Poor customer service
Please don't buy there subscription. They make tall claims but never fulfill there promises. They never pick phone.

Yes it's true I will never buy subscription there from now onwards very bad service
Worst internet service provider
Every month internet goes down for weeks long. No replies on email, no one receives the call at customer service.
Even escalations are not heard, looters in disguise.
Several emails written but noone responds
Service Issues
Really disappointed with the services. Customer care never picks up. Network works only 2-3 times a week.
Won't even clearly mention what the issue is.
I have paid for the whole year subscription and so am stuck with them.
Would never recommend anyone to choose Honesty Internet services. My building does not allow any service provider till the construction work is complete so I don't have any other choice.
