I want to disconnect/de-active my TATA photon+ connection. pleas tell me what is the procedure of disconnect the connection.

billing issue

i am sanjay and i have been using tata photon plus no 9258342141. whenever i went to my nearest photon showroom to pay my bill mostly i was being told that there is no connectivity because of which i was not able to pay my bill and late payment charges were added to my bill. in february 2014 i paid my photon bill at the nearest showroom and because of the problem mentioned above i asked them to deactivate my account. the next month i again received a bill and when i went to the nearest photon showroom i was told that it might be a technical problem and asked me to ignore it. since february 2014 i have discontinued using my photon plus under this impression that my services are deactivated. now i am getting calls from tata photon. i had called customer care and had a word with the complaint department and on there advice i am posting this complaint. please look into the matter.

I had purchased the Tata photon plus two months back.It worked properly for the first month of purchase and than the problem began, the speed of the net gone very slow and it is not possible to surf with this speed.I tried to contact customer care No. but the given No. is not working.It seems that after sale service Of Tata tele services is very poor.They should have changed the numbers from the site if there customer care numbers have been changed.Please give me new customer care number if it has been changed.

my account no is 918095463 i got tata photon in my company plan and some terms that card is free and also i will use service for 6 months .but after 15 days of usage i was having spped of 4-10 kbps.i am getting the bill even i am already not using tata photon from last 3-4 months when customer care told me that in my area i will get 4 kbps speed even they promised for 3.1 mbps that time i told him to disconnect me now after 3-4 months what is the logic of bill when i paid for 2 months advance and used 1.5 months.now they are asking for 4600 .so overall they are asking me to pay 1800+4600 = 6400 for 1.5 moth with 4 kbps speed.this is bullshit and and now they are giving me justification that according to my plan i can not opt out before 6 moths even if they provide me worse service. .
why they are following the policy of 6 moths plan when they can not follow their policy for 3.1 mbps speed.
why did not they disconnect at that time when i told them.
how can they charge people when they forced me to move out.

TATA photon centers are the worst ones .
I had a photon+ connection in the year 2011.which was deactivated.
in 2013 in the month of jan i wished to re-activate and was promised that the service would be reactivated within 24 hrs. but they failed ot do so and i canclled the request and they kept my old plug too.when i went to collect my plug i had to wait for an hour to collect it .I took my money back and canclled the request.disgusting service in both the branches of nashik.
today i recieved a bill in the month of june of Rs. 2300.
its a frod being played by the company or the employes.
took this product just because the trust in the name TATA & its products.but sad to say that it is also like many others only having big name and able to play cheap games.
if such conditions persist the name of the company will soon be vanished.

complaint about slow net working

my tata photon+ is working very slowly

speed problem

i am jonty i purhcase tata photon wiz on last year that time tata staff told me that our net speed is 1mbps but they are cheater, now days i am getting ony 56kbps speed some time it is below 20kbps and all the time speed is fluctuated some time 56 so some time 6kbps now there is no solution regarding this on net as well as customer care.

There is a cell number on this website which is 8097695333 & they told me that there is an offer tht give Rs. 2500 for 10GB usage for 4 month with device inclusive amount,

I gave them a cheque on 9 th of April 2013 & cheque got debit on 10 of April 2013 today is 25th of April & i am not able to surf internet everytime i got a popup to Activate several times i have call to the above number but no resolution,,,,

There is person name Praveen, he say's that he is a manager & what the motherfucker manager even he is not picking up the phone.

Never Buy Tata Photon Plus

Hi All........ My name is Neerav and i purchased a Tata Photon Plus data-card in Jan, 2013. And i am really frustrated from it’s service. They unnecessary activated any useless services and charged me upto 125 rs. No customer support at all. I applied for a pre-paid connection but they gave me a post-paid connection. I have become mad in just 1.5 month. And when i wanted to submit my post-paid bill, then i tried to pay it online but the link was not working and still it is not working. I asked to Customer care that where i can submit the bill near my location, then the address told by the CC executive was wrong. I mailed them on the email address, Customer [dot] care [at] tatatel [dot] co [dot] in but i didn't receive any kind of response from them.

Now when I asked to customer care to surrender this data-card then the CCE cut the phone and didn’t give reply me. If anyone knows how can I close this bloody hell service, then please let me know.

I would like to suggest all of you, Please never buy Tata Photon Plus data card. Otherwise you will lots of problems like I am facing.

Harassment by Customer Care executive n unnecessary bill charges

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased the Tata Photon on 31st August 2012. I had availed the Unlimited plan for 5GB at speed of 1Mbps. It was communicated to me by your sales executive that it will cost me Rs. 750 INCLUSIVE OF ALL TAXES.But now I am receiving the Bill of Rs. 750 + additional taxes.

I had raise a complaint in December 2012 and it was accepted and assured by one of your customer care executive that it was a mistake by sales executive and as a result for 2 months i.e. Jan 2013 and Feb 2013. I will need to pay only Rs 750 inclusive of all taxes.

In these regard, I have received a confirmation message and confirmation mail from your system on 28th DEC 2012 and 29th Dec 2012 stating that:
“Hi Your Bill plan is changed to DLHSIA TMARP 5GB Cap@1500 w.e.f. 27th Dec 2012 as per your request for Photon No. 9212398925 ”.

Now in January I am receiving again the bill of Rs 838. (Rs. 750 + taxes.). I had talked to customer care they ask me to drop a mail. i had already dropped a mail in 14th Jan 2013 but no action has been taken. I again contacted customer care to close the connection on 21st jan 2013 then the customer care executive name Jyoti started shouting at me without listening to me and said drop a mail. I have dropped a mail to listentatadocomo.com thrice but still the connection is not closed and I am receiving the monthly bills of 820 rs again.

I understand that I need to pay service tax but when i confirmed with sales executive that 750 inludes taxes or not then at that time he confirmed that it includes taxes then why I am getting bill with addtion of taxes again.

Wrong billing

This is to bring to your notice that at first when I have got some issues I have requested for safe custody in the month of july 18th 2012 and in the month of august I got a bill of 528/- rs. And I paid the same. But in the month September when I got a bill of 189/- rs. I raised a complaint because I suppose to get a bill of 75/- rs. Only.when I have spoken to the customer care person they told me that my no. is now out of safe custody where it suppose to be for three months but with 1 month only it activated in a month time.After my complaint they have rectified and they have kept my no. again in safe custody.but again oct 2012 I have got a bill of 528/- rs.

So I request you to please help me out and sort this problem

I have Photon Plus Postpaid connection in Punjab My Number is 9216622247 after 3 months i applied for disconection My Complaint No was 318150867 on 23 july after few Days there was call from Customer Care offering me many Schemes but i Refused to all of the schemes lastly there offered me to convert the connection from post paid to Prepaid
and i agreed for which they told me to fisrt recharge of Rs 350/- and my Migration request no was 318871665 after 2 days there was message on my mobile from tata that migration is successfull so i recharged the connection of Rs 350/- on same day and submiited all the documents i.e on 25 july
for 7-8 days everything was well but after then my device stopped working i agian called customercare they said your device is neighter working in postpaid connection nor Prepaid so we cant do anything go to local store . I went to local store they say we cant do anything talk to customercare .so whats my fault i think its reward for choosing tata services. these People r useless! beware of them

I am strongly mentally suffered BY TATA Photon. I had tataphoton prepaid connection in March2012 that time no problem. But from 11th June someone called from tataphoton told me to transfer pre paid to postpaid and offer me 1.5gb@250 .And I told them to let me think but convincing me that day she sent their agent and took my document and again I ask that person whether they will provide that facility that person said yes. I believe them. But when activation done on 13th June.I saw their message 300mb@Rs250 monthly rental. That day I call customer care they said they have no such scheme and they said next day I should meet tatadocomo store and next day I have travelled long distance for Park Street tatadocomo store when I ask them to help cut the line they said I should come after 1week and said they have no way ,how I can come again travelling so much distance next week.But that customer care told me that if I come next day they will help me.But Tatadocostore store told customer care don’t know anything. In middle I really suffer with so much money I have used on data card.After that several call come for money.Every day they suffered me. So I think I should pay for disconnect the line.When I ask to customer care on 4th Aug2012 how much I have to pay so that future I have not to suffer they said me Rs.500/without any billing I paid Rs.500/ on6th Aug 2012 on tata docomo tore and told Customer care for disconnect the line they also said I have no due so they gave me cancellation No.321070089 on 6th Aug 2012.I ask several time to many representative of customer care whether , there will be any due but all said no.But on 12th Aug 2012 I saw a e-bill come with Rs.739/.I called customer care they took time 30minute said You have wrong billing and said You have to pay Rs.539/.For wrong billing they gave me Complain No.321879747.But customer care gave me obligation to me they said no customer care said but I said check the line they have no answer.They are not helping hand they are company hand.I know coming days they will suffer me more.Though I had stop to use that data card.How billing they are done where no outstanding there?Know one of Tatadocomo helping they are very clever,cheating with customer for money.I am here sharing with all of you so that in future no one should suffer by hearing some one call from tatdocomo and don’t transfer postpaid connection.

solution for the payment of bill give me some time

i have take the tataphoton connection last 3months back they not even gave proper speed and i called to costmercare for solving my problem they dint even care and i told them to disconnect my connection after one month. they dint disconnected the connection for 3months and now they send me leeter for bill payment. now i am suffering for money allot in the letter the last dates which are given is 18/7/12 to 31/7/12 but i got the letter on 30/7/12 how can i arrange the money to pay them,and in that letter after last they will prossed for court case. give me some solution for my problem. i will pay the for that worest service but give me some time. please please reply me for solution ,any costmer care service is not responding for my solution .

PREPAID Connection change in POSTPAID

My photon+ number is 9264740758. My connection was prepaid but suddenly it was converted in postpaid how is it possible? I was call the customer care number which is 1800266121 but they are not attended the phone call. I register a complain also my complain number is 540397.
Please I want my prepaid connection back. I don't need any postpaid connection.

I just got my photon plus upgraded to unlimited and then after a few days of good speed it went down to almost nothing. They take extra money from me but theworst part is that i can't even get in touch with the customer care because apparently the number does not exist. I always thought that tata was one of the few indian companies worth respecting but it seems they are apparently following reliance down the drain when it comes to dealing with customers. tata's management is beginning to suck.

Writing this with my few months experience with Tata Photon.
its worst service. The speed they offer is high.
The real speed will not be even 1/10th of the promised one. !
its kind of cheating the people.
I was getting below 20 kBps speed for a 3.2 Mbps speed connection...

And the customer care is worse, they dont give you good answers, they just run away and give you diappointing actions like, we cant do anything about that...

Now a days I am shifting from my current address to ABROAD.
So I would like to disconnect my TATA DOCOMO service ASAP.

My Tata Photon Plus (Model: HUAWEI EC 1261) prepaid number is 9231489509 and I have been a consistent user for the past two years. I have been getting very slow internet speed and abnormal consumption of GB (gigabytes) on normal internet use like surfing, mail checking, studying. He told me that he will submit his report in his office, Then he will provide me new complaint no. 270378587 on dated 30.06.2012 .Then I received a reply form the company that you should contact the tata office where from I had purchased this instrument .
Then I contacted tata photon office in sec 8c Chandigarh. They told me that their manager was on leave on that day. They will call me from my residence but till date they have not take any action. Then I stop payment of my last bill as company not taking any action.
That I have already brought this problem to sh Ajay Aggarwal & abha naïve C 15,Phase 8 industrial focal point Mohali 160071 punjab continuously for the last three four day but no effect .
Now I start receiving call from Advocate Vandana Awasti mobile no (08595023305) to deposit the amount of the bill and she would herself get my genuine grievance redressed.
I am ready to give all my due, but first the company have to solved my problem, otherwise company pressure me to go Consumer Court.

Worst service

I have a Tata Photon post paid connection from last 1year and every month am paying the bill on date and dont have any issues other than speed of the network.suddenly yesterday they deactivated my connection without intimating to me and i called to customer care and they said that my application form is incorrect so that they had diactivated my tata photon connection.After completing 1year with that connection now they got to know that the application is incorrect how its possible?
The application form should be check before activating the connection not after completing 1year with that service.worst service i never had seen this before. better to go with Reliance rather than choosing TATA PHOTON and also dont have any offers in this network.

Poor service in TATA PHOTON

Iam staying at Gandhidham ,KUTCH and using a tata Photon with unlimited download plan. Iam a regular customer of this postpaid plan for the last one year.My photon no is 9227414037.
I have been paying my bills regularly but they are not making the bills properly due to which my new month bill is getting added up with the earlier month.
Also they never waste even a day to disconnect the service for any delay in bill payment (even for a day)
and they take 7-10 days to restore the services.
Even today (31/12/11) my connections are diconnected and even after giving online complaints nobody is bothered to look into it.
If somebody please suggest.

My Tataphoton Plus Prepaid

My Tataphoton Plus Prepaid No. is 9206367480, from last month I have not recharged it anymore since it is very very slow in my area (Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh). I could hardly use around 300 MB of my accumulated quota of around 7 GB over 6 months period, its average speed being around 12 to 15 kbps. It was even slower than Vodafone Live (Which is a WAP - 2G service, i.e. GPRS) which gives me speed of around 30 to 40 kbps and consider this that I get 2 GB per month from Vodafone for only Rs 98. Tataphoton prepaid charges Rs 350 for 512 MB for validity period of 1 month.

So now my query is will my Tataphoton Plus prepaid connection be deactivated automatically if I do not recharge for say 5 or 6 months period. I want to use it only in case of emergency when other services are not available due to any reason.

collecting money for deactivated devices

due to disconect my tata photon device no 9246660944,I i complaint in the month of june2011 to stop bill generate w.e.f as I have disconnect my photon device. After submission of my application, to collection executive Mr pradeep and he told me to refer the mater to the higher authorities and I paid last bill of Rs700/- vide bill no 52914 of dtd 27.8.2011. Afterwards i once again received a bill of Rs475/- for the month of July&Aug. I immidiately rush to the office of tata photon,hymayathnagar in hyderabad. and asked them that i already complaint.They essured me that due to oversight it happened and they will wave of the billing amount. Sir but no action was taken at there end after my several requests.I then launched a online complaint in consumer court and after conversations on mail they waved of the billing amount of sep & oct. and assured me it wil not hapened again.Sir now in the month of sept,once again i received a bill of Rs1300/-vide of dtd14/11/11. Sir i fail to understand why my billing has not been stopped after my written and verble requests. Kindly look into the matter and take n/immidiate action at your end.

Tata Photon customer service issue

On 5th Oct 2011 I raised a complaint # 282351857 regarding my photon plus device which stopped working while I was out of station. I went to Shantiniketan (West Bengal, district - Birbhum) where the device was simply useless. I called up customer care immediately since I had to complete an important official work and the complaint was registered. I was promised that I would get a call back from them within 24 hours (! quite long turn around time though the problem was serious). But they never bothered to give me a call back though I waited till next day. Next day again I had conversation with them and that time I was told that the service engineer will be visiting me and check the problem with the device. Again the same old story, no one turned up. I had to run around the city and fortunately could manage an MTS data-card which worked absolutely fine. I stayed there for three days but I never received any service from photon. On 8th Oct I came back to my hometown Kolkata and the device started working. From 10th Oct I started receiving several calls from Photon customer care for the complaint which I had raised. They closed the complaint without my permission as the device started working in Kolkata. The complaint status was changed to "Resolved". Now my question is who rectified or resolved the issue ? Why did not I get any service from photon even after requesting customer care so many times. If outside Kolkata I had to use some other datacard and pay for that, then what is the use of keeping photon plus. This so called branded company is least concerned about their service to the customers and simply tries to escape from problems by changing complaint status to shed off the responsibility from their shoulder. I think it is better for me to discontinue with photon plus and take up some other internet service where I can get better service.

i have brought TATA Photon

i have brought TATA Photon plus device & connection last week...that marketting fellow himself ate up 6 days for handing the device to me, & that too device has been tampered...it has been opened in my absence....now want to disconnect it bcoz in my pace i am not at all getting photon plus signal...it's only whiz signal....moreover customer care is very bad.....they have not called me even once to explain tariff details of my plan after i took connection...when i contacted their nodal office in hyderabad , they gave me atoll free number 1800-266-121...but if i m dailing this it says number is not in use...what the shit is happening...these guys r useless!

on 12.06.2011 recharge one month prepaid connection. but message coming it will validate upto 27th june. why not upto to 11th july 2011.

Horrible bill collection process

I started getting phone calls from Tata Indicom asking if I paid my bill one week before the bill due date. They must have decided to harass me as I happened to slip the due date last month as I was travelling out of the country. The person has called 3 times in a span of 3 days and is very rude and does not even apologize for bothering so many times. I have had the tata photon for a year now and had been puctual about the bill every single month except for the last month (Even though my usage has been almost nil - I have the photon just as a back up). These guys are annoying the crap out of me. I don't understand why they would call and ask if I paid the bill - Won't they know if I paid the bill or not?!!! Don't they have records of the due date?!!! Its become a nuisance and I 'm going to get the service cancelled. Beware of this annoying number - 040 -64630725.

Worst experience

Same here.. I also purchased a photon plus from one of their dealers in Oberon, Cochin. Worst experience.. it took for me 15 days to make them activate my device..in the mean time they gave me 3 new cards to activate the device... All was rejected.. Even called their zonal head she asked to wait 2 more days...The Photon executive at Oberon was an idiot and he was not forwarding my ID proof all these days...till i could understand the problem was his.

Very worst customer service

I purchased Tata photon 1 month back, still it is not activated and customer care is also helpless and useless. Don't prefer to buy Tata Photon, i considered the money as funded to corpus. Reliance is far most better than TATA
