This is a fraud company and site. I have placed and order and paid the money also on rhe day of delivery the website says it is delivered but the receiver has not received. Then I tried to contact them.through all possible ways but nothing was working. All phone numbers given in the site are fraud. please dont fall

this company is not refunding money of people

This is fraud company i have order birthday cake approx 1500 rupees they itself cancel order from their end and when i have asked for refund every time they r telling refund (11/06/2023) have been initiated but still money is not credited to my account.

I ordered on 18th July birthday cake they cancelled that order and even they they didn't refund the amount
After that when I send a mail for refund then they are telling that they can't return my amount so I have to send same amount so e products that also I send
3 months over that products also received

I placed order for flowers and chocolates for my wife on her birthday. That was 14th June 2023. They called me back and said, order can not be delivered and they would process the entire refund. However its been more than 3 months and I am still waiting for my money.

They are big fraud. I have filed a complaint with cyber cell so that other do not get cheated.

I was promised a complete refund of ₹1453 within 7 business days.

Refund Pending

We have order one flowers on 02.05.2023 for Goa, but their delivery service has been closed for 1 week that time. The service provider called me and informed that they will return my amount but since today I have not received any amount form myflower.com.

Kindly look into the matter and revert my Amount of Rs. 1999.
This is clearly fraud case.

Didn't get what I had ordered

The app has some problem, payment has been done twice. Then after the booking, on last moment got call that can't deliver to the address, will charge Rs 500 extra. I had given alternate address. They have delivered different cake and flowers than what I have ordered. Even after multiple follow up, didn't get the extra amount paid through app. Don't book anything with Myflower app. Your day will become worst and tensed. Even if it is showing the Pincode it can deliver, on last moment, you will get shock.

I booked one flower bouquet, cake and 1 mug while booking they showed that delivery is available for pin code after payment they are calling and informing we cant deliver ur payment will be refunded in 7 days now already 20 days still they have not refunded is this a fraud company

Worst and fraud company

Ordered cake and after some time they told it is not deliverable due to some technical issues ..They sent a coupon code for the amount deducted against the order but the coupon code provided by them is not working and invalid ...they are responding to emails and phone ..one of the most cheating company ...i request all weshwishers not to use this app for any bookings ..tottaly a fraud company and worst experience ever faced ...some body has to take necessary action against them as they have cheated lot of people
