pathetic service for Sharp Fridge
We registered a complaint on 15th May for 711 litr fridge . Complaint no was1050075. After so may mails and phone calls still complaint is not resolved.
After one month continous follow up, a technician came and he promised to come next day. that was around 15th June.
After tat we are continously following up with technician and Mr Rajinder bajpai, service manager. They are either busy or if will pick up phone, will tell us to call back, which never calls.
We have yet to see a poorer service .
I do not know what Sharp is doing.
They do not have any commitment to their customers.
NEVER NEVER BUY SHARP PRODUCTS.
broken down fridge , need for spare
I own a sharp fridge model SJ-TK49R-SL, due to some lightening taking place, it has not been functional. The local technician checked the system and whatever little repairs needed to be done has been done, but the fan inside is not working and need to be replaced. the model number of the cooling fan is NMB-MAT FBA 12J 15V 0.28A. I have tried to contact your toll free number with my problem and they have not been helpful at all. Kindly let me know if there is a solution to it and whether I can source a fan so that it could be fitted on to the fridge to make it functional. I tried landlind and toll free no ...koi phone nahi pick kar raha. Looks like they are run away.

Bad service and executive complaint
They cheat with us, we paid money to them and ask to give bill but they said later will send on your what’s up...but not send also our refrigerator problem not solved ....there executive not have good experience....they are cheating with customer as well company...company paying them salary but no have good knowledge as well very bad service.....stop buying SHARP products....very bad service.
Sharp Delhi executive service is very bad...the person name is Ajay( nangloi office)should be fired.
