Last Saturday june16,2018, I tried to book tatkal tickets from ddn to ndls in Nanda devi express.. amount of 3750 got deducted twice and ticket didn't get done. Again an amount of RS 990/- got deducted same time while booking ticket in normal quota.. Everytime I got the text msg that money will be refunded... total amount of 8490/- has been debited from my account and it's been a week now that I have not got the refund yet.

On 25.04.18 I have gone to IRCTC canteen at ALUVA in kerala.The time was 2.10 PM. The counter staff cheaper said normal meals not available costing RS 35 but only Biriyani which cost more only is available. Money deducted from my BOI A/c for failed transaction.

I tried to book e-ticket using IRCTC on 22-Jul-2013 from Dhanbad to Allahabad in Shipra Express(22912), but the transaction failed and thus PNR No. not generated.
Even though money deducted from my BOI A/c for failed transaction.
I was making the payment through Bank of India(BOI) debit card via ICICI Bank payment gateway.
Its been more than three days that amount to be refunded approved but till now money is not credited to my account.
