Videocon service agent came today for servicing.First they said that they will open the washing machine and clean it properly. But when he came he said that he will just put some detergent and wash it . We do not know his name but his number is 91230XX904

I have raised complaint 12.05.2022 due to my washing machine touch panel not worked.
Your auhtorised service person came and visit my home on 15.05.2022 and he took that touch panel,

I have tried numerous time he never respoce my call. Aagain i have check with your customercare, they said cancelled my complaint. How can he cancelled my complaint without my concern?
Then i have raised another compalint on 21.05.2022. still there is no responce on that.

Last month it had stopped working and I reported the complaint to customer care and the engineer came & took the circuit to repair, however now he is telling it can't be repaired and asked me to seek help from the top management as the company has stopped manufacturing the machine and their components are also not available .
This is highly discouraged when a citizen trusts an Indian company and gets the service and response like this .
I fail to understand these excuses and seek a solution to my problem.And no clue where to reachout after the engineer's response that the machine cant be repaired .. this is highly cheating

I have been calling customer care to send a technician as my video on washing machine is not working. I have already complained twice. They said in 24hrs the technician will contact me, but nobody has. This is the worst service ever. On top of it all it's so hard to connect to their toll free no and the other no.

I had purchased fully automatic top load washing machine in March 2017. It stopped working in Feb 1019. I have launched the complaint on 14 th Feb . Company person visited my place & identified the problem. According to him one part was not working and needed to be replaced. He after 15 days visited with second hand part tried to fit but it didn't work. He said he will visit again when the part will be available. I am calling customer care every second day but not getting positive response.
Now all mobile numbers given to me are either busy or switched off.
I am fed up now. Thinking to contact consumer court .

I have top load washing machine of your make purchased 3 years back, sparingly used once in a week max.

Recently I started facing a problem of not running of auto sequences and SPIN cycle does not work at all.

I contacted your/ Videocon service center at CHENNAI and they deputed a Half skilled technician on Saturday 13th Oct. His name is Mr. Suresh – Contact number XXXXXXXX He arrived at 19.00 hrs with 1 helper and the activities they did are really pathetic and really not at all believable, at the cost of Rs. 350/- without any bill.
- For opening the top cover, he has burned the cover eyelids by stating that the screws are rusted and cannot remove.
- HE cut cables in 3 places in the middle in the name of checking, for direct current application from power sockets.
- Due to this the mother board seems to get burnt and does not function now, which was functioning before.

Finally he declared that, I have to replace the complete cable set and a mother board, which will cost me approx. 6000 Rs./6K !!!!+ plus his visit charge of Rs. 350 again.

I have some questions to your reputed company and service team.
1. Are the technicians trained in this way?
2. What was the reason of cutting the cables in the middle for application of direct current. Is this the normal practice???
3. To my surprise, he even told me to get the complete machine replaced with new one. Is this the competence of the technicians? He is asking to replace the whole machine, as this is the simplest thing even baby can declare.
4. If he cannot understand the problem, why he has opened the machine first, cutting the cables, burning the mother board and asking to replace the machines.

This is a total negligence from your service agency in Chennai and you to ensure that the problem is fixed immediately. Failing to comply and given no choice, I have to file a case against you in Consumer court .

Please take up this issue with your service agency in chennai and let me know the action plan from your reputed organization.

I have made a complaint (Ref: MUM2009180007) against non working on my Videocon Washing Machine (WM VT70C40 CHOCO Brown 7.0 KG) which is in warranty period on 20th Sept 2018.
It's been almost 17+ days that I am not getting any meaningful update from you.

I have been told that 2 parts are not working from my machine which is been ordered from the company. But I don't think it should take these many days to just order 2 parts (Wall, motherboard).

Your Videocon company can sale many washing machine in one single days and how come only 2 parts are not coming to your SVC service centre?

I am in touch with SVC point, and gets update that, it may take a long, I am surprised to hear that, how these two parts takes a long days?

Many times I called on your CC number, they are just dumb. They said there work is to tell the status of the request that's it, nothing more than that they can do.

How come customer will get satisfy if your CC team just says the status and not the action/workaround?

Service centre guys are saying that, we have made the order and cannot do more that that. Order comes from Hyderabad location, so thats why taking long time.
Just for your information, if I will order any new thing even from outside india, it comes in a week max and how come these two parts are not coming?

I have purchased a new washing machine in March 2017 from Jamnagar. Now we have shifted to Kota .
The washing machine is not working properly. water are not getting accumulated in side the tub. When it is getting started , the water inlet are getting open and after 2-3 mitutes all water are getting drained without doing washing operation.
