lOADGED A COMPLAINT FOR LED TV REPAIRS , SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED AFTERTHAT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM SERVICE CENTRE , CUSTOMER CARE SAYS PENDING FOR PARTS , HOW MUCH THE REPAIR COST WILL COME , NO ESTIMATION PROVIDED , FIFTEEN DAYS ALREADY PAST BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE.

wORST SERVICE P-ROVIDERS AND AFTER SALES SERVICE. EARLIER ALSO IN WARRANTY , WHEN TV WAS HAVING PROBLEM IT TOOK MORE THAN TWO MONTHS TO REPLACE THE PARTS , WHEN I HAD WARNED OF GOING TO CONSUMER COURT THEY REPLACED TEH TV AFTER TWO MONTHS AFTER WAITING FOR TWO MONTHS.

I have bought videocon led 40 inches television date Nov 2016 with 5 year gurantee and i have paid 944 to authorise service center Aligarh before 25 days but authorized service center can not provide the service Aligarh.UP

I would like to draw your kind attention towards worst service being offered by Videocon TV customer care team, my complaint no. is (Del1208180033) its been around two months, my 55" TV both speakers was got faulty, I raised a complaint on 12th of August, and for that I have given Rs. 1300/- visit charges to them, according to them they will replace my TV's speakers within two to three days, but till the moment I am struggling for same and they are now not responding at all, I called Mr. Rajesh Vij (Area In-charge) Many times but my issue is not resolved yet, even his behavior is very rude with me, and now he blocked my both of the numbers.
I would like to request all Videocon officials pls take appropriate action and resolved my issue asap. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I may be contacted at the below mentioned phone number.

This is in reference to the TV purchased by my mother Arti Singh Age 49 on 22 October 2014 from a Local Vendor under some AMC service offered by Tek care india Private Limited, The TV went into some fault and thereby we reported the same to the concerned person from where we had purchased the TV . Now its been 2 month and vendor is repeatedly arguing and mental torchering my mother that since the part is not available in the market therefore we have pay a lumsome money and we shall be granted a new TV. this kind practises are a threat to the confidence which a customer shows towards the Company.
I am forced to write the comments because this is unbearable and if nothing comes up i shall be forced to move to Consumer Forum.

My videocon LED have display problem.
I lodged the complaint. Service man came to my house, I had given Service Charge bet probleme was not solved. I am very much disappointed with the service. Service man told me to go service center with TV. I have to wait one week more. If you are not able to solve the problem within specific time than why did you give warranty. I purchase the TV after reading warranty offer. This is not fare think over it.

Plz take care of our issue ,
Mother board not working after plenty of calls 1 person comes with again defective old mother board ,he fitted that old mother board which within 2 days again got damaged,He has taken 1300 rs service charge
But now no one is giving attention to our complaint
Please replace the new mother board as soon as possible since TV is under warranty yet . Or give my money back

My complaint is pending for LCD screen replacement from last three month. No one is taking care of this. After sale is it not responsibility of VIDEOCON??

Complaint no - THA2405180102 (This is new complaint number) Old complaint closed without engineer visit.

Only once engineer visited at home and said that will replace Screen in 20 days and till date we have not received any single call.

If complaint not resolved in this week then i will write feedback on social.

There seems to be power issue in the TV as light is blinking in and out on giving power supply to television.

I DEMANDED BILL SO MANY TIMES BUT HE IGNORED EVERY TIME AND COMMIT TO GIVE VERY SOON BUT NOT TILL NOW . I have bought a TV in 2016 and in two years few time I need to lodge a complaint regarding repairs. But both the time they have not give me complaint no and also I am not getting timly service.
First time I had complaint regarding speekars and speekars are replaced after 45 days and big thing is that speekars are from gray market not from company. And it is by company service centre.
In recent I lodge complaint on 4th Apr 2018 and still on 8th Apr 2018 no one has visited at my residence for TV repair. After lodge complaint continuosly I am taking follow up from service centre but they saying that engineer is on the way and complete by today itself.
But still no one has visited after 4 days.
People of service centre are make me fool every time.

i recently brought vediocon 40 inch full HD led tv (model no – ledtvvju40fh09xaf) on date 15/08/2015 under warranty period of 03 years.
Then there occurred several problems. Our complaint no – bh00501180037 on date- 06/01/2018. SVC BHOPAL picked against complaint from my home . Till now even after 2 months there is no repairs , no replacement and no response about my tv and been harassed by Svc BHOPAL.

From mili electrovision my tv is not working from 18/9/2014 I have complain it on toll free num and my 1st complain num is sur1808140058 and 2nd complain num is sur 0209140261 and your local tecnition piyus is not ans our call his num is 9662531627 and your local customer care royal agency is not responding so plz take some action and help me out of this as soon as posible other wise I have to take some action against your company thanks for giving such product
