Discomfort

I am from Bangalore.
I have requested for relocation of existing connection and Ticket No R-6606164. Since I am abroad my registered mobile is not available for the follow up. Hence I have given two alternative numbers in the request. One day later I got a message that you are not reachable and call toll free number. I have forwarded the number to my family, when they tried to call this number, got a feedback that call must be from the registered number.
Two things.
1. Why they are not properly follow up the case? I have clearly mentioned alternative numbers in the request for the contacting purpose.
Why they haven't noticed it?

2. Like my case, when registered mobile is not available, how to contact?

Since the relocation is very urgent as the room is already shifted, it create some stressful situation.

I feel very much frustrated when I am writing this email and I am very upset about with my decision to switch from Airtel to Tata

Please see the attached snapshots for so called 100 MBPS speed and it showcase your intention that how much Tata is serious about their businesses,This seriousness caused to shutdown Tata telecom business.

Employee is the strength of organisation but the person working with Tata seems that they are ''Sarkari Babu'' and they are least bother about customer problem.

When it comes to sell their plans their executive made fake commitment to customer and when the plan is sold their attitude changed and says....YE TATA HAI ,TIME LAGEGA

I am pretty much sure that with attitude you are not going to survive ultimately you will have to provide the services.

I will share the recording and whatup chat on youtube if any of so call busy tata employee could spare some time to watch this like Tata motors viral video.
