I have Reliance Net connect dongle net - 9327566533
Every time I receive bill it shows the usage more than 2028 MB
Whenever I use Reliance Net connect I check the data usage on

I've never used the data more than 2000 MB since last three months
and I'm sure about that.
Than why this extra usages are charged in my billing.

Please revert this charges as soon as possible. or
send me the procedure to terminate the

I'd not like to continue any more with the company who is cheating
their customers.

I called you Reliance customer service today more than 5 times, I just wanted to buy a postpaid data card for a unlimited plan for my business purpose. It is a real shame that every time your associates made excuses like system is slow down, call can't be transferred to the concerned team, we are unable to help you etc. One of your rep was starting to shout on me which is really a pathetic experience I have ever had in my life so far.

The whole mistake I had done is that I would like to buy a data plan for my business purpose. I was also a customer service agent and quality analyst for voice process but I've never heard such voice calls.

It's real shame on all of us that we are unable to provide quality service to our customers from India.

If you guys have any shame left please reply after reading my email properly. I don't want any copy and past reply..

If a human manager is around than I'll be more than happy to get a reply from him or her.

I tried to recharge the net connect number through a third party website, wherein i recieved a message from thrid party website (justrechargeit.com) as successful recharge.
But the reliance people are denying that they didn't receive such amount at all. They are such a cheater company.

Never buy Reliance..not even for free

Reliance is such a fraudulent company. i am using Net connect plus 256kbps speed based plan.
every time i get 50-100kbps at most. most of the time device is unable to catch signals. Net works very fine just 10 days before paying bill.
In a month 10-15 days their server will be down..the customer service people are so dumb no matter whatever your problem is the answer will be "sir our server is down and will be fine shortly".
So just an honest advice dont go for reliance internet even if they are providing for free because in that too they manage to get you in tears.

Reliance is the most unreliable brand in the country

Reliance is the most unreliable brand in the country. The company is being filled with the fraudulent people from top to bottom. I have several bitter experience with this brand. Lately I again cheated with the same brand now with the broadband connection called netconnect+. I am paying 850+ rs to get a speed around 100kbps. The offered speed was 3.1mbps. The advice that I have got from the support executives is that there is no use for complaining. As per the reliance people even the mouth publicity will not create any impact on their business since the general public is that idiots to embrace their further advertisement campaign and fraudulent offers. I have already paid 3 months bill amount in advance and I am not in a position to take back the money. I advice everybody to stay away from all the products of this cheating people...

Reliance Netconnect+ cheating consumers using Agents

I purchased a Reliance Netconnect+ connection from one of their door-door agents (Srisailam, Mob:9912312835) on 30th September.
I was told I would get a minimum speed of 2.8Mbps and a max of 3.1 Mbps.

The speed I get is 0.01 Mbps (usually) to 0.2 Mbps (rarely).With this low speed forget about other web pages, facebook itself does not load.

This agent- Srisailam has collected 3 months advance and does not pick up the calls nor replies to messages.
I called up VR Communications Reliance as mentioned on the receipt (9399964574), nobody picks the call, or it is unavailable.
I called up another number (9347222444) who is not responding after promising to look into the matter.
I called up customer care, one Priyadarshini-floor manager she said, informs me my application is not in the database and the phone number is invalid. Great! How am I able to connect to internet then? Also, she informs me, no manager of Reliance will take a complaint. Also, she says they generally dont recommend people to purchase from their door-door agents as they are unreliable, instead go to outlet and purchase.
Recommend? where? is it posted on their website? are they advertising anywhere? Then why do they have door-door agents at all?

This is the most troublesome internet connection I have ever used. Very unprofessional work.

Changinig plan without notification and loss my remainig 6 GB

i had purchase a reliance Bordband plus.It work fine for the first 6 months.After that when i negoitaitate them to close my account as the speed is up to the mark, they offer me an prposal for the 3 GB for a day and 10 GB for night.

ok it fine, But i want to change my service provider and so i contact them on 06/06/012 to change my plan from post paid to prepaid.But agian they provide me a offer that you will be a given a 200 MB free usage daily to test there speed again for a three month and if it feel ok then you can continue with this.

As it is till 7/06, i was planning to use my night usage of 10 Gb.But today when i login and chat with the live agents they told me that my plan has been change and i have a over usage of 1 GB.I don't know how can they change my plan in between and even that without notification.

what about my remaining data usage of 6 GB at night.my billing period is getting over on 10/06, so i was plannig to use it in this between three days.Z

regarding irritating custoner care and service

i bought a reliance netconnect on12th dec 2011(no.9318141468).i bought it in nadaun,hamirpur(hp) i used it there just for one day.on very second day i came to kamrau,sirmour(hp) for job purpose. this was the day when problems started. i was not able to connect to internet though it was showing sufficient signal.so i contacted customer care regarding the same.they assured me that problem will be within 24 hours.i waited for 24 hours but no use .the problem existed.then i again contacted customer care.this time they gave me a complain no.i waited for another 24 hours but of no use.then this chain of my calls and getting new complain no. started.every time i called they gave me new complain no. this way i collected 6 complain no. but the problem was still there as it is. then i asked them to connect me to their seniors initially they were reluctant to do so but after 9-10 calls they finally connected me to their senior mam ritu. she assured me that she will personally look into the matter and my problem will be solved within next 24 hours for sure. next day like after 30 hours i checked for connection but... but mam ritu was talking bullshit....and problem, problem was unaffected unharmed.25 days have elapsed but still there is no cure for my problem.they didn't even tell me the cause of the problem.i just want to punch reliance personnel on their nose for wasting my time for nothing.and a free advice in public interest...that never buy a reliance product otherwise you 'll have to go through what i am going through i.e.torture..........

I , Amit Chari , have been using Reliance service for more than 5 years now , but now i am facing tough time dealing with your support/service team.

Our Issue :-
In the month of August 2011 , we Replaced our old Wireless Reliance Set with New one , we bought new set on 10th Aug 2011 ( we paid Rs 1900/-)& we had been told that its services would get activated within 1 ~ 2 days , however till date ( today is 18th August) services not have been Activated.

We want either to Get activate the services ASAP or to issue us the REFUND as we are fed up in making daily follow up , so that we can move to other service provide .

Sub : Complaint regarding your services and Highly irresponsible behavior of Customer Care.

Dear Sir,
I regret to say that I have purchased a Reliance Netconnect HSD No. 7489959591 from Mr. Sumeet Sahu, Bhopal on 25/05/2011. Since then, I have been moving from pillar to post for connectivity, services and Customer care.

1. My services were started for a day on 26/05/2011 and then disconnected on account of ‘non-verification of address’. Later on, I was told that the person concerned did not search and fill the address information correctly. When I had given my Passport copy in which the information was type-written, it was astonishing as to how he could not fill the information correctly. Despite no services, a bill of Rs. 124.53 was slapped on me. I paid the bill on 10/06/2011.

2. I requested Mr. Sumeet Sahu and the problem was fixed in the first week of June 2011. But no waiver was given in service charges. In the mean time, some person rang me on my mobile and asked for correct address and the verification was done on phone itself. I have never seen such a way of address verification, earlier. But, any way, thanks to Reliance, my services started and I started getting SMS, “a bill of Rs 125.00 is due against your Reliance Netconnect, ignore if paid”. I ignored because I had already paid the bill.

3. My services were again discontinued in the mid of June. I rang up several times on 1800 300 5555 (please verify from the details of missed call/ call received) and then the reason given to me by your customer care was - “Reliance server down because of repair/renovation, you have used even less than 1 GB, you will be given waiver in the next bill”.

4. I was again given another bill of Rs. 551.00 and I paid the amount on 12/07/2011. The SMS were continued, “a bill of Rs 551.00 is due against your Reliance Netconnect, ignore if paid”. Again I ignored because I have paid the bill.

5. Suddenly, my net connection was cut on 23/07/2011. I rang up Customer care but it was either busy or not attended at all. Finally, I talked to Mr. Ranjeet on 9301693400 and then Mr. Sumeet on 9300090901. Sumeet told me so convincingly that if I had a problem, I should have apprised him. He promised me to fix the problem the same night but it has not been fixed as on date.

6. Lastly, I made a final attempt on 01- 02/08/2011 at 08:45 p.m. I made very clear request – “my net connect is not continued for last 10 days, please revive the services or tell me the reason of disconnectivity or disconnect the connection permanently so that I can switch over to some other service provider because I am in urgent need of net connectivity for certain official exigencies”. But the problem was not dealt with due care. Highly disappointed by your services, I forwarded an e’mail on customer court on 05/08/2011 requesting immediate disconnection.

7. On 12/08/2011, I received a call from No. 022-30388366, through which I was apprised that my connectivity has been discontinued because of reversal of cheque. It is again surprising that Reliance Netconnect preferred to disconnect the services instead of informing me about the reversal of cheque. The caller tried to dodge me, ‘Sir, normally we send SMS and we must have sent you’ but when I asked - you take out the call details and give me an evidence if you have any time informed me about cheque-reverse, she disconnected the line.

8. How can I dream of having a cheque reversed when I had adequate funds in my account. Why I was not informed about cheque reverse when I had called up Customer care? As informed to me by a caller from No. 022-30388366, “there are registrations of your call on customer care but the problem could not be sorted out as the attendant could not hear properly”. This is highly ridiculous on the part of your company and this clearly indicates that Reliance Netconnect has all lame excuses for not providing services. You have no proper system for grievance redressal. You have only one system – generate a bill and slap on customer’s face without listening to his problem.

9. Whenever your customer care is contacted, either the lines are found busy, or they do not pick up phone or they discuss the problem for minutes together and then divert the call to their seniors. Now, seniors do not pick up phone, and you have to again ring customer care, if they pick up the call, they do not have solutions because they have limited powers. Where should the customer go and bang his head when your customer care has such irresponsible behavior? Does it not imply that the customer should pay bills only, and either live with persistent problems or he should leave his job and keep on contacting one man after another for no solution. The shameful part is that you have not fixed the responsibility for delay in address verification, for not informing cheque reversal, for not lodging and solving the disconnectivity issue, rather you are shamelessly sending bills for the period you have not provided services and keep coaxing us to pay without solving the issue.

I AM EXTREMELY REPENTING to have purchased this fanciful toy from you which does not work in need but it’s of course a burn in pocket. I am writing this to you with a fervent hope that if any sense is left in your system, please refund the amount of HSD and stop befooling innocent customers.

I am giving you in writing so that next time you would not be able to say, ‘your voice was not clear, I could not hear or your writing was not legible so I could not read’. Hope you would refund my HSD value or else I would lodge a complaint in suitable forum for action and compensation.

Severe Sales & Service issues at Haryana Reliance Net connect

Dear Mr. Ravi Hudda & all Concerned,

I wrote a a mail on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 12:05 PM earlier also to customer service, when some one called from Mumbai, explained everything but nothing happened.

This is to again inform you that I applied for Net Connect Broadband Connection in Shanti Complex, Opp Sandpiper Tourist Comples, Naiwali Chowk, Rewari -123401 ( Haryna). Mr. Dinesh- DST Came & Gave us a demo broadband, took application & 1450/- Rs. Promised for activation in next 4 days by Mr Kamlesh Saini

Never done. 1 week later when my staff called for delay in activation, they were informed that my Photos are not accepted. My office called Local Reliance Office & requested to collect Photos, no one came.

On 22nd July I talked to Mr. Puneet Nasa, he promised to send some one to collect photos. He sent some one with broadband as mine, which did not work. he took the it back.

Since then it is almost 1.5 month. No one has bothered despite regular follow ups on 01274- 301020.

Furthermore Language of Ms. Teena & Mr. Balwinder Singh is not at all appropriate. They dont know how to talk to customer , does not have service attitude.

Followed Mr. Puneet Nasa at least 5 times for activation of my data card. NO ONE CAME…. till today.

Today AFTER 45 DAYS Mr. Ajay came to give me MY Data Card & tried to activate. Was not activated. To my shock I was informed that this Data Card belongs to some Mr. Pushpender. When I Called Mr. Puneet, he informed me that there was miscommunication & asked for the Data Card No. To all U gentlemen, one question" How can I tell my broadband Number, if it was never given to me?" & Where is my DATA card???????????

Furthermore to my disbelief , I was informed that my connection has be disconnected due to non payment. To all U gentlemen, 2nd question" How can I be billed without any data card. Given to me or without activation???"

I called Mr. Puneet to take number of Haryana head & national Head. After much persistence & requests he gave me number of Mr. Ashish Arora. He refused to give name of name, number, office number. He even refused to give board numbers of Mumbai Office.

I called Mr. Ashish Arora & asked the number/ email id of national head of Reliance Communication or concerned top official. He asked the Problem & I told him clearly to tell the problem after he give me requested details. He said " I M not telephone directory!"

I was really shocked that GM of Reliance calling himself a directory or more precisely is this a GM of reliance should behave.

I have number of Mr. Puneet & then Mr. Ashsih, whom should I call for Numbers???????????

He refused to give me mobile number of Mr. Ravi Hudda. he refused to give name, email id, mobile number or even board number of National Head. After much request he gave me office number of Mr. Ravi ( Which was no reply)

If my broadband connection is not installed in 45 day, I was billed for not using Broadband, & on 45th day of application, well I call it inefficiency & incompetency of Haryana Reliance Comm, where I am wrong.

Yes I called Haryana Reliance Inefficient & Incompetent. TO YOUR KIND INFORMATION I WISH TO SAY SAME WORDS TO NATIONAL HEAD OF RELIANCE COMMUNICATION ALSO, AS HE IS LEADING PROFESSIONALS LIKEMS. TEENA, MR. BALVINDER, MR. KAMLESH, MR. PUNEET, & MR. ASHISH.

I said these words & I accept this, this is what EXECTLY I FELT.

For this if U wish to sue me, well, I will wait for that.

Because after telling my problem to Mr. Ashish he, very angrily told me to refund the money. " Did I ever asked to refund money?" No I did not ! Mr. Ashish Arora !!! For lack of your services. for your indecent behavior to a aggrieved customer. Its easy way out. No Mr. Ashish I will not do it until I am heard properly & will have the same feeling for Reliance Top Officials, sitting at Mumbai also.

Mr. Ashish asked me to write a mail with all details then he will take necessary action. What a customer service? Why he could not call Mr. Puneet for details.

Now I understand why behavior of Ms. Teena & Mr. Balvinder was not customer friendly. I forgot that it starts from the top. Mr. Puneet nasa & Mr. Ashish are fine examples of this.

Now Mr. Ravi and all concerned Offcials/ Executives ! I expect / request you to please inform:

1. Why my Broad Band was not activated/ given to me even after 45days?

2. How I was billed without activation?

3 How Mr. Ajay Brought Data card of some Mr. Pushpender?

4. what actions U are going to take for lapse in service, huge delay & unfriendly customer attitude of Ms. Teena, Mr. Balvinder, Mr. Puneet & Mr. Ashish -GM

5. What is the name/ mobile no or office landline number/ email id of Top Official MD/CEO of Reliance Communication/ Net connect Broadband. ?

If I do not get reply in next two days.

I will do nothing.

But I will ask for refund for this data card, will surrender 2 more data card of Reliance. I am using now. I will do one more thing; who so ever will ask about Reliance & I will tell them " Reliance communication is Inefficient & Incompetent, better choose other service provider or in the end Mr. Ashish will refund the money"

not able to use Internet on my cell with Post paid SIM

Hi,

I have a post paid connection (+91-890-555-4446). I have activated Internet pack before 10 days but still not able to use it. It does not work with my post paid SIM (error: packet data connection not available). I checked with other prepaid SIM and it works fine on my cell. I filed a complain before 4 days but did not get any response yet. Today I spoke with customer care excutive and he told me that when they called me, my celll was switch off. Eventhough I never swith off my cell.

Waiting for a positive response... :(

never trust reliance

request 2 all please please please never purchase any product of reliance as I had purchases and suffered a lot you all will be surprised to know that within 1month I was given 3 new MDN numbers .they always deactivate the connection and when I reached the nearest customer care for a complain after 4 to 5 day they provide me new mdn number...and they donot tell the exact reason they just say problem was at the backend...I am frustrated with this reliance connection...and the speed is not that much good...since I am from ghaziabad...so spee must not be the isssue, but speed is vey poor...and their is no consistancy in the speed...sometimes good and many times worst...and at the customer care centre none of the persons are reasonable...since they all r students...they even do not know how 2 work...every thing is bhagwan bharose ...I dont have any idea of any other connecton...my brother is using mtnl spped is good and consistant...but thoda costly hai...so I purchased reliance...companies claim they provide speed of 3.1 mbps...but 1mbps bhi aa zaye to lagega sapna sach ho gaya...these companies treats customers as fool...I dont know what govt. is doing...kya unhe bhi companies paise khilate hai...saale sab chor hai...public ki mazboori ka fayda uthate hai...saala unka paisa .paisa hota hai aur humara kuch bhi nahi...en saalo pe to case thok dena chaiyea...bhi en 1 month me main etna pareshan houa hu ki kya batao...saalo ne customer care ka phone no dia wo bhi toll free nahi hai...jab claa karo to representative busy batlata hai...aur paise bhi kaat leta hai...so I request all of my brother and sister never purchase reliance...if any one need any help please contact me on piyush [dot] bit [dot] 05 [at] gmail [dot] com...thanks

Not inform right time

This is my customer ID:9380713456.
I bought Reliance Netconnect 2 months back with 750/per month unlimited plan. Next month onwards my computer got repaired so I changed my plan to 500/- on that time I contact Reliance Netconnect customer care and inform the same.
They change my plan to 500/-.This month onwards I need unlimited plan so I contact customer care and inform the same,but they told me no offer for my account bcz I change my plan and I pay (950 + tax) for the coming month.

Customer care not inform to me when I change to limited one.It's like cheating the customer.So kindly clarify this issue and give offer me for the first one year.
