dear Sir / madam,

1 I have a peculier problem with my Sony Experia XZ phone.
2. The phone cutoff power though the charge shown is 85 %.
3. It started with 25 % and steadyly moved in steps and cuts off at 85 % power.
4. when switched on after connecting powewr cable it begins to recharge from 85 % on wards.
5. Many times power indication drops from 85 % to 0 % and phone switches off.
6. Kindly advise what is required to be done.
7. I stsay in manipal, udupi, karnataka.

I purchased Sony Xperia mobile G3416 on dated 07 nov 2017
When I purchased this mobile I facing problems at same from 1st day, I repaired my mobile from your service center Tejasv enterprises Ambala, Haryana, India. They take my set every time for 1 month
I am very disappointed with this set, two time almost all parts changed in my set, two times main board replaced.
Now set again not getting power on, my previous job numbers are
W118020700230-Main board and all parts change
W118052400095- Again main board and all parts change
Now I am not agree to repair my set, and also now no more sony set are available in market, I spoke with my advocate he said me file a case regarding this
give me proper solution or I m going legally regarding this

Worst mobile in Sony

For, whom sake u bought Xperia z3+. Unwanted data consumption, not supporting mobile data calling n recording. Getting hot if used for more then 15min.

Before launching u people must use for 2-3 months then u will understand.

Instead of this brand mobile, cheap mobiles working fine. Don't suggest me to have it. B cos I love n believe in Sony systems.

They told service time 15 days and gauranty for 90 days of replaced part i told to him repairing for next month .Now i want to exchange the mobile phone.

I am rajkumar from trichy.i bought the new mobile phone XA1 dual nov 2017.After six month suddenly my mobile corner end touch cannot be work. i am went to sony service center trichy. They told yes sir problem araise from mobile not from u and they told service time 15 days . i told to him next month i will go to chennai so i service my mobile in chennai service center.after one and half month i give my mobile in sony service center in tambaram.
they told with in 3 days sir your mobile service bill arrived from company. i explain my mobile conditions after that they told again i will be check.
but i have one year warranty bill

I've submitted sony xa1 to your service center. But again after a couple of weeks I'm facing the same issue. Its a touchscr6een problem.
I have submitted the phone again to your service center. If at this time you people fail to resolve this issue seriously I'm going to consumers court and also will upload this Sony failure to social networking sites.

Request for taking back of my Xperia handset after three failure

Hi, myself Koustabh J. Goswami. I have purchased a "Xperia XA1 Plus Dual Sim" hand set on 12/01/2018. On February 9 2018 it has suddenly stopped working. Reporting the same in Sony authorized service center; the service personnel told me that the motherboard is damaged. Than they take over the set and make an exchange of the set after one week. Again on 5th of May 2018 the new handset had stopped working. Reporting the same in Sony authorised service center; the service personnel again replayed that the the display has got demaged for unknown reason. Same way as earlier they take over the set and make an exchange of the handset again after one week.
Now the most uncomfortable thing is that the new handset is not working properly again. Randomly any application has stopped working and sometimes the handset get restart automatically.
Taking the trouble of handling a very bad product from Sony herewith I express my painfulness and mental anxiety request you to taking back the product following the refund. Otherwise I would have to go further for legal help.

I am facing touch problem since i bought my phone i bought from croma faridabad hariyana five month back in 18-oct till that time i submitted my phone for two time to service center for same touch problem not yet solved litrelly bad quality phone of sony. i am using diffrent sets of soney for last 6 year in future i am not going to buy sony and i will not suggest to any one to buy sony product pls help to fix my problem contact me or i will go to next level on social media to high light sony product quality.
