My microwave oven not working. First complaint was while preparing cakes, huge volume of smoke is coming from inside oven after 5 minutes of starting. Complaint registered and two service engineers came and verified. They said no problem, it will be ready after cleaning the oven. They have done nothing. They wanted rs.300.00 as service charge without receipt .Still problem exists. Now start button not functioning. Even after repeated calls for the last two weeks, the engineers not yet attended. This is second time I am getting very bad experience from service engineers of samsung products. First was for my washing machine. I have changed my washing machine to another company model. Very bad customer service

It is almost 1 month and person at your service center is not giving proper reply, behaving rudly. He has taken Rs. 300 as fee, but not giving receipt.

PATHETIC QUALITY OF SAMSUNG MICROWAVE OVEN

Dear Sir,
I am a loyal customer of home appliances from your company.
I bought a Microwave Oven in late 2016 here at Pune.
Most unfortunately whole paint has peeled off from inside which reflects very poorly on the quality of construction.
I thought it prudent to bring to your notice this lacunae and request you to arrange for a replacement despite it not being in warranty cause this manufacturing lapse is not something which any consumer looks forward to.
Mechanical defects are still acceptable but this unhygienic peel is not.
Kindly arrange for redressal of my grievance at the earliest. I shall be happy to forward the bill and pics if someone writes to me.

Useless rules of Samsung

I had purchased SAMSUNG oven in dec 2015 and in july 2018 it was not working .After verification, I was informed that the front panel was damaged and no spare part is available. Its surprising, that within 2-3 years, if spare parts are not available, what's the use of purchasing it. Now the company says they deduct 22% depreciation per year and pay the rest. I hardly get around 5-6K. According to SAMSUNG, we need to purchase oven every alternate year by spending 16-20K. If I will not get a proper solution, no SAMSUNG product will come into my house in future.
