Replacement issue

Hi,
I procured AMCO Bike battery for Hond DreamYuga on seventeen December two thousand eighteen on insistence of the Garage Mechanic at XXXXXXXXX Garage in Nerul near LP Flyover behind Indian Oil Petrol Pump. Since purchasing this battery, I had not been happy with the battery function but carried on with this.

Somehow I misplaced battery warranty card in July XXXX and since then I have been trying to convince AMCO Area Representative and customer care executive that based on Battery Serial No., and the kachcha invoice given by M/s. XXXXX Auto Garage, AMCO Battery can replace the battery if they had the right intention but all my arguments have fallen flat on the the area sales manager and the customer care rep., so far.

Based on my experience with this battery's function and its customer services, I would not suggest anyone to go for this brand. Instead, one should go for AMARON or EXIDE batteries which are much much better than this.

Improper service

I have a amco battery it's serial number is AB7BHMSIL 0ZG8 819093 it's under warranty but the authorised had charge me 80+150 rupees as a service charge whithout the invoice or service bill when I had asked about service note ( service invoice ) he had given me his personal visiting card and told me just come and show me that only. is that amco run its authorised service centre in Mira road (thane) it's my first experience with such kind of service centre if it's in warranty why we charge is there any explanation please explain waiting for your reply

I had purchased a bike Tvs scarcity on 30/10/17 at Sagbara from shiv motors who has a authorised sub dealer of Raviraj automobile Bharuch & my bike had a Amco battery but after 6 month it's draining &not working so I was complain to Amco dealer at Rajpipla but that time they observe for 1 days &says battery is OK. But after 15 days my battery is draining totally & it's not working till 15 days. Their after I told to dealer to Rajpipla but they says you couldn't purchased from my shop that's we couldn't give you any service or replace. You have to go to Tvs showroom.
I was request to dealer to change my battery because it's in warranty period but they couldn't reply properly. In future why I suggest to my friends. I am totally dissatisfied with your dealer from Rajpipla. It's not right way to talking to us.
Pls solve the problem asap

Dear Team

i had purchased an AMCO battery at powerpoint AMCO (st.inez Goa)in february 2017 ,and to my notice a few days back i saw that the battery wasn’t getting charged in use.later i approached the dealer ifrom where i had purchased the battery a year ago and to their observations it was told that the battery has drained and is defected, now to my bad luck ,the battery warranty card has been misplaced along with the invoice . so i requested the staff to check the history and he told me that there is no history with that particular battery number and also mentioned that” i haven’t bought the battery with the dealer “which is a huge false accusation towards a customer who is stranded without a bike battery secondly the staff started to deny and refused to help me out saying no warranty card no free replacement!!!!its my fault probably a misfortune

now there are things that i want to know
1.why is there no history with battery specific number??
2.why there is no customer support??
3.are the staff selling defective batteries n not entering in the system?
4.no warranty card no free replacement i believe every dealer has a dealer invoice to support customer (in cases like these)
5.2 year guarantee why battery fails with a guarantee

please revert back and let me know what step shall i take or if not the dealer i need some support from company end to get through this and also i’m not going to bear a single Re for this!!extremely disappointed!!!and a very dissatisfied customer i’ll make sure this is the last ever battery that i recommend anyone,also ur toll free numbers don’t work anymore so provide me some number for verbal communication ASAP
