Return/Refund

• For any issues contact support center.
• Item will be exchanged and amount will be refunded within 3-6
  days, after receiving item back.
• Wallet refund takes 24 hours to reflect in GearBest account.
• PayPal refund takes 48 hours to reflect in your account.
• Credit card refund takes 7-14 days to reflect in your account.
• In case of repairs, it may take 7-14 days and you will be updated
  on the repair process via ticket system.
• Return for spare parts/accessories are not accepted, in case you have
  received a faulty part contact support center within 3 days of delivery of product.
