My BSNL Land Line Number 04702633273 is faulty since 16th April, 2014 and the very next day I had been registered the complaint in written to concerned exchange (Avanavanchery tel. exchange, Attingal, Trivandrum Dist, S. Kerala) and submitted over mobile message but I could not have any response to reinstate the problem yet. I had approached BSNL Asst. Divisional Officer, Attingal on 22.07.2014 and submitted a written complaint, unfortunately no one is responded so far and still the telephone is dead. Even if the telephone is dead the routine billing is still on from your side and I never lapsed to pay the bill yet. You may kindly take necessary steps to resolve the complaint.

3G sim not ativated

I was informed by the BSNL office staff that my 3G sim was pre-activated but I have been unable to make/recieve call. Since balance is required I tried to recharge but unfortuately this too could not be performed. When I made enquiry in and around I found that this is becoz my sim has not yet been activated. I consider this as misguidance of the company and also it is necessary that stern action be taken for misguiding customers. I am a customer of NE BSNL(Arunachal Pradesh, Ziro in particular sense).

Sir I was having basic phone 033-25825963 which was applied closure n Sep.2012 but till now no recovery adjusting my security. I now can expect a reply & kindly attend my complaint.

BROAD BAND BILLING COMPLAINT

Sir/Madam, I have paid through internet for yearly subscription for broad band amounting to Rs.2,579/- on 16.02.2013 for 1 GB per month. In March, I want unlimited plan and I have visited the official she told me that you can apply for unlimited plan and differential amount will be paid. I have applied stating that the unlimited plan from March to July-2013. But I am shocked when bill received that Rs.3,380.54 BSNL authority have terminated my yearly subscription paid on 16.02.2013 and for that they have broadband early termination charges Rs.250/- also included in my bill. I have visited the official of BSNL they told me that you have to tell me whether you want yearly or monthly. I have told her that when I have already written in my application that unlimited plan from March-2013 to July-2013 then it is understood what plan I required. They have told me that you can pay monthly rent you may reduce 2100 and then you pay. The amount is Rs.3,380.54 - 2100 - Rs.1,280/- I have to pay. If you calculate that plan for unlimited is Rs.500/- per month and I am government employee the 20% may be reduced from the Rs.500/-. The BSNL authority not guiding me properly and I have paid Rs.2,579/- is invain and no value for this. This may be rectified immediately without delay. CHANDRESH TANK from SURAT.

Deposit taken without any intention of providing services

I had applied for a broadband connection for my residence on 25th October 2012. After 5 days, 3 visits
and payment of a deposit, I was denied of the service, reason being the unavailability in that area.
The lengthy application form that I personally filled on the first day clearly mentions my residence
address where this connection was required. If the company is unable to provide service there, I should
have been told about it on the same/next day by email or phone which is also mentioned in the form.
Instead, the deposit was collected first without the knowledge of whether it is feasible or not. When the
company had no intention of providing the connection why was the money collected?

I had to visit BSNL’s office thrice at various locations and deal with your sickeningly rude staff. I wasted
my precious time, energy and money because of your company’s unprofessional ways. And now, I
have to follow illogical and inconvenient policies of writing a letter to cancel a service that was never
provided to me and expect me to wait for 60 days to get my refund.

No action has been taken by the Nodal Officer in Bangalore even after making several written complaints.

Unwanted SMS and unopted subscription

My Mob no: is 9447303277. I am getting unwanted SMS from BT-ITIMES and a duduction of Rs.10 per week for the last one month. The SMS is showing a link to unsubscribe, but it did'nt works. I am using Pre Paid BSNL 3G connection. I had recharged my BSNL 3G data card before 20 days and It is not connecting since the day I recharged it.

First- I called 9 times to #$)(*&^$%#!*# bSnL custoMER serVicE, however no one able to pick up the call from *&^%%$#@# bsnL GPRS section.

Second - Finally around at the 23rd times call, Some fellow received the call, he/she (whatever doesn’t matter) logged my compliant and said I will get the call from them in 24 hours. FIVE days 5 days) gone however no one called me.

Again I tried around 8 more times to reach there and I came to know that my compliant has been resolved at their end However not at my end. I was still having the same problem.

Third - I called again #$)(*&^$%#!* bSnL custoMER serVicE, and registered second compliant ID and I heard the same #$%^%#@ Speech " said I will get the call from them in 24 hours. However no one called me."

Now only 5 days remaining from my validity periods however I am still facing the same problem and I am waiting a call from #$)(*&^$%#! bSnL custoMER serVicE.

The following are the Reasons which you will always getting from #$)(*&^$%#!* bSnL custoMER serVicE,

1. Network problem
2. Server down
3. Maintenance problem
4. We are having too much complaints
5. Area Problem

None of from #$)(*&^$%#!* bSnL custoMER serVicE people can resolve any complaint in 24 hours.

I would suggest to Indian people, DO NOT GO for Any BSNL Service because the people working are FOOLS, they can’t resolve any complaint as well.

You can Go for other personal service, I agreed it may be slow however you will get the service - Personal Experience.

what the hell are you providing service to us, i bought my kit with 3g enabled Data card. i couldnt able to browse even my Gmail also, it take about 30 minutes to load mail , who will wait until that, I think 2g itself sounds than 3g. i never find any difference b/w the two , My data card often goes to "No Device " though the device has been attached properly in my PC, randomly this Error appears, IT help desk team please work on this and provide a solution. and my Signal always swithc from HSDPA to EDGE, so that i not able to see even my google page also , I hate like anything using bsnl services, Guys please dont believe any advertisement please buy the quality product(other than BSNL) hate to see the sim card too. No outgoing call in duplicate seam

my bsnl sim no. 9434334396 was lost. Hence, a duplicate seam was issued by bsnl red cross street office on 09.04.2012. It could not be activated by the concerned employee due to server problem at that moment. however, it was assured that activation would be done within 24 hrs. But on 10th night it was found that all outgoing calls were locked. A complaint was lodged by me on 11th morning to the bsnl cust. care. But no solution to the problem came out. another complaint doc. no. T11WB1429206 was lodged this morning. It was told to wait wait & wait ......

I don’t know whether you are giving me answer of not, but still asking to you.
I am Ashish Bind, a user (9421747582) of BSNL (really REGRET to choose BSNL), yesterday 9th April 10, 2012 at 8:15 PM approx I call to our customer care center. Check my call duration for the mention date.
First I waited to connect the CC approximately 10 – 15 min (are you satisfied with this timing for general user to connect to CC?), then I asked him 1 simple query i.e.
Why my SMS vouchers take more than 2 days only for receiving sms package confirmation?
But he unable to give me answers, what the hell is going on with this useless customer care!!!!
Then he transfers my call to his SENIOR (Useless) person, now my waiting Journey started for more than 45 minutes!!!! Again hell the senior person who is waited me. Are we useless like your CC?
Sir, I want to ask you, are you really waited for 1 simple question more than 45 minutes? BUT STILL that senior person NOT RECEIVED MY CALL and then I decided to quite.
Then I again do the same procedure next time.
Then again your CC received my call. Now at that time I want to talk with senior person with angrily. Now somebody told to CC hold my call (I heard), is this CC really educated?
I have few queries to you,
1. Do you think I am mad for waiting someone useless senior person more than 45 minutes?
2. Why you’re so called CC person not given me 1 simple answer?
3. Are you really satisfied with this Service rather are you really wait for somebody in your life only for receiving your call more than 45 minutes?
4. What the hell is going on, just look at the other operator’s service e.g. Idea.

Sir,without my concern my mobile balance deduct date 6/4/12.when i talk to your toll free no.they told me the balance deduct beacuse the JOKE site is activated.I am surprised because you check my above mobile detailed i am not activeted this type of site at present or also past.Intersting matter they deduct the amount without my knowledge or they not give any information.So please refund my balance amount otherwise i am going to consumar furom.

Land line Problem

Actually my Phone is not working Since mid December 2011. After waiting for about 10 days I booked complaint thro' sms to 9444599999. I received confirmation also. BSNL Personal repaired it only in march 1st week after my persistent call. Within 10 days again the phone is not working. I am booking in thro' net in general complaint page and also to 9444599999. Thing is that I am not getting any confirmation thro' SMS and I think booking landline complaint in general complaint page is not taken. I went BSNL Customer care and booked the complaint on 16.03.2012. BSNL personal made a token visit on 18.03.2012. That is all.
I tried to track the complaint thro' BSNL Portal. No use. It is not registering my name, instead asks to got chennai.bsnl.co.in.8181. That site is not opening at all. Surely BSNL not accustommed with online transaction. Inform you if any improvement

I am ex serviceman, now at present employed abroad, my only communication with my familly is BSNL landphone, almost one year telephone works one or two days and after several complains again for one or two days now last one month there is no ..............., two yrs back I took a net connection and from last one year there is no internet connection.
I donot know how to write because I cannoty contorl my anger, whenever the bill is ther is charge mentioned and when my familly say that thre is no connection they reduce the bill .

The only thing that will be constant without any improvment and making much complication is BSNL services. Better BSNL may close down all their operations and let the other service providers concentrate in the market. The new site for bill payment, duplicate bill copy (Chennai Telephones) is absolutely useless and I hope if a blind, deaf and dump person works on this portal, this would have been even worthfull.

I have activated free service of bsnl's bharatberry on 15 nov 2011 which was for one month. After one month on 15th Dec 2011 the service renewed automatically without any confirmation and rs. 50 was debited from my mobile balance. When i talked to customer care executive Mr. Ramesh he said that your complaint (Complaint No. L16PB2453505 dated 16-12-2011) will be resolved within 15 days. But when i called on 07-02-2012 and talked to customer care executive Mr. Yash, he didn't responded well. He was not able to answer my questions related to my complaint of amount refund. He said that the amount will not be refunded. I told him so many times that I didn't receive any call or sms for renewal but he didn't understand what i was saying. I don't know why BSNL hire such kind of persons who don't know how to behave properly.

Without Broadband, my work is also getting unduly affected. I got some broadband complaint number '1504','1800-345-1504, whenever I try to contact the above phone numbers there was a busy tone but when incidently the ring passes they dont answer. My work has been affected as the broadband connecetion was not properly available. So Kindly direct the related officer to look into the matter.

I asked him whether I should cancel the landline and broadband connections on the whole. JTO said it is good to do that.

Kindly do the needful in this regard. If you suggest me to cancel this then I will. How come such a great BSNL cannot provide a connection to the very nearby area ?

unauthorised cutting on pre-paid connection

I am using BSNL pre-paid connection of A & N circle No.9476072361. Since last three months a message is being sent to me that Explore pack will be activated with charge of Rs.30/-PM to unsubscribe sent message to 55678 as unsubxp and charge will be Rs.2/-. First month Rs.2/- was charged as I sent message for unsubscribe. Next month I did not sent any message hence they charged Rs.30/-. Then I lodged a complain and it was acknowledged also for refund. This month again Rs. 30/- deducted and I receive a call from service center asking whether that service is continue or not. When I replied that again they have deducted Rs. 30/- that individual asked me to contact on 1503 number, which I tried but could not contact. Please do the need full.

Since last four year I am using the B S N L connection . Last two months we use the bsnl gprs 503 ( six months pack ) . Now me check my balance to show zero balance . In total 16 gb connection, even 1 gb not using . Every time we contact the customer care, we can here the busy tone . Then we will try 30 minutes , no responds the customer care . There after we contact the bsnl branch they told that me using the 49 ps plan. Early am using 1 ps per second plan, then me add 503 pack. There is come to this plan automatically cut my 503 pack . Every time I told the customercare they are not inform me to cut the 503 pack . So change the 49 ps above ten times to contact the customer care , but even one time no information from your customer care. If to low the call charge my 503 pack is cut . so kindly give me the 503 pack .
