Amount is deducted from ATM but didnt receive money...

i m trying to withdraw money from SBI bank ATM Perambur .but machine was out of money.... but amount is deducted(5000\-). its on 7/2/2012 around 10:16 am and my debit card no. is 4591 5100 0567 7666 and my amount deducted is "Rs. 5000\-". and already I have complained and i didnt get any response... so plz help me out. i repeatedly call customer care servie but call hasnt connected... so plz help me out. kindly give the response.

Manually deposit been fined

I had some transactions in recent past which was a deposit of cash manually in a sbi bank which is in different place than the home branch. for this transaction SBI has deducted(fined) rs.40/- . why this is happening, i don't see any bank charging if we deposit money in non-home branch. This is really looting of peoples money.

SBI customer service is Pathetic.. they are rude

I called up SBI tollfree no. 1800228866 on 31st Jauary at around 12.02pm as I wanted to know more about SBI ppf a/c however the lady out there was rude with no courtesy and no willingness to help (I thought customer service people are meant to help us)... If you need retension you have to work on customer service part...

Refund of Inter Branch Transaction charges

Dear Sirs,
I am having a SB Account No.10680027364 with your branch at
Mahmedabad, Dist: Kheda (Branch code: 485) in my above name.

I have deposited Rs.3300/- with your branch at Menkchowk, Branch
Code No.60158, Ahmedabad on 18/01/2012. I regret to inform you
they debited Rs.25/- inter branch transaction fee. This is not agreeable to me and justifiable.

Please note that no other bankers are not charging such type of inter
branch transaction fee.

This is akif ahmad SBI custommer (Account No 31820583114, Branch - SCO No 45, Sector 31, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122001 ) and i would like to inform you that i have applied for internet banking service and i didnt received my net banking kit and when i discuss in my sbi branch sector - 31, Gurgaon branch they issued me kit but its not working when i tried to login the mesaage comes your id and password is incorrect and again i went to my branch and told about this they re issue new kit again and told me this will work but still same thing happening with new kit also so please really i am very disappoint for this and i am unable to use my net banking so please let me know what i do now what is the right channel to esclate this issue no one helping me about this so request you to please help me out for this matter.

A case was filed by me In the court of LD. C.J.M. At Barasat, Date: 13.04.2010 U/S- 156(3) of criminal Procedure code charge U/S: 323, 379, 406, 479, 498, 500, 504, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE. The case was started At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010.
The I.O. At Baguiati Police Station of the case has already been charge sheeted according the names.
Anyhow Application under Section 438 CrPC Among the accused person Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. Employee) and his son Sandip Samanta has been granted bail by the Ho’ble Calcutta High Court.
But it is painful to state before you the prime accused “Beauty Adhikari” and others accused were shown in the charge seeted “AS ABSCONDING” (Proclamation of Arrest and Warrant of Arrest.). But it is painful and heart rending that the accused person has been going in the Sealdha Court in order to extort money from me vide case no: 125 Crpc (Ex-M.16/10). But it is surprising and moreover regretful that I brought the matter in to the notice of the LD. Sealdha Court 1st J.M. Mrs. Nita Sarkar, that already Proclamation of Arrest and Warrant of Arrest has been issued against Beauty Adhikari’s name, neither the LD. Court taking any measures to arrest her and nor making any action vide my case no. 127 Crpc (Mis. 13/11), against all type of maintenance, rather the LD. Court 1st J.M Nita Sarkar is totally biased and convinced by the accused person, and Ld. Court treating me to pay the interim maintenance and each and every case date Ld. Court said Judge also treating me that if you don’t pay the money I will sentence you in the Jail.
I therefore prey before your kind honored to Make arrangements to arrest the prime accused “Beauty Adhikari” and others as they were shown in the charge sheeted “As prime accused ABSCONDING” but they are in there place leading life normal people so no lame excuse as “ AS ABSCONDING” can be accepted.

100% now I believe that if you have money then you can get anything, every thing is possible by you. If you are a poor then you can’t get anything, every thing is far and beyond possible to you, also you get poor judgment and poor comportment in all aspects of life, in our country INDIA. For example 1. I. I went to Police Station more than 100 times, made 5times entries (complaints) into G.D. but Not even a microscopic actions took place against the alleged bodies. On the contrary Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. Employee, Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No. 033 25308337) he has much more and enough money so they purchase all police personnel’s and some political leaders, some Dada. Etc. Only I used to get many letters and many phone calls which all seem to me needs to be thrown in the trash, as it all are valueless, toothless and only simply a solace to the poor. What an undone boy I am! Woe is to me! My wife and her family, Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family harassed me and my family, they are torcher me physically and mentally (Mr. Shankar Kumar Samanta Kill me and my family any time any day).
We got married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter who took birth on 09/07/2005. My wife and her family (Including Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. Employee) and his son Sandip Samanta ) lodged a case 498A/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, against me and some of my family members it’s a fabricated, baseless, legless, toothless and doesn’t have any commensurate to the fact. My wife is engaged and having an illicit affair with a boy (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta S.B.I. Employee, Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No. 033 25308337) just opposite to my house, all the matters are known to every person in my village, and also they have certified me written about my fresh character and nature. When my wife left form my house with Sandip Samanta taking many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees. What a demon she is! She didn’t take our only daughter (only five years old) who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler. My wife filed the 498A case dated 31/08/2009 and I was arrested on 06/09/2009, how much money Taken Baguiati police form my father and others for 498A/34 I.P.C., fabricated Charge Sheeted, I don’t know, because then I’m in Jail. The Ld. court granted me on bail on 19/09/2009. Barasat court. I have lots of irrefutable evidences, (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Mr. Samanta’s Mobile Phone, Mr. Samanta’s SIM Card, Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.), with me where it is cleanly reveals which translates my wife and the boy that they are in illicit relations. My mother is a sugar present shies sugar is now 400. I leave here one question to every one that in this die-straits situation whom do I take care to myself (TRAGEDY), my daughter, or my mother (severe Diabetic). My wife filed another case me U/s. 125 Cr. P. C. Case NO.167/2009, J.M. 1st Court Sealdah, 1st Floor. Room No: 103, Kolkata-700014. South 24 Parganas. Date 16/12/2009. Mr. Shankar Kumar Samanta purchase Sealdah Court 1st J.M. Mrs. Nita Sarkar. I get only date and date and date (4 to 5 times in a month but she do not take any action, Sealdah Court 1st J.M. Mrs. Nita Sarkar told me Beauty Adhikari is “AS ABSCONDING” Proclamation of Arrest and Warrant of Arrest. Not my court, so I can not take action). After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Mr. Samanta’s Mobile Phone, Mr. Samanta’s SIM Card, Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.
Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (The payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case (The case was started At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010. CHARGE 323, 379, 406, 497, 498, 500, 504, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE) the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Delay in getting ATM card

I krishna Kumar SBI A/C holder (20063776923),branch at Naliya (Kutchch).I have DSP a/c.I got ATM card of branch manager'S name so I applied for fresh one on around 10th NOV 11,still i could not get it up till date.I visited around 10 times to my branch but they cud not reply with positive note .only they are showing tyhat ur card already despatched on 17th NOV.

Money deducted from AC but dint got the cash from ATM

i have used my ATM card at City bank atm machine for cash withdrwal it was showing processing, but i didnt got the cash, it the amt was deducted from my ac,
i was in impression that it will be credited automatically in my ac but it did not.

an am not able to connect my call to customer care help line no also.

Amount is deducted from ATM but didnt receive money...

i m trying to withdraw money from SBH bank ATM.... but machine was out of money... receipt prints as "sorry unable to process". but amount is deducted(6600\-). its on 24/12/2011 around 6:40 pm and my a/c no. is 20085025289. and my debit card no. is 6220180187900157384 and my amount deducted is "rs. 6600\-". i have registered a complaint. and already 15 days is completed and i didnt get any response... so plz help me out. and my complaint no. is CC-1324740289388.. i repeatedly call customer care servie but call hasnt connected... so plz help me out. kindly give the response.

I have an account with sbi in circle chowk branch which held in junagadh,gujrat. Since i opened my account with sbi i am failing to make internet transaction beacouse of my mobile no.
I have sent a branch approval form to my branch also.
I don't know that they are working on my problem or not. I am suffering this problem since sptember but up to now they haven't.
I tried so many time to contact branch manager and local head office but end od time i got nothing.
I am working out country and its difficult send parcle again and again it costs about $-60 eberytime.
Please help me on it

Mobile Number Update in Internet Banking

Sir/Madam,

I have a account in upleta branch(Tower Road) in gujarat dist. RAJKOT. My a/c no. is 00000030611063907. I also activated internet banking facility since 2010. but sir now a days i facing some problem because of High Security Code.

Initially my internet banking account has no any mobile number. now i m in Hyderabad(A.P.) so before one month ago i sent mobile number approval form to branch manager. but they updated my old number, not update number which mention on Form, so i sent again, my father delivered those Form to branch manager before 1 week.

Still my number is not updated in my profile, so please give me any suggestion for as same. also send me contact number of Branch Manager of UPLETA(Tower Road Branch).

I the account holder of SBI

I the account holder of SBI Jalahalli, Bangalore. My SBI account No is 30111705796. I withdrawn a sum Rs.10000/- from Induslnd Bank ATM at Tezpur, Assam on 12/10/2011 at around 11.26hrs through my ATM Card No 6220180096300273065. After the transaction I received the ATM slip, when I surprised that the available balance Rs.1034/- only instead of Rs 11034/-. Rs. 10000/- was extra debited from my account. I submitted a complaint to my nearest SBI, Salonibari, Tezpur and Indusind bank at Tezpur on the same day. They direct that, wait for some days the money will automatically revert to your account. After that, I approach so many times for the above said banks. At last the both bank said we cannot do anything for this complaint. You approach your parent bank i.e. SBI Jalahalli.
I forwarded a complaint to SBI, Jalahalli, Bangalore on 29 October 2011 through registered post. But there is no reply received from them till date. You are requested to do needful for early returned the money to my account.

How to stop cheque payment

I have opened my account in Secunderabad branch and Currently i am in mumbai .can you please tell me what is the procedure to stop cheque payment.

I never seen this kind of worst service from any bank . Last month I got call from your department for en-cash offer for 49,000 and I agreed for that .They told me to wait for 10days, but I didn’t received the cheque , but in SBI account it shows that I have to pay the EMI and processing fee ext…I called your department and waited almost 20 min’s to reach the customer service. The person told that cheque has been dispatched from OVERNITE Courier (Ref No:4126480621) on Oct-12th itself, but I didn’t receive any courier or message regarding this. I registered the complaint about this to the SBI customer care. She told that we will cancel the cheque and rebook it. On the same day I informed the person regarding the EMI convection for 41,600 , she told that I have to pay minimum amount of 14,500 for 2 years Emi convection. I agreed for that and I paid 25,000 on the same day (31/10/2011)through ICICI Bank(Online transition) and also she committed the call back for the conformation. But still now I didn’t receive any call from the Worst Customer care department.

Today I called by spending almost 30 min’s to reach the waste department for Emi convection , but the person telling that I don’t have the option to convert. What the hell is happening in your bank. I am totally disappointment and I wasted my time by spending with your bank.

The same thing happened to the previous complaint- 0102650036458 . No one taken the action even after sending the email and I called the Customer care and changed the contact details…I don’t how this kind of system in working in SBI Bank. They collected all the documents including pay slip , ID proof, Form -16, PAN Card, but after getting all the information they captured my name as PARANAGURU instead of PARAMAGURU and wrong email address captured.

I hope no one can see this kind of best service from any bank…..

Without getting the en-cash I am paying the EMI and process fees ext.. I heard form many people that SBI provides worst customer service and data forging .I didn’t believed that , but now I am feeling with my own experience with your bank.

I knew no one will bother about this mail and customer feeling, but as customer I will raise the complaint, so at least any one from you department will take some necessary action and avoid this kind of worst services in the future.
