I have booked a flight from CDP-IXG(Flight-2T546) for 01-12-2021 but the flight got cancelled from your end but still I didn't get my refund please look in to it and kindly do the needful.

I am attaching the details off booking confirmation and cancellation proofs which I have received from your side.

I have seen in your website that lot of people raised a request for refund but no response from your side as I can file a case if I don't receive my refund fast with all those references seeing in your website I have gathered all the data from your website.

Do you make money by cancelling your passengers flights and not refunding them?

Unknown about this fact I booked twice on this airlines(to and fro from mysore)

Till date no response from you and didn’t get my refund

At least be responsible to the mails you get from IXIGO,they(3rd party I used to book flight tickets.) mentioned they are sending you multiple mails and no response from you.

All the ones whose flight got cancelled have the right to apply for refund and that’s your responsibility to repay us.

I have book trujet flight in aug 28 2020 ahmedabad to nashik but till time amount not refund in my account.

My Booking ID is 2TXAABHT. I have booked tickets on 24 Mar 2020, but due to covid 19 we did not reach Airport. I applied for refund but it is pending from airline from past 2 months. Since flights are resumed now, I like to reschedule those tickets. Kindly support for reschedule.

Please not, every business there is up and down, but your customers care service are very dull, poor and non responsible. They don't bother to attend the customer call.
You are in business, you have to answer.

Dear Customer Care Rep,

I have booked a flight from Aurangabad to Hyderabad on 15th July '19. Off late the flight from Aurangabad leaves very late to Hyderabad and it landed after 10 pm in the night. People with connecting flights (like my case) will be in trouble if the delay continues.
Could you please confirm whether the delay problem has been solved and are flights leaving on exact time (16.55 hrs) from Aurangabad lately?

I am writing to you in connection with the above flight which I booked on 01/12/2018 & 03/12/2018 from Trujet.

Flight no. 2T705 Booked on 01/12/18. Pnr no-01W8NO from Ahmadabad to Porbandar

Flight no. 2T706 Boked on 03/12/18 . Pnr no-01W89A from Porbandar to Ahmedabad

The flight was supposed to depart from Ahmadabad airport on 01/12/2018 at 13:45 to Porbander and on 03/12/2018 from Porbander to Ahmadabad at 15:20 but both got cancelled.

we were not able to reach our destination Dwarka on estimated time on 01/12/18. due to this cancellation of air tickets, we are incurring a total loss around Rs. 12,000/-. and so on our trip booked on 03/12/18 from Porbander to Ahmadabad. I had another flight scheduled from Ahmadabad to Delhi same day on 03/12/18 which i was unable to board and had another loss for RS 11,000+12, 000 = 23,000.

For this loss Trujet is fully responsible. Please help to minimize my loss.
