From July 2020 I am visiting your store in chandanagar, Hyderabad and they have given no. of Sims but till now nothing has been done.

Kindly do the needful by changing my idea no xxxxxxxxxx postpaid to prepaid.

Change My Postpaid Mobile Plan to Prepaid

Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect, it is to inform you that I want to switch my network plan from postpaid to a prepaid account, being a regular customer of your company since the year 2015 and my regular plan is 199. I am writing this to you so that I can tell you that I am facing a problem regarding the billing of the sim. I have to take this step on account of the exceeded amount of bill which I have paid for the last three months more.
Anyhow, I am not facing any kind of issues with respect to the services provided by your company. It is, therefore, requested that my mobile plan may please be changed into prepaid so that I could manage my monthly budget easily.

Complaint against Idea executives

1.In March 2020 I requested for portability from Idea to Jio.

2. Executives from Idea called me and assured ne of better services and low rental.

3. They didn't do any thing.

4. I filed complaint against them with their numbers and chat at customercare [at] vodafoneidea [dot] com and meanwhile shifted to Jio.

5. Now not getting reply or solution from customercare [at] vodafoneidea [dot] com

6. Please advice me what to do know.

It is intimated that i have pay my bill of Rs 3000.00 on 1st may 2020 through paytm ( refrence no DL0501175912002260, but No de-activate from 23 may 2020 till date. I have many complaint / e mail but no clarification received.

My SIM is not identified by mobile. I Tried to restart, changed the SIM slot, tried to insert other SIM it is working fine. Something wrong with SIM only and not with the handset.

The answer was on 1949 Go to your nearest idea care . And The answer on Idea Care was to email in Idea. Either I can make that plan Or should both these numbers be closed And I will not deposit this bill because I have not used anything
