i have purchase Nokia c6 before 4 months and i have visited four times NOKIA Care i m getting more problem i raelly fed up with nokia product and their Service.actually i was getting problem in my slider Display. i Show to Kotla mubarakpur New Delhi Service center they said that its problem of Slider and u have to pay for this.i didnot accept the proposal and said that please pack my phone.
Same another day i visit Lajpat Nagar nokia care i show my phone their also they say its problem of liquid in ur phone.
i dont think that i can its problem of liquid.i know how i use my phone i use and handle like my wife.there is no way to enter liquid in my phone.I said them i have case Now i will come another day to show and repair my phone.i got my phone from lajpat nagar Nokia care.when i was way to home i called and i got another problem in phone that No voice was coming of caller.
Next another day i gone for my own work okhla i also show there my phone and they also said that this is problem of liquid and they also say same that u have to pay i have submit my phone to Okhla Care. i Got my phone aftre repair today (12-jan-2012) aftre two days.and another problem creates that Camera clearity is became very bad and i said abt camera clearity to Mr. daleep singh Rawat and Deepak i complain them but they are not accepting then wat shuold i do
One more thing i don't have time to visit daily and daily nokia ur service center one problem and create another problem

Myself (AJAY PANDEY) want to state following things:-
1) I have purchased a mobile Nokia C 2 on 17/12/2011 from mobile gallery communication solutions G-14,Savitri market.
2) From the very first day I was facing the problem with the hand set it is a dual sim phone.Not shown sim first time I thought might be possible I have not placed it properly however it started working with the same default that some times its sim does not shows,some time its contacts not open however in the mean time it works properly also.
3) For the above mentioned problem when i taken it to the service centre(Neil communication C-10,Secto-10,Noida) they have opened the mobile without creating the job sheet, opened the mobile not in front of me, and told me that it is due to liquid damaged and returned my set without creating any job sheet. When I insisted for the job sheet then they had created and given to me Job sheet Number 962433527/111219/23
4) The set which they returned me is having dust on its screen which is due to them when I have given them it was not there.
5) In the last they have told me that this can be repaired however you have to pay repair charge.
6) My complain is that if my mobile is in warrantee period why I should pay for repair?
7) I have not used my mobile in a wrong manner not dipped in any water or liquid nor in contact with any liquid then why I should pay for the thing which I have not done?
8) I want my phone should be repaired without paying any charge.
Kindly do the needful ASAP
In ten days if I will not get any revert I will write to the consumer court and the other important authorities.

Today in morning ,My Nokia Mobile E 63 has been theft from my own home .
I did FIR at Delhi Police .I have heard that with the help of IMEI number any mobile can be blocked,But i talked to my local operator and Nokia Care center.Both denied that we cant block the mobile .We are not responsible for the same.
Then why people misguide to other that any mobile can be blocked if u know your IMEI number after that no body can use the mobile.
