Error shown in site while placing supply order in the GeM site
From the month of February we are trying to purchase different items through GeM Site but while placing work/supply order it shows something went wrong but the same problem has not yet shorted out till date. While we tryed to contact with help desk with phone they told it is a server error and will be shorted out shortly. But the error is not yet shorted out in the site and i am unable to purchase any single item through GeM till february 20.
Pl look into the matter and solve it at the earliest. As i am using the GeM SITE for purchase of each and every item for last 3 years.
