This Complain was register in June and since then no one has come to replace the parts. Each time the technician come over and then take the photos and makes a note of the part and then no one shows up.

Tired calling the Area in-charge on - 7259031332 & 7259031327..

Also called 09739224922 (manunatha) Karnataka or Bangalore Area Incharge and he assured me that the part would be replaced by 25th July 2014. However still the issues is not resolved.

This kind of service was not expected from Videocon.

Videocon products would disappoint at this extent, we had no idea. The Flat LED tv display is not working in less than one year if the purchase. There is no customer care service to guide. They send local dealers which refuse up help. The dealer the purchased the tv from is claiming that I will have to pay an amount of 18000 for the new display.
This is ridiculous. I'm definitely going to file a case to the consumer court.

We purchased Videocon refrigerator in 2011. It has barely completed a year and to my shock the doors have started rusting. Its getting brittle due to which pieces will start falling out soon. I called the customer service who are no less than machines. There was no apologies or empathy displayed, rather the person was extremely rude and mechanical.
I also purchased the Videocon LCD and I was promised an engineer visiting my home to aquaint me with various features. Its been almost a month and no one has ever come till now. Videocon is a pathetic brand with super pathetic people working in it. I regret my decision of purchasing Videocon products.
MY ADVICE TO REST OF THE CONSUMERS: AVOID VIDEOCON PRODUCTS... THEY ARE CHEATERS AND DO NOT GIVE GOOD SERVICE. I HOPE YOU GUYS GET SOME LEARNING AFTER READING SO MANY COMPLAINTS.

Now I have a problem in TV I raise complaint in Thendral service centre as on 27/09/2012 complaint no CHE2709120044 I spoke with Manager Mr.Balaji – 8056844388. Next day (28/09/2012) Technician Mr.Pavithran - 8754049468 came and he told board problem so I replace a new board for you tomorrow. On 1/10/2012 another technician Mr.Kumar – 8144933361 he also told board problem I replace a new board tomorrow but he came on 3/10/2012 at 9.30pm this board is not setting for your TV so tomorrow I bring a another board but he came on 05/10/2012 at 8.30pm again the board is not setting for your TV so tomorrow I bring a another board but he came next day(06/10/2012)9.15pm is not setting for your TV so tomorrow I bring a another board so we give a call to Manager Mr.Balaji he told that is cable problem but we ask our area cable person to check the cable but they told there is no problem in cable your TV only problem again we check in our DVD player, Laptop VJE cable and pen drive but it’s not working now I need a replacement TV within one week otherwise I file a case in consumer court.

please Locked my above mobile number. becauce my mobile has lost in Kurla durining running the train on 7/10/2012.

unfortunately i have bought a videocon a/c..in da month of july 2012, my a/c compressor was burnt out and i immediately got registered complaint ref..GHA1708120066. I am not in INDIA now..i have sent many emails but what i got only assurance that my a/c soon will get repaired..my place is in UTTAR PRADESH, SAHARANPUR, i dont have direct no of saharanpur dealer. I have been in touch of mr harmeet singh in videocon but he also is doing nothing..only fake assurance..plz can any one help me as my 6 years old daughter and my wife are alone in INDIA and they both are suffering a lot..

I fail to understand despite of producing all the documents ,why the issue is not addressed .
Have clearly explained over the phone that this is the only receipt which was provided by the showroom .who knows that wither he is a dealer or a sub dealer .As a costumer when i got the receipt and the warranty card that enough for me . Now when the product is having the issue within the warranty tenure you all are asking the chalan etc.the showroom from wher the product was purchased is closed in the year 2009 only . The date of manufacturing and the Serial number all are mentioned on the product ,than why the company is not fetching the data from your records and solve the issue rather that troubling the costumer.And it is said all over that the Vediocon is the best in customer care,
The Tickets are getting closed without attending .

Hope the above is in detail and also let me know the escalation matrix.

I earnestly request all the customer of throughout the India not to purchase any VIDEOCON products because they are cheaters. I purchased V-1531 mobile from HOMESHOP18 in Nov.'2011. It's giving lot of problem since I purchased. Speaker is not working battery is not charging etc etc. I complained lot of times with Homeshop18 as well as customer care of videocon but of no avail. Moreover, whatever number I have been given is either out of order or not working. It's very strange company like Videocon is behaving in such a manner.

I have videcon GSM card 8269484081. I had balance Rs 350.00 suddenly outgoing stopped not getting any message. While calling also call was not happening and closing. On second while call getting messages you don’t have sufficient balance. Before complain i have recharge Rs 100.00 as unable to call to customer care for complain. After recharge same message getting you don’t have sufficient balance. On third day I have gone customer care office for giving complains that is In M P Nagar, Bhopal talk with Miss Sonal. She assured me it will resolve with in evening 6.00 AM. But today is 7th day still it is not resolved. So can you help me the process how it will resolved.

I purchased one 5.5 kg automatic washing machine and after two operation i.e during second operation there was great noise in the machine and I saw broken stones under the machine. i have purchased my Videocon microwave of 28 liters convection that was not working ,it was not heating. i complained and they took away my micro with them as they said that it cannot be repaired here ,they have to take it to the service center. we allowed address of service center nit 3 .we waited for 2 months but there was no call from there side, after 2 months i called them up and
they said that i have to pay 2200 rupees when they took my micro it was in warranty but after 2 months the warranty lapsed and they demanded money to get it repaired, i refuse to pay. after some days they called again to say that their service center is shifting and we have to go there to pick our microwave and have and have to pay 2200 rupees too but again there was no call from there side for a long time then after a month or 2 we visited that place and there service center is shifted and we lapse our microwave i have bought it for 7500 rupees ,what should i do now i just want my micro back at any cost kindly help...

For this AC the compressor has repaired on 17.03.2010 Job No. LUC1703100222 & paid the amount Rs.2500/-+Convence Charges but in this season again I Have the same problem .
