I have raised a complaint that my fan is not working . But there is no response . Very poor service,

Dear sir I brought new Crompton pump 1hp 45 days before only but it is not working now this very very bad We are proud Crompton before but now it's totally is not good I'm very sad about this

Geyser is not work from 4 days as I completed. But the person is not responding the calls and he number will be switch off I want an strict action on my product

I have purchased a NEW Crompton Greaves 0.5 HP Pressure Pump and also installed it with the help of professionals. After installation at the time of starting the pump- the duly qualified electrician said that the pump is NOT WORKING and I should contact the company.
Request you to do the needful at the earliest.

Compton 6liter watter hirer not warking

I have purchased a 1HP Summerville water pump from mitral trading company,near gurudwara,gurugram vide bill no.715dt 27/06/2019 but this pump has burnt.kidly got it replaced.

My iron box has been taken for service by a service person from Crompton greaves and it was never returned back. The service person did not attend the calls and never bothered to respond back or return the my iron box.Its been 1 month since this happened,whenver i call them they give me a service request number but never give me the technicians number or my iron box.Very worst customer service.Please return or replace my iron box.

My geyser started leaking, so I complained in Crompton as it was in warranty. Their people came and told geyser tanker will be replaced and bring tanker within 2 days. It has been 10 days now but it has not been replaced. when i am trying to call him not reachable and I tring ot call the customer care many times ,its keep on saying currently busy. My problem is not been solved please help...we didnt expect this type of service from prestiouges company like this..not at all satisfied with service....dnt buy this products

We own storage gas geyser which is manufactured in 2014 and a per company warranty policy water tank warranty is 5 years which ends in 2019.
After registering complement with Customer care service engineer stated he cant help or replace product as we dont have bill. But the sticker on product clearly defines manufacturing date, serial number and other required to track product history .

I have purchased ceiling fan of crompton with in two days it's motor is not working called customer care office no one answer
After days to my luck I spoke to him he told my complain would be solved in 48 hrs but nobody turn
After 3rd day guy had come he told some part is not working he will replace in two days even after 5 days nobody turn
And nobody even answer the call
It is very dissapointing with your service

Crompton WORST SERVICE. I booked a complaint during end April but engineer visited after a week on 3/05/2018. He was not equipped to service fan on site. He did removed seal cap of ball bearings from fan and after fitting fan started making much louder noise. He said he do not have ball bearing puller and must take fan to service center and return next day.
He did not turned back as of today. We called up Unique service, Kolkata multiple time and Unique service is not aware if they have received fan or not.
Did mechanic Rupam Laha stolen my fan???
Lodged complaint with Crompton again on 14/5 and complaint no. is 18050XXX60 and assured that mechanic will visit very next day (15th). No one turned up yet.
I'll never buy Crompton product again and discourage people whom I know by spreading word about poor service.
Without a ceiling fan, it is impossible to sit in the room in such hot & humid weather.

I am waiting till today 7pm for fan to be fitted, else I’ll lodge complaint with local police station and / or West Bengal consumer’s forum with my claim & compensation.

I bought a wall fan ,within 15 days fan belt was broken down, I complain twice to customer care,they closed my complaint with out
Solving problem.
This is very bad response,I don't expect this from brand like Cromton.

I have purchased above mentioned ceiling fan on 17.05.2016 from Prince Electric, Barasat, Kolkata -124, West Bengal. Recently when fan is running then fan is giving sound "KOT KOT" continuously. I am feeling that fan will down to our body. So, I am requesting you to kindly send somebody to check my ceiling fan urgently. Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
