Payment and Withdrawal Process

Currency and Fees:

• All transactions on the Platform and in relation to the Contest shall be in Indian Rupees.
• The platform hosts various contests, and there may be a fee for participating. The exact fee is mentioned on the contest page before you join.
• The platform can change these fees as needed.

Contest Fees and Taxes:

• Each contest has a fee, which can vary based on the type of contest, prizes, and other factors decided by the platform.
• The fees mentioned on the platform do not include GST or other applicable taxes.
• When you join a contest, the platform deducts the contest fee, platform fee, and taxes from your account balance and sends you an invoice.

Payment Options and Processing Time:

• You can use credit cards, debit cards, net banking, online payment wallets, or game credits to pay for contests
• It might take up to 48 hours to process these transactions.

Refunds:

• If you are not satisfied with a transaction of yours on SportsBuzz11, then please inform within 3-days of that transaction. 
• The platform may refund your money after deducting cancellation charges and taxes if they decide to permit a cancellation.

Withdrawals:

• You can withdraw money from your account, but the minimum amount for withdrawal is INR 10.00.
• You must pay 100% of your contest fees before requesting a withdrawal.
• The platform may allow withdrawals in exceptional cases, but they may charge a processing fee.
