I was recently sent a new card, ending in 7779. I have spent hours to get I-pin, T-pin etc. for it ---- without success.

Am an Ex-Citibank salaried account holder - need an urgent help


I had a Citibank salaried account debit card which got closed on 29th March 2011.The account number is 5103887118.
The thing is I have changed the bank to HDFC now and one of my Mutual fund withdrawal from SBI mutual fund is stuck due to change of bank procedure.
I did gave them the previous proofs of CITI account statements and the closure mail sent by you but they say they will be needing an official document having CITIBANK LOGO and details having the closure.
Could you please help me out, I tried reaching on customer care landline but since my account is not active I'm unable to speak with your customer care operator.

plz help me out.I had transfer 4000rs money to my friend acc on 2nd july 12.i got msg from citi bank that my transaction is accepted & my bal is reduced by 4000rs.but now on 3rd july again i got same msg from citi by total bal reduced by 8000rs.It means that transaction is done by two times.
I tried to call citi bank customer care bt no response.Still m not able to connect with them.

Dear Officer,

I do not understand the problem that you people have in providing me the letter, at least the scanned one.

I have been always maintaining good relations with Citibank since last 12 years, in terms of Credit Card(s), or Corporate / Saving Accounts, still you are not co-operating with me to provide me the scanned ‘NO DUES’ letter. I am using one credit card of Citibank at present also.

Since I had shifted 3 years back, the address mentioned in your records is different. So, the physical letter cannot be received by me. For that you will either have to change my residential address in your records, which again you are not ready to do that, since the card is in closed state.

As a solution to this, I requested you to at least provide the scanned letter on email, which again has not been done so far.
It’s been more than 7 days that I have been requesting and following up with you people. I have always made the payments on time, and I have no dues now, then why is the bank not ready to co-opearte with me for such a small issue.

As also mentioned in my previous mails, I need this letter V.URGENTLY from the bank to process my loan.

I hope you understand and do the needful at the very earliest.

My Name is Vinod Ubhe using Citi Credit card Indian Oil ************7009. Now I am in UK. Called helpdesk of citi bank to convert my all EMI’s in single amount.
The person on call told they will give call back. I asked him I am calling from UK from my personal mobile still he is saying they will give call back.. I don't know how and he also doesn’t know but that guy repeating again and again they will give call back. After 2 min,
I requested him to transfer call to your supervisor he kept my international call in lop for 6 min. and dropped this ridiculous service.
One of Worst experience from citi bank. I never got call bank when I am in Pune (India) how is it possible to get call when I am in UK.
