Worst service By Videocon – Still my Tv not repaired /replaced ….Pending for last 7 month

I am very fed-up for the service team of Videocon , Let’s say my led tv’s was faulty during warranty period .
It was picked by service center team on dated 16 Jan2019 and status updated that panel is dead ,ordered will be replaced with week .

Last but not least ,this was committed every week ,month on month that it will be closed within week or 15 days but 7 month have been passed but still status is same and TV is lying at service center only .

Last month service center person told that service center changed please pick and submit another service center and told to discussed with Mr. Danish ( Videocon ) but sorry to say he is very irresponsible and demanded Rs. 15000/- for settlement when I denied that I can pay only Videocon account then after he refused to pick our phone always .
Refer the below these complaint which were lodged by us but still no positive response from anyone ,we are the customer not a fool , until now when I have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centres. And after purchasing an expensive your services for repair are also expensive which in any way does not go with the needs and services to the common man. Now buying Samsung products seems like a very big mistake.
As like reputed company Videocon I never assume that we will be in trouble like this .
My humble request to you please find the below detail and help to get this replace /repair es earliest in this week or we don’t have other option to go consumer court .

Regarding the issue related with the tv i bought from Videocon


I have bought a Videocon Tv and it was not working properly. More Than Twice i changed the display and again display got Stopped working. So i called nikshan electronics and they have taken my tv from home. It has been more than 6 months they took it still now i didn't receive any response from their end. How you people are givin customer service. I'm really upset with your work and responsibility. I have already complained still no use. Next time onwards please don't ignore a customer like this. Value a customer and his time. Howmany more months i need to wait for a TV. If your customer service was like this and i new this previously i could have not buyed anything from you guys and i wont suggested to this my friends.
Kindly look into it and do the need for this mail. Beleive that i will get a response atleast.

Complaint not resolved for more than Two and a half months

I have registered two complaints on the name of Pawan Agrawal (Kiraoli, Agra)for Videocon LED 32", on 2nd of april and on 25/26th of may. For the 1st complaint one technician named Dilip came and told me that display is to be replaced and he asked for service charges. I gave him 700Rs and told me that it will take around 30 days to fix my LED as display has to be ordered from the company warehouse. I said Ok. 1 month passed, they asked me for further time of about 1 week. I called them again and again but there was no positive response from them. One day, I called customer care and they told me that company has changed the service center and your complaint has been cancelled. And I was not awared of it.
If company has changed service center then who should suffer, THE CUSTOMER?? And why do your service persons don't intimate us for the delay or cancellation of our call. This is completely unprofessional or I must say PATHETIC!!

I made a new complaint and again a technician visited our place and he told us that your display is OK but some wire is to be replaced. See there are two distinct and conflictory conclusions of your technicians. I think it makes an issue of liability on your brand. You only tell me, to whom should I believe?

Now, on the day of visit they told me they will fix it within 2-3 days as they would have a visit in our area. After their estimated time I called them on 3rd of june, they told me about non-availability of that wire at their service center and told me further to wait 1 week but it's been more than 2 weeks and still they don't give me estimate till which date they can fix my LED. I asked them to give me the contact number of their area service manager thet refused me to give his number. I think the ASM told them not to give his contact number as he doesn't care about customers at all. He just want to be in his comfort zone.

I have also worked in service as ASM at Godrej & Boyce mfg. Co. Ltd. This is not the way ASM and service persons behave.

If you can't give the satisfactory service I request you to please let your customers know to buy your product at their own risk.

I want immediate resolution of my complaint.

Videcon's service is pathetic

I am facing the similar problem. Trying to get my TV repaired from 3 months and people at the customer care desk are not able to provide any resolution. The part needs to be changed , which took almost 2.5 months to reach their service center and when it reached my home , the same was not working.
No one bothers to reply on the emails being sent to customer care email ID. I would never advise anyone to buy anything from videocon.

This AJAY I have 32" Videocon TV on date aug-2017, under 3year warranty , I complained on 22/05/19, the guy (sumit ) cane to check on 02/06/2019, he & delalr said to me VIDEOCON COMPANY IS CLOOSED I will REPAIR THE THIS PROBLEM BUT CHARGES IS 8000 TO 9000 RS only he told me parts is not available,

It's a world cup time, my TV does not work at all, I need to get that fixed asap.

This is Chidambaram from Chennai.

I have raised a complaint with Videocon Customer Care on 24-Nov-2018, regarding the issue with my Videocon 43 inch LED television.

The complaint number is CHE2411180003.

It seems this complaint number has Not been assigned to a Videocon authorized service center inn Chennai till now.

I have called Videocon customer care numbers many times, keep hearing,, "wait for 24 hours". Till now I do Not see any progress.

I have sent four emails to Videocon customer care emaild id "customercare [at] vgmail [dot] in". But I have Not received even one single reply from Videocon till now.

I also have sent email to "write2us [at] vgmail [dot] in", seems this email id does not exists any more, simply my mails get bounced back.

I have also sent SMS to 53030 mentioning "SVC CHE2411180003", but still no progress.

It seems that I had made a big mistake by purchasing Videocon television. With my current experience I feel very disappointed.

It clearly seems that Videocon do Not care about their customer and also they won't keep up their promise in servicing Videocon products, even when the products are under warranty.

Please let me know a better way to get resolved with this issue with Videocon services to their customer.

My LED TV created problem last year so I called service center they send mechanic and he replace the part after charging for new part and taken back the defective part. LED TV Complain very long time but Not Clear.

I purchased LED of Videocon TV 40" with 3(Three Years) warranty. On 15 August 2018 i found there is no display on my TV. I registered the complaint on 28 August 2018 via phone complaint and engineer visited and advised that we do not have the parts, I have called so many times to your service agent but till today there is no response from the company.

As this product in under warranty so I have a right to get my product's fault repair, but unfortunately, I am unable to get the services.

Can U advise me when will your company help me to get this solution so that I am able to watch my tv. It is not my fault that the company have no parts for the same.

I have escalated issue of my DDB LED VJU32HH18XAH already with vijay sales and videocon customer care that this TV run automatically without touching remote and changes it's settings and channels unnecessarily. Last week a person from Vijay Sales visited to see it's problem and asked me visit charges and confirmed that part is not available with company and he doesn't know how long will this take to repair tv.
After continuous follow up yesterday someone came and repair tv and same night it was showing same problem again. After complaining today morning customer care guy confirmed that motherboard has to be changed.
It seems that those guys don't know exact problem in the device. Since those guys are unable to rectify the issue and every part of the device has to be changed on alternative days. So I request my TV is in warranty and I should get replacement or refund of it.
Nobody was listening me so I sent this complaint in consumer forum and my reference number of consumer complaint is 948301
Kindly confirm your final decision to replace or refund against the defective product i was sold by Vijay Sales.

This Pratik Panchal, I have 50" Videocon TV, under warranty, I complained on 16th August, the guy (Ajay) cane to check on 18th Aug, he charged me rs 1300 as service charge, and said it will be replaced soon, but till date no response from any of executive or technical, when I started calling to customer careXxxxxxxxx only response I get, parts are not available, I started calling Dharmendra - same response and give me # for Yogesh - he is the most irresponsible guy, never answered the call, always left a msg - busy, please message. I dropped a msg to call me back or best to time call him. It's been 20 days but no response. I don't know what he does. But totally not worth.

It's a festival time, my TV does not work at all, I need to get that fixed asap.

I have given complain about my 49" LED TV for service on 25JUN18 they resolve the problem I paid 1300.00 service charges but, within a month same problem face on 12AUG and i book complaint DEL1208180007. Your Technician came and said one line LED lit will change so will be within week but they after month they change but unfortunately am facing same problem and I rebook the complaint again on 22AUG18/DEL2208180033 they took my TV to their Service Center bring back after one week.

Please note I have problem in my LED TV the screen gone blank but now one big line showing in on the screen. So again I complaint on 14SEP18/ DEL130918309 regarding this issue to your service center and i get reply they going to change full panel but I will take time maximum 1-2 month can someone help me resolving this asap -- My complain. Same here. We are awaiting service since July, but as they have to replace the panel, may be that's why they are not even responding to our follow ups and not giving any timeline for this. Initially they said July, then 15th Sep, now Oct has come.How can a known company like videocon behave so unprofessionally when customers are purchasing expensive assets from them. Terrible..Everyone should go to consumer court,videocon should provide survice to existing customers and close their organization immediately.

Complaint against my Videocon TV, Wrost Videocon Service

Dear Support Team

I purchased LED Videocon TV on 01/04/2016 with 3(Three Years) warranty. On 25th August, we found there was no sound in TV, speakers has stopped working. I registered the complaint on 26th August 2018 via complaint number # DEL2608180028 and engineer visited and advised that we do not have the parts, we have called so many times to your service agent but till today there is no response from the company.

As this product in under warranty so I have a right to get my product's fault repair, but unfortunately, I am unable to get the services.

Can U advise me when will your company help me to get this solution so that I am able to watch my TV as without sound I feel like deaf or please provide me an alternate TV till my TV is not get repaired. It is not my fault that the company have no parts for the same.

Kindly let me know by when we can expect the solution from your side.

Videocon AC Compressor down


We have purchased 2 Nos of Videocon AC Appliance/Type is RAC/SPLIT, Model- VS5J3/2013, receptively the SL No. is D202039900113308130314 and D202039900113310130918 for our official used during 2015.
However presently both AC is not working and as per our engineer the Compressor of both AC are found faulty.

It is therefore request you kindly send your engineer to check the both Ac and replaced the Compressor as per validity of your warranty period.

I am holding one Videocon washing machine K 5300 purchased from a local retailer in Kerala. Several times I had to repair the machine during its guarantee period. Your Action Needed on Videocon LED Complaint.


I got Videocon LED, December 2017 and its still under warranty. Its not starting from last 3months now. I have made a complaint # DEL0707180346. Two months are gone and there is no update on it. I am paying the cable bills from 3 months without watching Tv just because of your pathetic services. I am calling your service center people regularly and they are always giving me 2-3 days’ time and now more than 2 months gone.

Do you people care about your customers? Do you take any TAT to resolve your customers issue?

Now its not just about my LED, I just not even care if you will repair it or not. I am very frustrated now and I will now show this to you on every platform of Social Media like Facebook & Twitter. I will wait for 2 more days now and I will also file the consumer complaint against you.

Videocon TV LED problem

I purchased Videocon TV from Dubai and delivered in India (Its a offer through Al Ansari Exchange UAE by Videocon) i purchased on16/12/2016 and now i have remain 1 year warrenty. Since 2 month my TV display is complaint. I complained too many times at Videocon customer care and one day one executive came and check and he tells display will come after and he will come to fix. nowadays i called them they are not respond and last week they took my phone and tells you don't have any under warrenty and they cut the line. How they can say like that.
Videocon is very cheating us. we trust Videocon but they are very cheat us. 2 months they are not solve my problem. Most of my Home appliances by Videocon but Videocon very depressed to us. We don't buy any kind of Videocon products again and we will promote peoples dont buy videocon. products.

I had purchase a KENT STAR JACUZZI KGS10WSP-GDE 10 LITRE 2000 WATT STORAGE WATER now the same is still in warranty and i had an issue and logged a complaint last month 7th July 2018. Till date i have made multiple calls to so many customer service number to get my HEATER REPAIRED. but the support for KENSTART HEATER is pathatic as every care rep says there is no update the part is expected still and they disconnect the call.


i do not want the consumer customer to get cheated by buying the KENSTAR PRODUCTS becuase the support is very bad and people on the customer care support are just trying to ignore me. i would want to go legal so if any other brand can help to do this i will stand with you.

Issues with LED tv

The display of our LED is not functioning. There is only one small patch appearing when we turn on the tv. The sound is functioning though. Kindly reply how much the estimate cost will be to repair the tv.
