our tv was not showing any picture so we made a complaint to videocon service care . the technician came and he said the he has temporarily fixed the tv as some parts of tv that are needed for its repair are not available right now . He took 5,000 from us and told us that if there is any problem he will solve it. Again the same problem has raised and the technician is behaving badly and not responding properly.

We bought company Tv just its a very old and renowned company. we saw its TV from our childhood. But current experience shows 'Old is never gold, it loses its images as it grows.

last week I called customer care to repair my company tv, the issue is 'Backlight issue', they didn't communicate that they will send the technician from 3rd party and the 3rd party technician will provide their own bill, not company. if something wrong happens again with my TV within the next 1-2 week, then who will take care of this. How do I know the authenticity of the technician.

The person visited my place, he wasn't good at all, after repairing my TV, the picture clarity was very bad to patches on the inside TV sheet. That I need to clean, Technician hasn't tried to clean it. thereafter I asked for the company bill, he refused to provide me. I told him to repack my TV and don't want to repair it from you. He repacked but in a very manner. Personally say, my local Tv repairer is much good than sooo called company technician.

Most important thing he destroyed my TV part as revenge. that I refused to repair my TV by him. Now my TV is totally a waste. and when I called customer care again, the lady on call started shouting at me.

Is this aftersales service provided by company. Why such a big brand left their customers like this. Nobody is here to care about your product. at the time sales, the company are doing big promises and show customer is king. But when the product goes out from the company/ showroom. nobody cares.

Seriosuly I am unhappy with the customer care and the service provided by leftover company.

I was complaining for tv display problems at 30.08.2020 and this is approved by 8 aug i also give 500 for technician visit charage i call to customers care 1000 time but they not responding for this my tv is under warranty and they do not reply very bad service do not buy videocon tv.

What a pathetic service and worst product.
The speaker and panel need replacement under warranty and was confirmed on Decemberby Videocon people.

Right now also in the Mont of July they are yet to give any date of replacing them.

In these pandemic didn't have capacity to purchase new TV or nor it can be repaired.

The whole family is suffering during last 6 months without TV to entertain .

I was facing some technical issue like the TV screen or TV display not working and not show any screen on display I am trying to reach but because of lock down I am not visiting the shop[yogesh radios],I am trying the call also in shop but no one is responding.i need to help for resolving problem because after the lock down TV warranty will be exapired and that time I know no one taking this responsibility.

I have registered a complaint for display of my Videocon TV on 17th Feb 2020 Call number LP6946092002173 , in the name of Mr. Deepak Gupta and it was not resolve yet,
My complaint has not been resolved still how many times I have contacted customer care people but there is no response from any one.
It has visibility issue and you people are ignoring every complaint.

Problem - There is no visibility in Videocon LED TV

Hope you understand that Videocon LED TV is in warranty period and I have all the call records,and written complaints, so please dont force me to go to Consumer Court and take action against you.

Lets close this on a good note by providing the service as soon as possible.

But issue is not solved by the Co. And after more than 90 days Co. Is asking to wait... Now my warranty period becomes lesser due to Co. Fault...

Problem - Earlier only 2 lines used to come on the display now half of the screen has changed it is blur and getting 15lines . Many times I have called customer care people also you can check how many times I called them, they said they will arrange call but still now no call, they have given me many phone numbers all are invalid numbers now even customer care number is not reachable .Only because of part not available (Display Panel) my complaint is open since 7 Months.
We request you to kindly look into matter otherwise I am going to complain in consumer court

also no body given any guideline or nos how to reach customer service centre.
now I realised what happen if you buy home made product.

I am from Hyderabad (Secunderabad Marredpally Videocon local dealer) city, Telangana State .I have registered a complaint for display of my Videocon TV on 28th July 2018 Complaint number : Hyd2807180104 in the name of Mr.Santosh Kumar . My complaint has not been resolved still now many times I have contacted customer care people and local dealer but there is no response from any one. Initially local dealer said part is not available (Display Pannel) it will be done within 40days. That time my TV was under warranty I have taken 5 years warranty ,they promised that if it is out of warranty by the time part arrives it will be done under warranty only. Complaint was not resolved in the given time span many times I contacted them Mr.Prasad was the person who was dealing our complaint from local dealer (Secunderabad , Marredpally). He said part is not coming from head office they cant do anything and given Head office person number Mr.Bankar number , called Mr.Bankar he promised to resolve the complaint in 7 working days and also they promised if complaint wont get resolved in the given time span they are going to replace me new TV I have all call records of the people from that time even Mr.Bankar is not responding to my call till now. I dont want new one I want to repair my own TV. I like Videocon products so purchased Videocon TV now with this experience I think i have done big mistake by taking it . It's been 21 days since we have registered a fault in Television , your service centre had told the faulty part will be delivered and will be installed within a week but since then its been 21 days now, and no one had stood yet. Our television is in warranty and still you are not taking the problem seriously. We request you to kindly look into matter otherwise I am going to complain in consumer court

I complained for repair and a volunteer come to see the tv and he took 900rs for service charge. But tv is not repair. Fucking off videocon

Sir my videocon smart TV repair. I am compland in One mounth ago . No response.

From the last two months I am facing the display problem i.e. defective colour vision. The Customer care number is not working so i can't do any complaint about it. Please as soon as possible you have to solve the problem regarding my LED TV. More delay is unbearable. Please keep your services up to date.

My Videocon LED tv is in warranty period and it get speeker fault on last week of Feb, and shop keeeper informed me of no service center nearby, i found videocon service online and they assured me of service, they send an Engineer to inspect the problem on 23March and charged me 500Rs for it, they said it will get repaired in 7 to 10 days time but almost 45day over but they didn't repaired it, when i call that engineer then he gave me one no. and that person said me that their is some case going on videocon so their godown were sealed. feeling cheated by this company..
hoping for quick help, if they can't give service please return my money.
