I joined a scheme in BIGBAZAR prozone Mall aurangabad by paid Rs 10,000.

Now we understand that BIGBAZAR is closed. please suggest us how we get our deposited 10000 money. Many times I trying to call for coustomer care but call is not connecting.

I hereby request BIGBAZAR to how the customer will get their deposit amount.

Hi This is Akash Agrawal from Raipur C.G. I have placed order with Big Bazaar Devendra Nagar Raipur branch. Called on landline numbers they are switched off, even the toll free # is switched off. Have placed order which was to be delivered on 1st May and still not delivered. Even there is no option to cancel as it says to be in transit from last 3 days.

COMP[LAINT. NO CONCERN FOR SAFETY- CORONA VIRUS

I had visited Big Bazaar at Vasant Kunj, Nelson Mandela Marg yesterday.

I had noticed a couple of your staff coughing. One of them Krishna was coughing badly and he had no mask over him.
I informed the information desk that for every one's safety the staff members must wear safety mask as a precaution. Mr Binay Kumar was at the desk and assured me that he is trying to organize the masks... Even after 40 minutes there was no action was taken and Krishna was seen coughing . I pray to god that no one got infected by such careless actions of the Big Bazaar management.

I even logged a complaint at the register. I do not know if that made any difference.

It is perhaps SAD.

Dear sir/ madam,
I bought a Koryo ac last year on 6.5.2018, from your Big Bazaar store,mahagun mall, Vaishali. It stopped working in mid July, 2019. I filed a complaint in Koryo customer care service on 21.7 2019, and there engineer came on 22nd to look into the matter. There was a defect in temperature sensor, and he told that, new temperature sensor is not available in local hardware store, so they have to ask Bangalore centre to send the same and it will take 6-7 days at the max to reach Vaishali. But even after 10 days, I got know information regarding the same. When I called Koryo customer care again, then the executive told me that due to some misunderstanding, in place of temperature sensor, PCB has come, and it will take another 7 days for the temperature sensor to reach Vaishali. How come they are so indifferent about the issue. And when I told the same to big Bazaar customer care service, then they have the same attitude. How can you be so irresponsible!!!???

निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि हमने कुछ दिन पहले एक फूड आइटम खरीदा था जिसका दिल हमारे पास है और जिसकी वारंटी लगभग 6 महीने थी और हमने जब उसे कल फ्रिज से निकालकर बनाने के लिए निकाला तो उसमें बहुत ज्यादा फफूंदी लगी हुई थी और वह अंदर से सड़ा हुआ था हमने यह सामान निर्माण विहार मेट्रो स्टेशन के पास बिग बाजार स्टोर से खरीदा था जो कि हमारे घर से थोड़ा सा दूर था इसलिए हम वह नहीं आ पा रहे हैं और हम चाहते हैं कि हमारा प्रोडक्ट वापस लिया जाए और हमारे पैसे वापस किए जाएं और साथ ही अधिकारियों के खिलाफ युक्तियुक्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए जिन्होंने इस सड़े हुए प्रोडक्ट को बिना जांच के हमें दिया और यह तो अच्छा हुआ कि हम उसे खा नहीं पाए वरना बीमार हो जाते और हमारा काफी खर्चा हो जाता इसलिए हम आपसे विनती करते हैं कि हमारे पैसे वापस दें और साथ ही साथ हमें हरजा खर्चा भी दें

Billing amount deducted twice

I have shopped big bazaar and I have paid the amount around 1000 Rs amount was deducted from my sodexo card when I paid I got a text that the amount was deducted and bill was generated too but the billing counter person told me like it was not credited to big bazaar account and asked me to pay again and said like to with in 24hr it will be credited back to my account but it was not credited to my account its 72hr now kindly as an responsible retailer work on this complaint

Worst shop I ever seen

Recently I bought 7 dresses from big bazaar shop in E.A. mall chennai. After two days I returned 2 dresses out of 7 for exchange. But they refuse and arrogantly talked with me. I didn't expect this kind of things. In abroad people can return things if there is a fault/colour/size etc. even after using it for some time. But, here even not willing to exchange and handling the customer very roughly. Even after many request they didn't exchange it. Finally I gave the dresses to them and told them to give it for charity. In future I will not step into big bazaar and definitely I will make propaganda for this.

use cash in the ciunter

I am sorry to say that ur cash counter people is saying to pay me to pay bill amount in cash. as they are unable to take payment through card. it's just like a harrassment in the counter. look into it
