Kyc Documents

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a consultant in taxation. Our many clients (those are new investors) wants to go SIP in HDFC for 5 to 10 years but in our City (Alwar) Rajasthan KYC documents was not made by any registered office i.e Karvy, Cams, Reliance, UIT etc. and HDFC SIP application can't be submit without KYC.
please reply in our mail ID that what can i do, thus those clients were made SIP in HDFC.

Dear Sir/Madame Folio No.475329/40HDFC Infra Structure Fund Please refer my folio no. given above. I am one of your member of Infrastructure Growth Scheme. I was repeatedly asking your Registrar to change my Bank Acount fom 20003660192 SBI, Tank Factory Road (HVF Avadi) Chennai-600 054 to 20000730345 SBI at Tank Factory Road (HVF Avadi) Chennai-600 054. But it is seen that no progress is seen in this matter. (i) After four long years also, my investment is not grown. The amount is still at Rs.15,000/- only, which I have invested four years back. Thanks to all those who have occupied the managers chair and left without thinking about the investors. A no. of directors might have vacated the seats after enhancing their pant's wasteline and pay packets. But the poor investors are tightening their belts. Can you tell me what is the reason behind it ? (ii) So far no statements or AGM reports have recieved in print or through e- mail. Is it not logical to ask an AGM reort ? (iii) For on-line transaction myself tried but the above folio no. is showing as " wrong". Could you please tell me whether my folio no . is active or.....? Hopeless service from HDFC!!!

I am extremely disappointed by services from HDFC Mutual fund.

I have been requesting for my invesment reciept to submit as
investment proof for tax computation. But even after repeated requests
I am unable to recieve the soft copy of document. Also I tried calling
the agent (Dipti patil) from whom I had taken the policy umpteen
number of times, but she seems to be never interested in answering my
calls at any time of the day. Also when I called her up from landline and confronted her for her misbehavior she rudely hung up on me. I also tried calling the customer care
mumber on weekdays between 9.30 a.m.- 6.30 p.m., but the funniest
thing is Iget a message at 12.30 p.m. that "Sorry this service is only
available from 9.30 am- 6.30 p.m. !!!". I am so sick and tired of
following up and so disappointed by poor service that I am planning to
discontiniue with HDFC Mutual Funds.
