I have purchased Hawkins 1.5 liter pressure cooker thru Flipkart 2months back.Now there leakage at cooker.kindly replace or get repaired.i have called so many times to customer number no one responding.please contact 733084xxxx.

I bought 5 lit. Hawkins pressure cooker in the name of Neha singh - my daughter, from Amazon 20 days ago delivered at Hyderabad. Within 2 weeks,It started leaking from cover edges in spite of repeated setting of cover sealing.It seems it is defective manufacturing causing problem.
I therefore, request you to please replace it at my daughter's Hyderabad location.

I am a great patron of Hawkins from the past 20 years.
I suggest to make the steel pressure cookers dishwasher compliant by introducing dishwasher safe handles and locks.
I have observed that many of its parts are eroding after washing in the dishwasher . I would appreciate if it is made compliant for a modern lifestyle .
I am looking forward to buying a couple of new steel pressure cookers on my next visit to India .

I have bought pressure cooker from national handloom one month ago now city of pressure cooker not working

I went to by 2ltr. Hawkins contura cooker from local store named "Raj Electronics", Housefed, Guwahati, Assam where they have given a receipt of Rs. 1065/- after 10% discount of the product. While going to pay the bill through card they are again demanding another amount of Rs. 25/- by saying that for each product of Hawkins Rs. 25/- extra should be paid extra if card payment is made. And they can not write that amount in the receipt issued.
I want to know in the era of cashless payment why Hawkins is discouraging this effort. If the local seller is misguiding customer for his own profit he should be warned from your end.

This is Tony Thomas, from Kerala, Kottayam. I was using Futura, Non-stick deep fry pan for last one and half years. After that i could observe some damage to the non-stick coating. Since it was in the warranty period, I was taken it to the shop I purchased. I purchased it from Arackal Steel House, Palai. This is an authorized service centre as per your website. I was given it there on 28-8-18. They told me that they will give to me back in 10 days time. When I contacted them after 10 days, they said it make another 1 - 1.5 months.

As per your Guarantee card, its written that product may replace or repair on customer's choice. I have been regularly using this at home. Can you help me out in this regard? Is it possible to make arrangements to get it repaired or replaced at the earliest. Is it possible to give contact number of person who take complaints of futura customers directly in Kerala...

I have purchased new Hawkins pressure cooker on 5th April, 2018 from your authorised dealer Mansukhlal Gokaldas, Junagadh (Gujarat). I am not satisfied with Rubber ring, it is so loose and i feel uncomfortable.
