Network problem in mobile & dead charger
I have purchased online a mobile videocon graphite 1 v45ed rose gold by snapdeal. Mobile delivered me on 31st July 2020.
I faced some problems when opened box
- charger dead
- network problem in mobile, not any sim (vodafone, bsnl, jio etc) can worked in any sim slot in mobile.
- battery responce is poor (manufacturerd in jan. 2016)
I complained in snapdeal at 31st july.

I had submit my mobile videocon delite rose 21(emi no 911546851816553x) to videocon service center " suri telecommunication" which is placed in west guru anand nagar laxmi nagar in april 2018 but they send the phone in the company for the repair. Each time when I call them told phone is not comeback from the company

LED TV DISPLAY ISSUE WITHIN A YEAR
I am Ramu and I am facing issue with getting service from Videocon customer service, I have purchased an LED TV ON 1 Year back got an issue with display and logged a case VIJ16080004 to Videocon on 16-AUG-2018 but still now no one cared about my issue and TV is completely dead from 45 days. My contact number aslo blocked by customer care people because of I am continuously calling and following-up with them about my case.
Feeling very bad for selecting videocon, worst company n product ever I've used.

I would like to to inform you that I I have purchase 1 videocon mobile phone before 3 months. I have getting some technical issue in my mobile phone. However I was try to tech with you customer service service executive but he said sir we don't have repair mobile phones and then I'm try again some female pick the call and she is not responding well. It's your customer service. I humble request to you please close your company if you have not provide customer service.
not proper service,
I m taken LED smart TV 1+2 warranty TV in December 2016. now it was problem in TV screen. i call on Customer Care Number they said u have only 1year warranty. u have to pay 1,300 technician fee + transport fee 250 = 1,550. then why u given 3year warranty. also technician coming on their on timing. i m calling them but not receiving any one. no one giving proper answer. WAITING FOR GOOD REPLY FROM VIDEOCON.
