MarQ Washing Machine not working

I am facing issue's with my MarQ washing machine. MarQ Technician said we do not have spare parts of this Washing machine. And they said you will get the refund of your machine. Its been 3 months. Nobody bother to resolve my issue. I am fed up calling them. Flipkart also does not take any responsibility. I request everyone not to purchase any product from Flipkart. After sale they did not give good service at all. I am stuck now.

I purchased washing machine in previous year in month of March. Now it's dryer is creating sound of like scratching and sometimes it stopped working also. I tried to call but no one answered and I also mailed on email address of MARQ but no solution and reply received
