Poorest service no action against my complain

The poorest service i have seen till now is of Videocon. Its been 20 days my complain about compressor and thermostat has been registered and no action hai been taken. I have call company more the 20 times each and every worker of yours has nothing more than to say but only " Asuvidha ke liye maafi chahte hai " If your company really feel sorry for " Asuvidha " then take strict action about my complain and get my fridge repaired ! Pathetic service. I will never purchase anything again from videocon plus i will not recommend Videocon to anyone.

Refrigerator sensor issue

I raised a complaint regarding the refrigerator issue, technician came the next day and said sensor needs to be replaced and collected 420 rs. after that no one has bothered to call back. I hardly used this refrigerator for 4 years and now I am repenting why I got this brand. One of the worst brand for after sales. I am still waiting for an update

Filed complaint for fault in refrigeator. Complaint no. LP9370372301091 in March 2021.
Called several times no action taken till date.
Today I called again and I was told that we have repaired your fridge. We have changed the compressor and we have closed your complaint in 1st weak if may, 2021.
Such a dig fraud with me is done by company.
It is a shame on the company owner and management that they are making fool of the public. Just collecting money on the name of products and providing poor quality products and no service . Instead laying that we have repaired the refrigerator

It us better to call from outside they are not providing proper service. My vediocon freeze is not working then I called them there technician visit our home and charged 5300 and still the freeze not working so better to call from outside they are fake service provider. My Videocon Refrigerator is not working

Greetings and hope you are doing well

last year, I bought a refrigerator named Videocon a product of your company. once, it stopped immediately and was not working, and when a repair man checked out, he said that the timer had stopped. And while he revolved the Timer then the refrigerator started working normal till this year.
But now, It is becoming 4 months that it is not working (not freezing the water) I showed to several repairmen in the bazar each of them said that it's system has became very weak, the thermosat is not working, etc and took a lot of money from me.

I kindly request you to please help me to find the main issue of the refrigerator and repair my refrigerator.

My refrigeretor got fire on 15 april 2018 I made complaint to the shop which I bought the same. The name of the shop is Ideal electronics. One gentilman came and take photos. I contacted everyday with them. They use to say next week - tommorow. Till now I am not getting any propper answer. This vediocon fridge I bought on 2015 midile.whether it can be replased or not.please take nessary step for the same.

I purchased a refrigerator in month of may. glass inside the refrigerator was in broken condition At the time of purchase. I already book complaint in May month. But still no update i got on my complaint. The service provide told me that delay at company end.The service person behaviour is also not good. complaint of fridge service centre

Sir,

With warm regards, it is stated that I have bought a Videocon refrigerator from my hometown shop namely V.K. Traders, hospital junction, Kundara, Kollam, Kerala. After about six month there were water leakage inside of the fridge and water were oozing inside and outside of the fridge. This was got complained in V.K.traders twice. Both time service engineers from service centre came and attended the fault, but could not rectify the real fault and have charged Rs. 350/- each time. But the faulty has not yet rectified. Finally I have hard talk with the manager ( Shri Biju) of Kollam service centre, “ Maxicare service centre” Kollam. At last he sent a well qualified and experienced engineer named santosh and he found the real fault and has recommended to replace a part fitted in freezer part name so called thermostat etc. But he said it will cost Rs. 450/- for parts and Rs. 350/- as service charge. When I have complained it to biju that I have already paid Rs. 350/- twice earlier for service done by your engineer which eventually could not been rectified even when it was under warranty period and he asked for a receipt of money which was not given to me by the service engineer. The performance of your service centre at kollam is very poor. When I have asked for a complaint number shri biju told that you may get it from the shop where I have complained. This is really very irritating on part of the service centre which ultimately ddgrade and defame the name of your esteemed company. Hence, it is kindly requested to intervene in this matter and rectify the faulty fridge free of cost at the earliest.
