My amount Rs886 is deducted from my account ( Transaction ID no.xxxxxxx09467 dated on oct-29-2023 06:57)as I paid to renew my K7 account but the payment was failed but i don't receive any further updates about the failed transaction and about money which i paid INR Rs.886.00. so kindly refund my money which was deducted from my bank account soon or you have to face Legal consequences.

My amount rs 699 is deducted from my account as I paid to recharge my idea acct my idea account did not get recharged and amount is also deducted from my account fraud cheat company

This company PayUMoney is a fraud one. Never use their services. In every transaction they will make issues and with hold ur money. They neither have a customer care number nor you can even e-mail them. Their support system is as fake as their operations. They only drag ur matter in the name of raising chat support tickets.

Last 15 th of May I give order online in pay u.
But still I am waiting for my place order.

Hi,I paid Rs 20191/- on 27/01/2020 around 06:32 pm the amount Rs 20191/- was deducted and was showing paid transaction but,the person didn't received the payment still,

Its 7th Jan when is your team going to process my funds it’s been weeks. I am contacting you since 24 Dec 2019 and I have been trying hard to contact there is no official contact number all which are mentioned are either fake or just rings no one answers. Who will be bearing the losses I am facing because of this payment hold without any specific reason? This is a fraudulent activity done by Pay U release my money within 12 hours as such activities by Pay U is leading to fraud and legal actions. As mentioned in website wrongly that Payu have trained executives to solve problem within 24 hours where is my solution why are you holding my money without permission and authority and enjoying it keeping me in loss. Release my money today I cannot sink in more losses because of PayU unprofessional attitude and useless work process. I need responsible person (human no bot) to call back give a valid reason of this activity, release my payment and account now.
