WLL phone not disconnected

this is to inform that we had taken two WLL phones for our office in Aug11 through your representative Mr. Kundan-09372402112 for our store in nagpur. in Dec11 we decided to disconnected the phones and hence called him for the process. He took the phones from us on 5th dec 11, saying he will disconnect immediatly. after that we are trying to call him to know the status, initally he said it is done and will let us the final payment amount. since the last 10 days his phone is switched off. today 3rd Jan 12, when we inquired at the reliance office, we come to know that the phones are still not disconnected!!!! We are shocked!!! then were are the instruments? get this issue sorted out before we move to the consumer court for fraud. the no's in contention are 0712-3266604 & 3266605.

Reliance Trapping Customers to Services and Deducting Money

Sir,
I am also posting the same joke (Joke for RCOM people), sent by many reliance customers earlier.
For the last one year, the Reliance team is forcefully putting me in various schemes like Caller tunes, Mitti Ke Rang, General Jokes, Beauty Champ, Love tips, etc.
This is same for many of my friends too.
I noticed that if I am recharging more than Rs.30, they will forcefully put us under any of the above schemes.
I will then call the customer care and do "Unsubscribe"
Result: Time waste, Unsubscribed and Rs.30 Gone.
Once, me and my friend Mukesh Thrown the older Sim Card in dustbin and took a new Sim, simply for escaping from the TRAP.
At Present, My No is: 8010818486 and my friend's No is:9555084858.
Still we have not escaped the cheating technique.
We both unsubscribed(MAY BE) one scheme each today (19Dec2011).
Shame on you Reliance, for your dirty business games.
Finally, dont think the customers as fools. When we begin to respond, it would be horrific.

You are right i also facing the same problem, in dec 2011, 3 times i cheated from reliance with the same manner , i think reliance is not in position to run the reliance communication so he start cheatig the customers in this way & also give the message to customer we are not able to serve u more & u have to choose some other operator. it openly message from reliance to his valuable customers by doing this type of cheating activitis. i finaly decided with zero balance i requested to reliance with zero balance actvate all your vas services.one more interesting thing happen when we try to connect his customer care for this complaint the start pre recorded message & after completing the pre recorded message phone automatically disconneted, so u can estimate the internal position of the customer...

So advice all reliance valuable customers beavare of cheeting & take right decision on right time .

regarding activation of 3g in my handset

i m using the sim no 9905291956 in jharkhand dhanbad . i have using the samsung galaxy y s5360 which is fully 3g supported but according to your customer care representatives this set is is not 3g enabled i m using bsnl 3g in this set i have already recharged 3g pack of rs 180 of your company and i cant acces 3gnet from your smart.and the main and bigest problem that your coustemer care no*333 iand 198 i cant talk from last 4 days please do the needful otherwise i have to chnge my service operator

I have recharged with Rs 599 on 2nd of Dec 2011, ( std plan rel to rel free and 30 min std free to other network)
but it worked for only 5 days although the plan is for 1 month, from 8th 0f Dec 2011 i have been charged for my reliance to reliance calls,i have already booked a complaint by calling customer care with complaint number 167449920 , i have been assured by customer care that it will be resolved within 2 days but it is not so far . i am extremely unsatisfied with reliance .
so i request you to please look into this matter.

Amount getting deducted

I have a reliance sim from which amount is getting deducted @ the rate of 10p/kb and when i call up the customer service i get a poor service from them. As per them i use the net through this mobile but i am not using it. moreover my set is gprs activated set by default. so i cant do anything to avoid this. i am asking your person to undo the service but they talk but no result. i am fed up calling your service center people. pls do the needful.

Complaint regarding deduction of balance from account

I am a new customer to reliance my number is 8590245388 .In my account msg offer is activated with Rs.39 SMS pack eventhough suddenly from today afternoon onwards ie, (06/12/2011) from my main balance amount is been deducted for sms.I lodged a complaint with reliance complaint no: 167316058. They asked me 48 hours time to rectify it. My question to you is " what about the 48 hours i lost, will you extend the validity for those 48 hours? Afterall its your technical error that caused me this inconvenience. but most importantly i am requesting you to rectify the problem at the earliest

Bad to worse to worst service of Reliance Mobile service

I was using two SIM Cards of Reliance Smart service. I have experienced that they always illegally recover
charges for service not used by me. Customer care nos seem to be fake because I could never get connected to them even after repeated efforts. As a result, I was left with no choice but to stop using both the
Reliance SIM Cards. It can be concluded that the Reliance Group is very much least bothered to take care of their customers because they have got enough & enough, and they feel that they can do whatever they like.
Thanks God, I have at last stopped using the Reliance SIM................. 'Better late then never.'

I have been using reliance post paid connection for internet since last 2 years. From last 2 month there is some problem the reliance connection, i am not able to connect the internet. yeah these cust care ppl are really useless, they show no interest in solving our problem. they are very rude and dont listen to our issues.
according to them, once money debited from our account, we have to shut up and nothing can be done from their side as they dont have any option to revert. what a reply! . have to learn from them how to cheat poor customers and get rich soon.

i Had ported from Airtel to Reliance few months back for better service but that was the biggest mistake of my life and it became a nightmare. They used to deduct my money for a stupid caller tune which i in my wildest of dreams would not like to put it. Everytime i unsubscribed it after 2 days they used to put the same callertune and deduct my money again. This game of unsubscription reactivation of caller tune from their side on their own according to their will and fantasies continued for 5 times. Then i went to Reliance communication and told them to put 'DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE'.AND AGAIN deactivate that crappy callertune. I thought i am relieved from that horrible experience but reliance showed no mercy. On September 6 i got my phone recharged for Rs 300. The next day i came to know my account had only 39 Rs. What am i wearing my spectacles and yes i cleaned my spectacles 3 times and yes it was 39 Rs only without a call. The next day i went to Reliance Communication office again and they said they cannot solve the problem and directed me to go to main headoffice which was quite far. Still i wanted to come out of the mental agony and i went there and wow what a response i got from there that i had a callertune activated and that was a reason for deduction of my money. Can any one please tell Reliance that according to TRAI (Telephone Regulatory Authourity of India) putting callertune even after 'DO NOT DISTURB' they cannot put callertune without my consent. It is against legal provision and even if there was a callertune activated no callertune charges so much which reduces my money from 300 to Rs 39. They said they would refund only 60 Rs in next 48 hrs. Was that a kind of bargain and that reminded me of people bargaining in fish market. Still Reliance was in mood for better bargain they refunded only 30 Rs out of 60 Rs promised that is super bargain for them!!!.

Everytime ,I have to pay the money to get it restarted. I made compalint to my distributor (Vaishnav Communication,Dhimarpur Chowk,Raigarh). But, he is also not responding well. Since, last 2 months ,my connection is not working.. The distributor simply replies that he has forwarded my case to concerned authority.
I do not know when my connection will be OK.
May be only God may help me. Kindly tell me the process to return back the connection.

2. I have another connection SIMNo. 9827129114. The speed is very slow like I am having 2G connection. This problem is also not solved despite chasing. I think, this problem can be solved by your end. Because, I know that my first problem will remain unsolved.

Frankly speaking, I have lost faith over Reliance. Unfortunately, I am not getting contact nos. of your higher ups orelse I would have written directly to them.

One more thing, your, nodal officers for MP & CG (miss Shweta Tiwari & Mr. Arvind Chauhan) do not respond. Each time their phone is kept engaged and if there is a ring then there is nobody to pick up the phone.

Dear Friends,

I have 5 connections of Reliance 3G datacard purchased from their Hiranandani, Powai, Mumbai. They entered wrong contact information due to which we do not receive bill. In spite of reminders they did not correct contact information. They are very punctual in disconnecting the service but not good enough to restore service after making payment.

People sitting in their Nodal office are nuts and of no use. They must be shaked

I recently brought a new reliance smart prepaid connection 4 my cell in INDORE.
A week back, some new service of 'BOLLYWOOD FACTS' started on my cell automatically due to which some Rs.35 was deducted from my prepaid account.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

net connection problem

On 6th of june I have purchased reliance broadband data card
(no 7483216873)paying rs=1599+350(recharge) same day I got the connection.
But on 9th of june they have disconnected the line.After personal visit to shop they said their was a mistake in my address proof.
In spite of submitting 3 address documents,1 photo copy of DL,
2:voters card, 3;pan card.In all three they fond a mistake & asked me to submit once again. On 14th I have submitted all documents, but till today either they have not responded or net connection is repaired.Nearly every day I am visited the shop but no use.Kindly do the needful

Myself U.M.LOKHANDE -09325777026 , Reliance custumer from last few years & check my All A/c. those are up Date time to time ,Without falling payment due .Today another two numbers with me i.g.-09325777025 & 09326056251 .
Few month before myself change port From CDMA -to -GSM ,
Till the date paid all Payments for all those numbers(Pl. cheak)
But from few day's I am facing to much Problem With Services .
Suddenly Early in Morning I received SMS-Your pay due is High (53738)
& So Your Outgoing to be Barred (52811) .
Myself communicate At RELIANCE WEB WORLD ,Sadar,NAGPUR .With madam SWETA ,She suggest Pl.deposite Rs.3500=00 ,After that we solve your Problem (Dt.27 may 2011). On 27 evening My cell work .
On 1 june 2011 Again same problem Occured With same Procedure,Again talk toweb World with madam PUJA( RELIANCE WEB WORLD ,Sadar,NAGPUR ) , custumer care They Sugest for communication with Your Noodule Office, From nodule Office they sugest to communicate with Mr.Ranade (Till I don't Know ), Whenever Myself call , I get His Asst.(Mr.Rupsh , Mr.Chaterji & Mr.Richard ) on Line They Try To SOLVE the problem but till date it's not solved, this moment Myself HELP LESS due your System.Is it today Possible.Anybody to solve my proble Pl. communicate with me on -09325777026 .If no call means Your system is not faithful.
Today I am very Depressed.
Expecting today it's end of that problem.

Net work problem

I was a Reliance CDMA(9321049076) subscriber for last 2.5 years.Due to the LG handset problem i was to convert 2 GSM.On April 2011 i converted to GSM.When i am using my phone in my room,i am getting full coverage for CDMA but one or two points or points are fluctuating coverage for GSM.I tried putting sim card in different mobile but result looks same.So i raised a complaint in reliance customer care on April 19th 2011.They said they transfered to net work team and given 3 days 1 week time frame every time when we contacted them.Finally we fed up and we given complaint to Nodal Officer on May 1st week.Result was same as like customer care.We are really in trouble,what need to do next.My wife is using this phone and i am not able to contact her from my office due to this problem.Due to this issue i didnt pay the bill amount.so they disconnected my connection.We promise them that once you clear the issue we are ready for the payment.They are forcing to pay the bill amount.Reliance person came here 2-3 times and they force us to pay the bill.
Finally reliance send a network engineer to check the GSM coverage to our place after a one month long battle with Reliance.They confirmed that there is a network coverage issue inside the room for GSM and they gone to tower and done something. But the result got same. we raised this complaint on April 19th. They said some interesting points which is really fun to hear.1.Tower is far away from the place(But CDMA is getting full coverage).2.Our complex have 6-7 stores(Almost every mobile providers full coverage is available inside room).3.Maximum we can provide 2-4 points to us(Our demand is the full coverage bcoz all the providers are giving this facility).4.Communication coming properly and there is no need of full coverage(I tried this and i got so much break in the voice).5.They are so much eager to close the case and they were so much hurry to go from our place.6.We got a promise from a senior reliance person 2 days back that we will activate the service ASAP due to the issue u r facing(we decided not to pay the bill until this issue is solved).
Final thing is that why reliance is selling the GSM if this much issue is left. Even reliance engineer accepted that
How long we can wait for this . Only God Knows!!!!
I am getting full range for my reliance CDMA.Last april we converted to GSM.After converting GSM (9321049076) i am not getting range(maximum2-3 points)
I have informed many time to:
Reliance customer care,
Reliance nodal officer,
Reliance service assurance cell,
Reliance RCom care,
Reliance Appellate Authority,
But their answer is “Our team is working on the same, we will get back to you soon”
Reliance team is working since last one month and 10days . They are not able to provide or improve their network.No body is helping.......

Not only the customer care,

Not only the customer care, the nodal team is also equally non performing, when mailed a complain to the nodal team, i was asked the complain no. form the customer despite mentioning all the names of the cc executive i have spoken. And when i sent them the complain no. then i got a call form the cc telling me that this is the interaction id. so what can be example of such a poor nodal team.

All companies act like this because of legal complications and especially large companies have well defined procedures. Company has acted correctly.

Reliance Poor mobile services

I am using airtel connection for last many years and recently i thought on moving on other operator to test i bought reliance GSM SIM after that sim is activated its all incoming and outgoing services are bared so when I try from some other number it will just say "dial *222 from you your number " foolishness is such if my reliance number was working i wouldn't used other number .Anyway i got some other number googleing on net and when my call is transfered to customer care executive by auto-answering machine number was busy i was their listening to that reliance music for half an hour but still couldnt get through ,so finally i have disconect my phone . So this was Dhiru Bhai have thought about reliance communication.Poor service.I rank them minus(i.e.- ) 5 if iwas asked to rank them from 1 to 5.
