Received used product (Sony BDV) from authorized cen

We have received used product (Sony blue ray player BDV - E3200) from Sony authorized center (Sishansh Electronic Pvt Ltd, shimpoli, bolivali, Mumbai) yesterday dtd.19/08/18 time 17.42 ( invoice no: 604).
Request you to replace this product immediately with new pack piece, otherwise I will raise this issue to consumers court immediately.

Matter is very urgent.
