
