it is totally unacceptable & unfair , i have purchased laptop studio 1435 (Service Tag: BTTK3BS | Express Service Code: 25747771096) in year 2009 , Now my laptop having some issue for same i contacted customer support according them no support available for this model now.so within 4-5 years my laptop use less & my 50000 rupees went in hail. I bought a Dell Venue Thunder mobile and after 3 months the mobile get complaint. And replace my mobile with new one from an authorized service center (Accel Frontline, Dell Service Center in Mettukada ,Thiruvananthapuram kerala INDIA). The new mobile given from service center was a complained one, i adjust to use the mobile almost 8-9 month after of that, there is so many problem find in my mobile, so i again send my mobile for servicing via an authorized service center (Accel Frontline Vellayambal Thiruvananthapuram kerala INDIA) on 19-Mar-2013. But my mobile not return yet.

This is regarding my INSPIRON 5050 Laptop (Service Tag-2zxppr1, express service code-6526507933). I was very happy in purchasing this laptop 6 or 7 months back. But with the passage of time I encountered with the series of technical snag in the system. After two months, the LDC has been starting blacking out several times. I lent the help of technical guy from Technical Department and I was informed that there was some java updater issue. One week later, I encountered with microsoft office problem and yet again I called technical department to sort out the issues and they were resolved. These series of issues I experienced with many times. Every time I performed what the technician guided to do.

These (two) problems persist simultaneously and I called Mr. Ganesh and then transferred to Mr Sachin to resolve. Ganesh was good to resolve the issue and Mr Sachin who is the senior of Ganesh treated me badly for the resolution. I spent Rupees 35000 to purchase and but the services I am getting are very poor and I am very very disappointed with my system. Moreover Dell is known for its first rate services, but practically I am unable to get

Dell Aero is Hell

DELL AERO cell phone is a very bad product made in china. It has touch screen problem , memory card stops detecting,border and bottom portion of touch screen goes bad within 2-3 months of usage which makes handicapped in typing text and accepting/rejecting incoming call and so on more issues boss... i personally have got repaired/replaced my dell aero cell 3 times within my warranty period and found developing same touch screen issues all the time.

1. Registration are available on WWW.DELL.CO.IN but dell exculsive store employee(Mr Amit, phone number 9013448623) told dell india stop this service for

dell.co.in it can register from compuindia.com

2. I had received a mail dated 20th Nov 2012 5:13 PM from compuindia.com confirming my purchase of laptop with order number *********2.
Later on when i did not received my laptop after three working days i contacted dell store where i was told that it was under processing and it will be

delivered to me very soon.

After several attempt to make contact to Dell Exclusive Store, Nehru on 24th Nov 2012 i was told that my order number *********2 has been cancelled as

the order number was not having an invoice number.

I was later issued new purchase order number: *********3 details of which are as following:

I have not received an email confirming new purchase order even till date although I had requested them send me the confirmatory email of the same.
I would like to know why my purchase order number was changed and who is to be held responsible for it.

4. My laptop is register on Dealer name.(When i contacted Dell Service Centre (phone number: 18004254051) regarding the spot i was asked for Service TAG

number and when i provided them the number i was told that the supplied TAG number belonged to a laptop which was purchased by someone else (i.e. i am not

the owner of the laptop) and i have been told that the laptop was purchased 135 days ago.)

5. When i started my laptop it is having a white spot on the screen.

6. The model supplied to me is having an opening near Right Side Speaker which means the laptop has been tempered earlier.

7. 18-october-2013 expire date of dell on site warranty But by laptop is deliver on 26-Nov-2012 (information gather from dell service center)

8. Dell provide replace whole dell laptop in 90 day if u have any issue in dell laptop( but irresponsibilty of dell Exclusive store sale 135 days old Laptop.

First of all I appreciate your prompt responses and thankful for bringing up the support, resolution.
Actually Sudhanwa, when I had the communication with you via phone in regards of phone swap in the last incident as I was moving out for couple of months and you make an arrangement of swap at Saturday late evening.I made it clear that my most of the time duration out of the warranty period I spent by struggling with the device.

In continuation my phone has been swapped 3 times within 11 months and every time I have been assured from the Dell's with the commitment of the tested product. But if the issued product itself is recycled/refurnished the reliability of the product is always doubtful.

If the same product fails to meet the desired performance 3 times in a row with the same customer, Nothing can be a worse and painful experience for him with the gazets.

I have maintained all the previous interaction records as well the swap Challans which you can refer for the better understanding of case.

I have already intimated about the display issue to the local service center within the 48 hours of swap delivery.

If the problem persists Dell replace the device without going for any repairs good..... but again, its manufacturer responsibility to make assured of the continuation of product success as they are one of the world's most reliable brand and from my opinion it is Dell's responsibility to first assure the customer with the best product which meet all the desired expectations at least in this case. I expect the correct resolution by issuing well tested swapped product under the warranty covers as well I would be interested as well in extending up the service warranty by the insurer in lieu of which I am agreeing to pay the applied warranty extension charges.

Every time If I have been facing up the problem and losing up the period of warranty on the product due to the unavailability of the swap device at a Dell service store, by considering above all the situation I am not convinced that I should be liable to pay any charge to Dell.

Its pathetic for a customer to do the follow up for something where he is not at all responsible.
None of the express mail service company takes more than 3 days to deliver the goods & its been almost a month since I am chasing you people. I won't get the delivery in next 24 hours. I am forced take legal action and accelerate through the consumer forum and media against you and your company...It would be the 3rd replacement of the product in a row.

There should be promising commitment level for courtesy sake as being a world largest manufacturer of computers and smart phone.
Your treatment to your patronage customer's disappoints and I am extremely irritated now.

There is completely nonsense happened there. I have gone to dell service center with some problem. They took one week time and said cured the problem. After going to home, it was not worked properly. and again i have gone to dell center. they gave teperaury solution. Again coming to home, I have got the same problem continuously. They ar continuously wasting my time and man power. They are testing anything and they agreed to change the mother board, but actually it was not changed.

So, Please do not go dell service center., even you are having warranty service. It is not like Lenova service center.

I am suffering for Dell Service, I have purchased a Dell XCD35 ( IMEI: 355404040239811 ) through Flipkart online, on 11-19-2012. I am very much satisfied with the product, But now Extremely disappointed for not getting the service support. Two months back my hand set automatically switch off after that I can't switch on the unit, its showing only Dell symbol while switching on instead off booting. during the month of April 2012 ,

I have purchased a Dell InSPIRATION 4110 ( BHAYSAM CIRCLE - SASHIVANAGAR ) DELL SHOWROOM for my home on No : 7825 08622 ; dell order no : 840641804 ; invoice no : 8040474166. But within the span of a 15 days, the ethernet port was faulty. I have approached the customer care through mob but it took them long time to reply. finally after doing all the non sense basic trouble shooting done at the otherend of the shore, the customer care gay ,agreed to sent Engineer. the problem was rectified. But with 30days, some other problem surfaced , and again the old problem the old system was followed like basic trouble shooting and many to follow the suit. But the Customer care could notable to identify the problem. So We took the laptop to the Dell service centre ( JC road, banglore) where the Mother board was gone faulty. here mother board was faulty and was replaced as it was under warrenty. With a week another problem surfaced and this time it was again the ethernet port problem. The customer care agent could not able to rectify the problem, so we took it to Dell showroom ( JC Road, Bangalore) . the Engineer did not visit this time, as the call centre rejected and assured us that there is a problem with the isp end.When we throughy check from ISP end, the problem was surfaced from Dell end itself. I have purchased one Dell Laptop during February, 2011 which bears Expres Service Code 13173564376 and Service Tag No. 61V77BS. Within the short span of about one and half a year, the same started malfunctioning and the backup supply provided therein, is no more functioning. The Laptop was purchased from the N. F. Railway Emplpoyees co-Operative Soc iety Ltd. located at Rest Camp, Pandu, Guwahati-781 012, Assam.
While purchasing, an authorised service personel, namely Sri A. Banerjee and his mobile number was written in my warranty card but, despite several efforts he could not be contacted compelling me to lodge the complaint to customer care No. 1800 425 0088 on 01.8.2012.
Obviously, a question arises, as to why the N. F. Railway Emplpoyees co-Operative Soc iety Ltd. do not maintain a liaison with local Authorised service agencies for attending the costly equipments for which I have been paying EMSs @Rs.2377x24 months and a customer be misguided at the very time of purchasing and why the matter cannot be referred to an appropriate Consumer Redressal Fiorum at National forum.

I am Ayon Bir, I bought a Dell Aero Mobile on 30/07/2011 since
then there were touch and software problem in my phone. I went to the
service center in Kolkata and get it replaced. Again the problem has
coped up in my new handset and again I went to service center on
1/6/2012 and resister a complain there(Issued ID -473).

Later on the authorities at the service center informed me after a
month on 2/7/2012 that i need to contact another person and they gave

there but on calling on that number I could only hear "Extension
OOOOO... Plz Wait Transfer cannot be completed plz try again later"
Sir, I called in the above number about 20 to 30 times but i could
hear only the things above.

I called again at the service center and they gave me this e-mail
address. Sir, I am sorry to inform you that I am feeling that I have
been unnecessary harassed " why should a customer have to go from one
door to another" what's the purpose of a service center then.

Your engineer visited us.Firstly he was unble to detect the problem.Then he replaced screen and the motherboard.I thought that the issue is resolved.But then again the keyboard stopped working.All the USB ports stopped working.If i atttach any external media then the laptop used to restart.Afterso much calls and complain the keyboard was replaced.Optical Disk Drive was also replaced by the servicecentre.

Now again such problems are cropping.What sort of Repair work was carried out by your engineer and the service centre.Is this the sort of product Dell Suc a Reputed Company Offers

I am a teacher by profession teaching 5000 studentsand my brother is a lawyer in Supreme Court .you dont even know what the image of your company will be once i declare this to them.I am totally harassessed by this.You can do whatever you like with this hell system.I want full replacement of the system else i will file a legal suit against your company.

I have ordered Dell laptop and along with that i have also ordered byte-DM5710BT Bluetooth headset. From the first day itself i had problem with the headset. The audibility is not continuous, it keeps on breaking at regular interval. I have to disconnect and connect it every time for a new song or when i play video on youtube or from other sites..I have contacted the customer care but no one could solve the problem..kindly provide me with a permanent solution...

dell parts changed during service

Hello there,
i have a dell laptop inspiron n4010 and it was bought in india. i had taken it to the service centre to resolve some issues and they did their work. sadly they replaced some of the original dell parts with other parts. eg- the synaptics touchpad was replaced with alps pointing device and hence the drivers dont work for it. same goes to the network card. i need to get the drivers for the newly installed parts since the old drivers wont work but i need to know the parts that were replaced and the dell website only gives drivers for the conventional laptops in the market.. the service tag is -6RJR6BS.
is there any way you can help me or is there anybody you might know that would have the sufficient information as to the solution.

Hi, I Purchased Dell streak 5 two months back from Navi Mumbai (Kharghar), India. After one month o purchase, It stopped charging through Mains charger. I tried to contact Dell on-line support where I was not provided adequate support. Next I tried to charge through my PC through USB and continued charging till 11th Sep 11 and was able to use the phone. delay in mobile handset replacement

I PURCHASED A DELL AERO HANDSET (IMEI : 354773040037438 ) ON 1 JULY2011 FROM BHASKAR RETAIL SERVICES PVT LTD. JAIPUR

AFTER 1 MONTH OF USING THE HANDSET I STARTED EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH SCREENTOUCH.

ON 2 SEP, I CALLED SERVICE CENTRE TO CONFIRM ABOUT THE NEW HANDSET. THEY ASKED ME TO COME TO SERVICE CENTRE,SO THAT "THEY CAN HAVE A LOOK INTO THE PROBLEM BEFORE REPLACEMENT"

ON 5 SEP, MY HANDSET WAS DEPOSITED WITH SERVICE CENTRE ,AFTER BEING MADE SURE THAT IT WOULD BE REPLACED WITHIN 4 5 DAYS.

NOW AFTER 10 DAYS AND REPEATED CALLING TO SERVICE CENTRE (Mr. UMESH) , THEY TELL ME IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 15 20 DAYS.
NOW I AM LEFT TO FACE THE AGONY OF A SORRY,UNSATISFIED DELL CUSTOMER

THE FACT THAT THIS HAS CAUSED ME A LOT OF INCONVENIENCE. WITH NO MORE PATIENCE FROM MY SIDE AND
POOR SERVICE FACILITY AND CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL FROM DELL.

Worst customer care service

I have ordered Dell laptop and along with that i have also ordered byte-DM5710BT Bluetooth headset.On 26 aug 2011 i received both the things but Bluetooth headset is not working at all. After that I talked to Dell customer care so many times but on that particular time customer care executive says that they will solve the issue but after the call I never got any update about the issue. This is pathetic from a company like dell.I am fed up with calling them again and again and don't know what to do. I have paid full amount while booking dell laptop and components but i don't know why they want me to track with the individual dealer if they have send me the damaged device at first instance itself.Very sad about this and don't know what to do.

I want to bring in your kind notice that I have purchased a Dell Laptop Model No. 15R from Vijay Sales here in Ahmadabad (Gujarat) on 27th June2011. It was working fine for 10 to 15 days but after that it got crashed. I mean to say here that it is still not working and nothing is displaying on screen. we have checked like adopter problem or some other power supply problem. but still not able to boot it again Then I have contacted at Customer care and lodge my complaint regarding but still no body has come to me for checking this. Really its a very strange that so reputed & prestigious company can do. I think whatever you have committed to the customer that all are just for making fools to customer.

Technical issue with TL4000

Hi Team,
We have connected Dell TL4000 on our NAS (non Dell) through SAS card (ATTO), each drive connected individually on separate port, last night we have found blue screen error on our NAS (Local ID 1033) after getting the error server restart and stuck on post initialisation.
We replaced all 4 SAS Cable and ATTO Card but still getting same error, If we do not connect the Library NAS works fine without any error.
