Complain for Toshiba 1.5 T, 3 Star, Split AC

Dear Sir,

I have purchase Toshiba 1.5 T, 3 Star, Split AC in Oct-2021.
From last 2 month I have face problem for Compressor, Compressor is off with in 10 Min after start the AC.
I have already compliant (Complain No: 2225662) by call in last week, but till now no any action from your side.
Also, after buying this machine, no one has come to do service from your side.
Kindly attend the issue ASAP on urgent basis.

Replacement of Hard disk

We have purchase TOSHIBA 20 Hard disk & one HDD Sr.no.67MHPLUFS6TD . This HDD Within in a warranty period of 2Yrs your HDD Malfunctioned in Aug Month. Then later on I thought giving this HDD to service center after that they gave me a replacement for this HDD Sr.no. 194ZEWDFS On Date 19th Aug 2019.
When I got a received this replacement HDD, It’s Work for a only less than 1 month then it stop working. Then I realize that this too became defective, So now Toshiba Service Center say don’t give a replacement of HDD because warranty period has expire.

One More Yesterday I Call Ravi Patel . This Person Communication Behavior is not good And he directly challenged me to rejected my mail & HDD sr. no for concern.

Then I ask to you the replaced HDD why Work only less for 1 Month ????

I too much irritated because of your service as well as I lost my most important data and also HDD.

So I request to you kindly replace my HDD As soon as posible and minimum 3 months Warranty of your HDD………….

Supply of faulty external HDD

I purchased one external HDD in Oct 2017 through flipcart. Sine then it made a lot of clicking noise but opened. However it had stopped opening up. I had sent an email to care [at] rptechindia [dot] com in Apr 18, however they have not responded till date.
