Airlink is a very poor service provider, thay have not enough staff for solution, and every 15 to 20 days their internet not working, very irresponsible staff, they have only one answer that, pls wait some time.
Wifi is off at my house since last 8 days. I complain every days' But the wifi is still not working. And when I call, the staff there laughs at me, they are not serious at all. I will never take Airlink connection again.

Very poor service pichle 1 month se connection band pada hai koi sunwayi nahi ho rhi hai
Har month ka problem hai month me 10-15 days band pada rheta hai
Refund my money back
Refund my money back imidiatly.i buying a new wifi plan airlink plan for 3 month in rupees 1000. I asked to your agent about this he told me give my money back in 3 days but today is 11th day but my money was not refunded so give my money back imidiatly.

Bakwaas service and staff. They cut call without even replying the complaint.I want to tell the name of person Brijesh Patel.Very irresponsible and rude.

My internet is not working since more than 3 months now. I have called almost everyday since many days and all i get is that we will try and send a person to check the problem today. I really wish to know when will that “Today” come. Yesterday a person hung up on me while i was talking. You guys have no respect for your customers and have no values. I understand that due to the current situation there may be delay but i have been waiting since more than 3 months now. There should be no excuse for this. I am fed up of all this irresponsible behaviour from your side. And I am a customer and I pay for the service that I don’t even get.

Last 25 days my internet is not working.i give complain to your customer service but they are not replaying me.i also mail your mailbox but they are also not replying.very poor broadband.

Every month facing this problem... Not just in the time of lockdown.. Very very poor service. From last 7 days no internet connectivity is there i had registered complain but still no solution. There are lots of work pending because of no connectivity. I cannot understand the excuse of lock down. As every service provider is able to give internet connection and no firm is saying it cannot be solved due to lock down. Give me in written that you cannot solve the issue because of lock down.
