I have bought Maruti Brezza

I have bought Maruti Brezza 2nd generation car on last year August at CRESCO, Chennai. On the first day itself i'm facing the Reverse gear issue and the AC cooling issue. Even after the 2nd free service at the authorized service centre, still I'm facing the same issues. I hope the brand Maruti has not upto the level. The car and their service was not satisfied.

Tyre replacement

I have taken car two years before and my last car service on 7th Aug 2023 and yesterday my car front vehicle got ravaged and in worst condition and if I have not noticed means I would have meet with the accident and what can I do for this is replacement of Tyre or I need to pay if not then seems this business is money minded not service of customers experience

Regarding ABT company mettupalayam service is very poor...

Hello sir my name is Karthik I live in Ooty ,I had bought celerio car from ABT Maruti Company in Mettupalayam , Everytime I take my car from Ooty and come to Mettupalayam ABT service after getting it serviced and come back to Ooty. But I am not satisfied with the service provided by APT service and I have complained to the company many times, But till now they have not taken any effort If this continues, there is a chance that ABT Company will get a bad name The reason they come from Ooty to Mettupalayam to buy a cab is only because of the name of ABT company, but now the name of that company is very wrong. So what we request to the company is to request from the top level company to Mettupalayam ABT to complete the customer services and returns And what we most humbly request is the trust we have in ABT Company We request you to take immediate action without waste and save the trust of the customer......

False commitment

Dear Sir,Arjun Pasricha this side from Agra. I just want to inform you that it is disappointing that i booked a maruti celerio zxi+ ags  (blue colour) model of your car with Madhusudan Motors Pvt Ltd. Agra, on 9th June, with a commitment that i will take the delivery of the car on 6th july, which they readily agreed, as they have the same model in their stockyard. Today i was informed by the dealer that they have sold the car to some other person.Selection of different accessories was made. Is this the level of commitment that Maruti company and its dealers assure to its customers.Mr. Rishi the sales executive and the G.M. Mr. Rathore, says that they will arrange a car for me from some other city, that means ill now have to buy a NEW CAR, which will b showing odometer reading of around 600-700 kms.That's something fantastic what a costumer can expect from a dealer or company.Attached are the documents of booking.

Why advertising if not able to provide

Hello Sir/Madam,
It's very embarassing to write that why Maruti is showing a variant online (WagonR zxi Ags 1.2 L) if neither able to manufacture/provide in major districts of whole Jharkhand, except providing fasle informations from its maximum sales persons of Dhanbad and Bokaro, and wasting customers' days.

Regarding booking of my S-Presso car

Dear Sir/Madam,
Hope you all are doing great!

This is with reference to my worst experience of Your showroom in Wai (District Satara, Maharashtra India) at the time of my first car purchase. When I enquired about the various cars and finalise to purchase S- Presso, with in a week your executives were at my doorstep for the test drive and other related information (7th Feb 2022) and assured me about the delivery of the car within a month (As my son's Birthday was on 8th March). After the test drive and assurance from your executive on the same day I booked the car with booking amount and necessary documents.
But till date I doesn't got my car. This is so embraccing for us that whenever we enquire about the possibility of car delivery, your executive only assured assured and assured about the same and done nothing.and now after booking of 3 months Showroom manager replies us that we (Dealer) doesn't know how much time it will take to deliver your car as there is no demand for the same and problem of Parts of the car. They (dealer) forced us to purchase another car which we doesn't want to purchase.

So,I am requesting you for answers for following points;
1. Why dealer promised us for the delivery within a month after booking?

2. Why dealer forced us to purchase another car for which we doesn't have a budget?

3. If the spare parts is unavailable for S- Presso, how spare parts of other cars are available with you?

4.if your are advertising the car publicly then why there is a unavailability of the cars?

5. Why there is no information available with the dealers about the specific delivery period of the cars?

6.How many more months there is a mental harassment to us about the uncertainty of car delivery?

Be aware of AURIC motors sriganganagar

Never get it from the dealer,you should straight away ignore it and say them that you will do yourself or from your personal known agent as dealer cannot force you for this,And never ever get into their promises , nor get carried away by their talks saying that you will have problem at the time of claim,now a days its very easy process and paper less work and your claim can be settled earlier, And do check ex showroom price of car with accessories too and this should be your IDV value of car for 1st insurance, have it checked for sure,as dealer and insurance company have a bond together and they make comission in it , so be aware of this fraud , and i will give an example so that you understand properly.
If you are going to purchase a new car so do check the Ex showroom price online too and after that the accessories you buy add it in the Ex showroom price too and this is the real IDV VALUE OF YOUR NEW CAR, SO IF THE EX SHOWROOM PRICE OF NEW CAR IS Rs 7,07,458 and with some additional accessories of rs 10,000 so now the total cost is Rs7,17,458
And this is the actual IDV. SO what dealer and insurance agent do is they take this value to 95% i.e they depreciate your new car by 5% when its still in the showroom, you havent even started the car and 5% value amounts to rs 36000 , so here what they do is make a profit of this amount and depreciate your new car the very 1st hour by saying that you have to pay less premium, but just think when you are buying a car then amount of 36000 isn't so much and so why to depreciate your cars original value as the IDV you are mentioning there is the value that you will get after claim if the car gets damaged ,and there is no much difference in amount of premium its only in few hundred rupees only i.e rs 100 to 500 only, and now you have more facilities too as now insurance of new car is 1+3 years , 3+3 years ,bumper to bumper,zero dep, driver cover ,3rd party cover and many more add ons in your policy and if you take 3+3 years policy you pay a less amount as compared to 1+3 years plan and your cars IDV also remain the original car price with amount of accessories too. So just keep it in mind that IDV should be the original price that is paid by you okay
I have been cheated and fraud is done with me by insisting me that you have to buy it from here only otherwise the car cant be delivered to you and i havent touched my car even and it was depreciated by rs 40000 before even driving only and the next year they depreciated it again by 10% so see now my car value has reached so low and i have drived only 5000 kms total

Cheated,tortured,harassed by NEXA AURIC MOTORS, SRIGANGANAGAR

Hello , 6th july 2018 was the day on which I got my car delivery, and this was our families 1st own car and so emotions you know are attached a lot, but I was cheated and fraud was done with me and the every statement they said before giving delivery came to be false after that ,as I was told so many lies , and I was so much tortured ,harassed by them and all family members got frustrated too by such a behaviour and all the fake statements given by a BIG BRAND LIKE NEXA...

So I am going to tell you the statements and words given by nexa salesman post delivery,pre delivery and after delivery....

When I made a decision to buy baleno zeta petrol I first approached the Helpline number and after having a detailed conversation with them I was told that right now waiting period is going on so if you wish to purchase baleno then it will be delivered to you in a period of 6 months as we already have pre bookings and as you haven't paid the booking amount yet ,so as soon as you pay so from that date till 6 months you will get in between, and after that I was told to visit the nexa showroom sriganganagar and one salesman of nexa will assist me further and after that I got a call from nexa sriganganagar and I visited there and I got a quotation for baleno zeta petrol granite grey ,and at that time they told me that as pre bookings have been going on so you will have to wait for maximum 6 months time and in between this time period you will be delivered your car,so after that I told that salesman that sir is it necessary to have insurance and Rto from the showroom only and I told the salesman that I will pay you the amount other than RTO and insurance amount as I have my brother in both the fields and so I have a family bond with them so you just give me a quotation leaving RTO and insurance amount, at that time the salesman was very polite with me and he agreed for the same ,saying that it's your own right and we will not pressurise you for this, so after one day I got a call from the salesman that on which date you want delivery of your car ,I told him that once I pay the booking amount then I will tell you the exact date ,so after a day I paid the booking amount and in the same evening I got a call from nexa that sir this is to inform you that you can get the car in this month only and at that time I was a lil confused as how come they are giving this much early as the pre bookings that have happened before has yet not got the car , so I was shocked too,so the next morning I visited the nexa showroom with my family member and then salesman met us and told us that you prepare the documents as the car will be delivered to you in this month only , And as it was our families 1st car I was a lot excited too and got into salesman buttering and all and I was in a trap of salesman , so at that time we again had a talk with salesman that as I am taking a loan for some amount and rest I will pay in cash ,so it was decided that payment should be transferred through neft or rtgs, and again we had a detailed conversation about RTO and insurance amount so the salesman agreed with me for the same ,so I was told that by 6th of july the car will be delivered to me and so I should do all the work , and after a day I got a call from salesman that Insurance and Rto will be done through us only ,so you make the whole amount together and I was so annoyed of this and I had an argument with him but he as a trained salesman he insisted me saying there will be so many problems and nexa is a big brand and Customer satisfaction is guaranteed,but I was so much confused and was a lot annoyed of all this , As why the salesman is insisting me for this, but by salesman talks I was into his trap.so after a lot confusion I visited the nexa showroom the very next day and I told him that I wanna see the car physically that I will be delivered and at that time the salesman told me sir the car is on the way as its is coming in a lorry,so as soon the truck lorry reaches here I will show you the car physically, and the next afternoon I got a call from salesman that sir please come to showroom, so I with my relative visited the showroom and after that the salesman,one more employee,me and my relative went to their stockyard near by the maruti workshop and it was at a distance of maximum 2kms , and we were shown some random car of the same colour only and was told that this is the car ,but they didn't show us from inside and I questioned them for this ,the salesman said I forgot to bring the keys with me , I was confused but as he was sorry for the inconvenience, we didn't had any after thoughts at that time , but I told him that it's so full of dust and how can it happen when it has been brought in a truck lorry and when they are covered from all sides but the salesman gave me lame excuses that it happens with most of the cars so it's not an issue and we will show you the car after getting it cleaned,and I was confused at this point, so I told him that I will tell you in a day about taking delivery as I want to discuss about it with someone but he told me that sir we have made the deal final and on 6th july 2018 we will deliver you your car ,so he again took us to showroom and forced for the deal , at that time as all of us were excited for a new car I just ignored on a statement from the salesman that if there will be any problem then you only will be liable so make assure ,and he promised us ,so on 6th of july 2018 I had to take delivery and me and my family members went to the showroom and we sat there for around an hour and we were not shown the car till that time and then we made a call to the salesman that we wish to see it before delivery and he started making excuses that give some time more ,but we got annoyed and we on our own after waiting for some more time again we went to the area where car was being cleaned and 2 or 3 workers were cleaning it ,so me and my relative started checking the car and we straight away opened the dickey and what we saw there was a bag with some tools inside it was already torn and it didn't looked new ,so I straight away ask about it from the person present there and he in reply told me that for this you will have to talk with salesman, we felt really annoyed and then we reached for the front side what we saw was really so scary as front bumper had so many scratches and deep Marks on it and I and my relative felt so bad as they were trying to polish it using wax and many more things and then we told that guy to stop doing it and we called the salesman and he came and told us just give us some time as we are cleaning the car and as it will be ready you can check it,my relative was so annoyed of his behavior and we had an argument with him for this but he than made a call n 3 more workers arrived and started cleaning that part any how, but me and my relative told the salesman very frankly that I am not going to take delivery of this car, as why should I compromise when it's not new okay and we are paying for the new car and not for 2nd hand used car, he than took us to the sitting area and started some story to convince us but I didn't agreed for the same and then he told me that you will have to take fastag so do some necessary documentation for it as it takes time ,and he told us that we are giving it for rs 600 and you will get rs 500 balance in your paytm account, and as we didn't had any knowledge about it so we agreed for the same but then I told him that the amount we had transferred you through neft rtgs and in it the same fastag price has been included and then he was sorry that he forgot so I told him that dont try to make stories the thing is I am not going to take this car so better you change the car ,but then after waiting for another hour the salesman came with manager and requested us that dont worry , as per your requirement satisfaction we will change the whole front okay and so you take the delivery today and tomorrow we will change the whole front, but I didn't agreed for this but after a lot of promising statements and by giving us in written that the front bumper will be changed and then only we all agreed for the delivery of car....and after that having it in written by salesman we did the next part of signing and all and then we were handed over the keys of our car with a petrol slip of 7 liters of bihani petrol pump at a distance of 2 kms.

And after reaching at the petrol pump we gave the slip to them and our tank was filled with 7 liters of petrol and at that time as we checked the odometer and me and my relative got a shock and we were so confused as the odometer was showing 71 kms but the distance from nexa showroom to pump is hardly 2 kms, and right at that time I made a call to salesman and told him about the same that car has been drived before and you have given us a used car ,and then he told me its nothing, it's not an issue , so not to worry and you can believe and trust NEXA ,we all are here and you dont take any tension but I shouted that 69 kms car had been drived before and how come its possible when you yourself told me that it has been brought in truck lorry and I told him dont make us fool okay ,and then he told me give me few minutes let me check the details as how it has been drived, I didn't agreed with him and I told him we are coming back to showroom and then he told sir you dont have to worry as I have promised you on behalf of NEXA that tomorrow your front bumper will be changed so dont worry about it and as you are going to come tomorrow we will deal with this issue too and if there is any problem or any issue we will change the car for you and give you another new car,so just trust a big brand like nexa ,everything will be transparent to you with you.
Any how we were convinced by them as we got in written and when he assured us that the car will be changed ,so the very next morning a call was made to the salesman as he told us that do call before coming to showroom as we will make all the arrangements before hand so your time isn't wasted, so as per that conversation I talked to him and he told me that sir today all our workers are not here and some are new so they cant do it properly so you have to wait for some time as we will have it done from an expert worker , I was so much hurted as this was an fake excuse given to me ,I told him that listen to me first the car had run 69 kms before so you answer me about this okay and I am not going to take this car, then he told me give me half an hour let me check all the information about it and then you can come here ,but after waiting for 3 hours there was no call from the salesman, then we did a call again but our call was ignored, the mobile kept ringing and there was no response, so then we made our mind that let's go to showroom but the same minute we got a call from nexa showroom for the issue that car has run 69 kms before and we were told that before giving delivery there are some tests performed and we have to bring the car to showroom and then to the garage so in all this car had a run of 69 kms , I told them please stop all this as garage is at a distance of 2 kms maximum from nexa showroom so please dont try to be over smart as the salesman told me that car has arrived recently only so how come can it could run for 69 kms, as maximum it can be 10 if there have been tests performed, but after so much argument I was told to wait for few days as they will provide me with full details of the running kilometers before , But I was not given any information about the 69 kilometers run and for changing front bumper I was told to wait for some time

Message : Dear allI am mentioning my detailed story again below for your reference I wanted to bring in your kind notice that I have repaired my vehicle i
e Maruti Alto K10 VXI Vehicle No RJ 14 CL 1703 from Prem Motors Service Centre 22 Godown Jaipur which was accidental by another four wheeler and two
wheeler from both side of my car on 20 09 2016 which was too damaged from all side so I had to handed over to Prem Motors Service Center to repair it now
the same had been done and repaired by them, but there are some story has been created by them which is not acceptable by me I am mentioning the same
in detailed below for your reference and take action on priority so I can take back my vehicle When I reached to Prem Motor Service Center on 20 09 2016 and
handed over my car to repair them they told me that there are too damages and lot of works to be done in this car and leave the car at service center today as
car is in very poor condition due to accident after that Service centers Engineer and mechanic asked me about insurance of vehicle then I told them that I
have taken Insurance and show all papers regarding the same, but they are denied to it and said there is no cash less facility in this insurance scheme and you
have to pay bill from your pocket and after that Insurance company will pay you and have to inform to Insurance person for claim it and now leave your
original paper like RC Driving Licence and Insurance policy of Car at Prem Motor Service Center after that Insurance company person will visit and check your
car then we will start to repair your car at our service center Some documents and Estimate is prepared by Prem Motor Service Center and handed over me to
submit at Insurance company National Insurance Company Ambedkar Circle jaipur and I had deposited the same docs at Insurance company then next day
insurance company person had visited at Service Center to Check damage of my car After that Perm Motor Service center person called up me and asking for
meet at center to complete further documents formalities to start repairing work of car I had there and signed all documents formalities which were asking by
service center and intimated me that they will inform me about Service of Car and Expenses bill which will be created at service time On the day 05 10 2016 I
had received called from Service Center and informed to your Car is ready to deliver and repaired it I reached on 06 10 2016 at Center to take delivery of my
car and asked for billing of repair work they spoke me about bill amount i e total of Rs 61000 approx when they spoke to do signature on bills but I asked about

have taken Insurance and show all papers regarding the same, but they are denied to it and said there is no cash less facility in this insurance scheme and you

original paper like RC Driving Licence and Insurance policy of Car at Prem Motor Service Center after that Insurance company person will visit and check your
car then we will start to repair your car at our service center Some documents and Estimate is prepared by Prem Motor Service Center and handed over me to
submit at Insurance company National Insurance Company Ambedkar Circle jaipur and I had deposited the same docs at Insurance company then next day
insurance company person had visited at Service Center to Check damage of my car After that Perm Motor Service center person called up me and asking for

Faulty Vehicle sold to Me

I purchased a Maruti 800 car on 28-Aug-2019. within 10 days of driving (not even crossing 230 km) the engine started making lot of noise. I reported the same to the Goa Dealer (Vasco da Gama, Goa) and spoke to Mr Akhil Mahajan (Territory Manager). At First they agreed that the Engine needs major repairs and the engine is Faulty. I told them its a new vehicle i dont agree for repair work and to replace the vehicle. (The vehicle was inspected by the works manager, the service advisor and the marketing person who sold me the vehicle)

Later He said that he cannot replace the vehicle but will do all the repair work and the cost has to be paid by me. I asked him if he sold a scrap / second hand vehicle to me? he was not in a mood to listern nor repair the vehicle and kept of saying to get the vehicle to Service Station for Major Repairs and they are going to give the same vehicle to me.

I am a Senior Citizen, this is my first car which i got after working for 30 yrs and have spend my pension money on it.
i have been Cheated by Maruti as they feel selling any scrap to a Senior Citizen is ok and a senior citizen cannot do any thing.

Maruit Does fraud with Senior Citizens by selling them defective cars. Do we deserve this?

Regarding misguide by Automotive Showroom Nasik

Dear Team,

We would like inform you that we have been misguided by Automotive Team in Nasik. Our Vehicle met with an accident on 21 st April 2019. We have parked the vehicle in showroom with an intention that the vehicle will get repair as we were having our insurance of Maruti Suzuki New India Insurance. We were not informed about the parking charges. In between we were informed that our vehicle is total loss by the insurance company.

Now after loss showroom is asking for 300/ - per day parking charges and 5% insurance estimation charges. We were not informed per day parking Charges at the time of parking the vehicle. This is total misguide from showroom

We trust Maruti Brand & were planning to purchase another vehicle from you but if we will get such type treatment than we are unhappy

I'm Vinesh from Vijayawada. I bought Suzuki Ignis, Petrol, Tinsel Blue with registration number AP16 EN 6314 on 14th Dec 2017. I met with an accident on 4th May 2018 on Vellore Krishnagiri Highway (6 track road) at around 2 PM.It was due to sudden crossing of a dog from the median. Applying the brakes, the vehicle lost control and hit against the central Median and tumbled 3 times and reached the left most lane of the highway.

Because I was wearing the seatbelt and no-one else traveling along with me I was safe without major injury. Yet the shocking thing is that the Air bag for driver and the co-passenger did not deploy. The car is taken under total loss because the damage is very high. I'm unable to upload the pictures here to convey the level of damage to the car.

For last 20 days I've tried to reach the higher ups to escalate the matter. But I'm not given the necessary details by the people who are in touch from the showroom GM or the territory service manager of North Tamil Nadu. Hence I'm left with no other choice other than filing a suit against Suzuki.

This is the first car for my family bought with full upfront payment in Vijayawada. It's thoroughly disappointing and distressing to see how insensitive and irresponsible people are from such a reputed company. Also the standards in the manufacturing of the car which are claimed to be supreme cars from Suzuki eligible for export across the world.

I don't know if this post would ever get posted.. Else I'll do everything needed to bring this to the light if the people in this country for their safety and well-being from buying such low standard cars.

Disappointing Service

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in regard to my car Maruti Suzuki Ertiga GREE with Registration Number: UP78DC0393 Registered in the name of Rakesh Jain. I sent my car for servicing to KTL Harshanagar, Kanpur on 10/03/2018 for which I made a payment of Rs. 15000. I had to leave for Delhi by car on 6/04/2018 so I sent my car again to KTL on 22/03/2018 so as to avoid any glitches during my journey for which I did a payment of Rs 4000.
While coming back from Delhi on 7/04/2018, the car broke down near kanauj on the lucknow-agra expressway. I called the maruti suzuki customer toll free number but got no response. I had to call UP100 to get help and the car was towed to KTL workshop kanpur.
The next day I got a call from the service centre that the mobile oil got over. I asked them if they had not filled it when I sent my car before leaving for Delhi. After 2 hours,I got a response that they have filled one and a half litres of mobile oil and that the Car's engine is not working.
I'm really pissed off with the KTL employees as no one is willing to listen to me. I have been a loyal customer of Maruti suzuki since 1998 and have always sent my car timely for servicing. Even after that I'm getting such attitude from them.

24 HOUR ON ROAD ASSITANCE - NOT TRUE

I was called by Maruti for routine service and as routine calls for it, I took the car in, was told to come back the next day, I took the car on the next day, got a rep who was going to serve me, gave him my car, came back for it later, paid the amount I was charged, left with the car as I did regularly, only this time, on the 2nd day after the service, my car broke down. I called the helpline again and again, alone, on the road in the middle of the night. there was no assistance. when I left from the spot leaving my car stranded, I got a call from someone the rep had arranged, it was too late, the next morning, my rep called the same service and their number was suddenly available. they filed my complaint and I had to tow my car to take it to Vitesse for fixing the petrol tank. I pick up the car again and go about my business, only to be stranded alone in the middle of the night again because of the battery giving trouble.
the car that hasn't given me trouble in 4 years suddenly started acting funny within days of a routine servicing.
I know it could be coincidental but I have my doubts. I also want to specify that I am writing this to complain about the 24 Hour helpline because as a woman, being stranded alone on the road at night is not fun. and the email provided with the helpline contact number also bounced back within 5 seconds. I called again the next morning and the call magically connected. its not done. I am furious. I want the company to apologise to me for the harassment I have faced within this one week. I don't want to claim any money, that's not what my complaint is about. I want them to be sorry and make their helplines more efficient. Make sure someone is there for assistance at all times. Specially catering to problems in the night.

I have brought Maruthi Swift VDI; regarding vehicle Registration number KA18N724.we have left the vehicle for 1lakh km Service in Shruthi Motor Chikmagalur. As per schedule he done a service, unfortunately we have visit to service center that time we noticed cylinder head removed position without information. Suddenly I am shocked and asking to Service advisor and he said valve cover bolt broken due to irresponsible and lack of knowledge also there is no skilled technician. Delivery time he Billed cost 10000 with head gasket, why should I pay head gasket & labor bill. And also he billed machine shop charges 400/-, @ the same we noticed 1fog lamp got damaged, after delivery engine check lamp while on, nobody can give clarification again came back to service center and asking the same he telling glow plug will gone need to replace. Why should did not he explained before delivery
I could have lodge a complaint for the vehicle handed over in without attending [engine check light on]. Maruthi seems to take this very lightly and I will take a stringent step as such kind of irresponsible things cannot be tolerated.
I am sure Shruthi motors are showing a good sale record but Maruthi should not forget it’s all because of us coffee planters.
If they (Shruthi Motor) can’t handle service what’s the point in doing sales.

problem after booking

I booked one Maruti Celerio AMT on Feb 12/2014 at Shakumbari Haridwar with and assurance that the vehicle of my choice (color) will be made available within 10 days. It is already more than 40 days by now and there is nothing in sight. The dealer is not in a position to say or commit any timeline now. I can't wait endlessly. How should I do? Is it not the responsibility of the company to keep a track of all such bookings and give a convincing reply to the customers in time. What is the timeline now and when can I get it. After filling petrol he asked me to pay Rs. 3140 against 49. --- liter petrol. While as per company (Maruti) petrol capacity of the tank is only 42 liters. While your staff filled approx. 49 liter petrol.

May I request you to kindly clarify on the same. How can your staff fill 49 liter oil in a tank with capacity of 42 liter? Even though there must be almost 3 liter oil in the tank which can’t be used.

Harassment by M/s Hira Automobiles, Patiala, Punjab

On 26th March 2013 I went to purchase a Maruti Alto 800 LX car to M/s Hira Automobiles, Patiala. The dealer asked me to make a payment of Rs. 2, 68, 000/- which was inclusive of everything like Price of Car – Discount + registration Charges + Transportation Charges + temporary number + Insurance.
The dealer also promised to give a Gold coin as per the scheme.
The amount of cheque transferred to the account of Hira automobiles on 28th March 2013. They did not gave me the Invoice on 28th March 2013. They delayed it deliberately and gave it to me on 4th April 2013.
The Dealer has not provided anything in spite of a Gap of 25 day. Neither have I received Insurance paper nor registration paper nor Gold Coin.
Then they demanded money for Auto Dipper, by citing the rule implemented from 2nd April 2013.
I argued that had they given the Invoice on 28th March 2013, I could have had my Registration done before 2nd April 2013, without any problem. But they are not listening and demanding money.
I have been running from pillar to post and begging the staff of Hira Automobiles but nobody is listening.
Till date I have not received Insurance paper or Registration paper or Gold Coin. Whereas I have made complete payment of money on 26th March 2013.
They have harassed me so much that I am forced to write my story of sufferings on Facebook and to all my known so that no one else should be subjected to harassment by buying a Maruti Vehicle.

Complaint of no good service of Sales man from Paramount Wheel Pvt Ltd which is located on Kashimira Rd at Thane. I have purchased a Wagon R VXI on 10th oct 2012, and they have assured me that i will be receiving the RC book within 45 days but yet i have not received the RC and they hve given me rc xerox but the original we have not received till today. and they are least bother of our complaint. please do the needfull as i am facing to drive the car on road .

Cheating done by Service Centre

I'm having swift vdi , model 2009 with the registration no. CH01AA 1671.Earlier i was driving the car in Chandigarh city and my car servicing was always done from Mohali(Punjab) service centre.Last year July i shifted to Bangalore.I went to Mandovi Service centre at J.P Nagar , Bannerghatta road in the month of August for my paid car servicing.The servicing was not upto the mark and not to that satisfactory level which i was getting earlier.Then also i adjusted with that.But today after 6 months when due to some problem i took my car to the near servicing centre i was shocked.My original car battery was change by some local battery.How can the service centre people do this.My car is single hand drive , and from the purchase date till date i have never took my vehicle apart from the authorized service centre.Really this is something a big cheat done with the customer.It would have not come to my notice today also if i would have not taken my car to the other centre.

I'm very serious for the incident and if necessary actions are not taken , i will take this matter to the consumer forum as well as to the media.

I need a proper explanation as well as compensation for the same.

I believe such a brand will take care of there customers and will take necessary actions against the culprits who are spoling the brand name.

Clutch failure on new Swift Dzire

Dear Sir,
This is about my new Swift Dzire VXi 2012 with 3800kms brought six month back. I am an NRI working in Dubai as a technical support Executive in Chrysler, Jeep & Dodge authorized dealer (Al-Futtaim; Trading Enterprises, Dubai).
On my way to airport my car broke down and I sent this vehicle to the dealer for repair. The clutch found burnt and to be replaced. This new car had this problem and asking me to pay about Rs 4500 as a repair charge. I am only person handling this car and driving various vehicles for years. As this vehicle is brand new and I have to use further, please advise me what to do with these kind of failure in feature. I want as an immediate solution to get this repair under warranty and deliver my car. Car is with dealer, maruti Calicut Indus motors.

Car accidented by Maruti dealer

Even I am a corporate customer and as a one of the loyal customer to the Maruti Brand, have given my vehicle Maruti Zen DI 2002 Model, for windshield replacement and leg changing on 11.09.2012 to the dealer at Rajahmundry ie. SB Motors Corporation, Lalacharuvu, Narayanapuram, Rajahmundry. Since, I am taking very care for my car and added Accessories like New Disks, Tubeless Tyres and new AC.

Since, I believed that, the Maruti authorized service centers only take more care and responsibility on my loved car and given for service in Maruti Authorized Service Center. He has given the job card and mentioned he will delivers the car on 15.09.2012. In spite of several calls he was not delivered the car till 26.09.2012.

On 27.09.2012 the work shop driver taken out the vehicle and met accident in wrong side of the road resulted total loss to my car. At that time they didn’t inform neither me or insurance surveyor and they didn’t taken the spot photos. On the same day when i was called to workshop, they simply told the car was met accident we will not taken responsibility for the same and we will repair and deliver the same and in spite of several requests made, they didn’t provided any alternative car till date

I requested the service centre, due to your problem only my loved car was damaged hence, please replace my car with another same model True value certified car or pay me the latest sales value of the same model car in Maruti True Value either managed by this dealer or by any nearby dealer.

But the work shop management neglently not responding my request and when I went several times to the work shop and didn’t care my appeal and neglently telling if you given brand new car also we didn’t responsible even work shop driver met the accident and customer has to born the repair charges also. They printed this type of clause on the overleaf of the job card. And also telling based on the clause you can’t do any thing do what ever you want.

Is it valid clause. Are not they liable for accident done by them for our loved car.

Please solve the matter at the earliest. Since, No alternative car is provided i am facing lot of problem to travel. The show room mangement neglently saying what ever you want to do go and do.

Hence, we request you to please solve the problem at the earliest.

Even I try to purchase a true value swift car 2007 model from the same dealer, they are selling fully damaged and full outside painted car also selling in True value at high rate without maintaining True value norms. Right now the car with Kakinada branch with the same dealer.

Because of this type of dealers customers are loosing their confidence on Maruti as well as Maruti True value.

DON'T BUY CAR FROM TRUE VALUE (MARUTI SUZUKI)

I bought a 2nd hand ALTO car 2006 model in Rs 1,60,000 from TRUE VALUE (maruti suzuki ) in FEBURARY 2012 from mohali true value showroom, Chandigarh.At that time the employees of maruti showroom told me that the car is in good condition and if there is some problem than they will rectify.but after one month when i used during summer, AC was not working. when we took this car in maruti suzuki workshop in mohali,then no one bothered about it.i approached so many people but no one did anything to solve its problem .from last few months i am facing so many problems in this car like NOT STARTING,BREAKS NOISE,BUMPER SOUND,FRONT GLASS WAS BROKEN AT THE TIME OF SALE,A.C DID NOT WORK. the customer services is just for the name sake.no one bothers here.i approached the TRUE VAlUE to get me the NOC of this car but still they didnt manage to get it.i am fully harrassed i think because i bought car from this company.

There are other manufacturers too.. engine is made by fiat, nd the same engine is purchased by maruti for ertiga, swift, dzire, tata indigo, indica vista, manza nd many more... whenever maruti canverts a hatch into a sedan, people will flock outside showrooms to buy one, they make a small change in the dash/exteriors, more people will throung like anything... dude get over it, you want a car, or an interest fee fixed deposit of your booking amount...

Service complaint

I have faced a problem with a well known dealer in Navi mumbai for my WagonR free servicing. The executive has forcibly done anti rust coating on the car without my approval. when asked, he says he had taken an approval from my father. please note that this is a non marut item and expensive one. this item does not have any warranty and no way check if it is done at all. my sales executive had informed me not to get it done as it is useless for brand new cars and the service executive has duped me for Rs 2800 by doing this. Now they say, we cannot refund anything. Worst thing is that he has done anti rust coating which i did not ask for and has left other work incomplete for which i had given a written request. I think this is all about the incentive that is reserved in the external items that entices the service executives more than the actual service.

Bad workmanship by dealer at kota & harassment by Customer Care

Sub:-
1. Providing /Fitting a Non Specific Oil Filter Bearing no. Suzuki 16510M68K00 during the routine free service of Maruti Zen Estilo RJ -20 CB 9833 at Bhatia and company workshop Kota.
2. Harassment at Chaksu on the part of Maruti Customer Care Center (1800 4200) for complaint registered vide no. 618123 dated 25-08-12.
3. Reimbursement of claim on account of damage caused on 25-8-12 due to unmatched oil filter at Lalsot during the journey from Kota to Jaipur via Sawai-Madhopur- Lalsot- Kotun- Chaksu- Jaipur.

Dear Sir,

In view of the subject cited above it is to bring to your notice that the Dealer Bhatia & Company. at Kota and KP automotives at Chaksu have failed to maintain the sprit of Maruti Suzuki slogans reproduced as under:
(A) “ Genuine Peace of Mind with Maruti Genuine Parts”
(B) “ Caring for Customers”
(C) “Call 24 Hours Maruti On Road Service at 18004200”
As I had to come across an embarrassing situation because of unmatched filter as at item (i) and harassed at Chaksu as at item no. (ii) above as per subject.

It is stated:-
1. That, during the journey under taken from Kota to Jaipur on 25.8.12 via Sawai Madhopur – Lalsot – Kothun – Chaksu, unmatched oil filter damaged around 8 pm at Kared Bujurg near Kothun resulting draining of Engine Oil. On advise of customer care centre, the said Car by toeing up was shifted, some how with the help of the local people of village Kared Bujurg.
2. That, on Reaching Chaksu around 10.30 pm as advised by customer care centre the authorized person of Maruti dealer KP Automotives, Chaksu was contacted on mobile no. 9928451516, who suggested to hand over the car to the guard but no one turned up till 11.30 pm.
3. That, on repeated telephonic request/ pursuance with Sh. Amit , Sh. Nikhil, Sh. Gaurav, etc of customer care center during at 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm, the complaint was some how registered vide no. 618123 at 10.47 pm. And lastly at 11.30 pm, the customer care people asked me to stay on road at Chaksu as no assistant can be provided before 9 O’ clock of next morning i.e. 26.08.12. Even after requesting about my self being heart patient accompanied with 80 years old mother (the journey was undertaken because of medical checkup of mother due to severely high blood pressure complaint) and wife, so it is not possible to stay whole night aloof. But sadly, no action was taken by the prestigious company like Maruti Suzuki, which is against Maruti Slogan “Call 24 hours Maruti on road service”.
4. That, there was no way out left, I had to arranged some skilled mechanic from Jaipur, who attended the break down and restore the vehicle by providing required matched oil filler and filling up with specific engine oil at about 2.30 am on 26.08.12.

From above, it is inferred:
1. That, authorized dealer at Kota has no provided the specific oil filter which is against the slogan “Genuine Peace of Mind with Maruti Genuine Parts”.
2. That, authorized dealer at Chaksu did not extend cooperation in restoring the vehicle, which is against the slogan “Caring for Customer”.
3. That the person of Customer Care center are reluctant to register customer grievances which is not in accordance with Maruti Slogan “Call 24 Hours Maruti On Road Service at 18004200” .
As the Vehicle restore at my on level please reimburse the charges paid amounting and a future corrective action at your own level so that such a harassing situation cannot be faced by any consumer in future.

improper paid service by maruti seva dealer magpur

recently i had planned a visit to tourist places in and around pune , which include lot of ghates and tough roads , i decided to do servicing at maruti seva nagpur, i gave the car to the dealer and to my surprize the estimate made by the service rep. was rs7300, i was surprized that such a big amount considering the fact that car was 2 and half yrs old, i checked the bill found that they had added petrol additive to my diesel car , moreover diesel additive bill too was there, i questioned him and said if i had not cross chcked i would have never come to know.
the next morning i drove to pune the vehicle alignment was very very poor. i had a tough time driving.
Maruti delears have just started to loot the customers by adding all unnecessary items in servicing .

We all write about the dealer problems. If we Analyze and see it is the problem of MARUTISUZUKI who is taking customers for granted. I booked an ertiga on 23 April 2012. But the dealer cannot get a confirmed date from Maruti for dispatches of the vehicles.

I feel Maruti should call off the Ertiga as a sucessful lauch as the cannot deliver to customers who have booked in the first week of the launch.
This is not expected from Maruti. I can understand this situation after 6 months when the vehicle is sucessful.
But Maruti is trying to create a situation to show it as sucessful

Starting Problem in Swift VDi

I purchased the SWIFT VDi Vehicle ID No.MA3FKEB1S00714057- Customer ID 11163966543 vide Invoice Number VSL11000341 dated 28-06-2011 from your Autorised Dealers- M/s Prem Motors Pvt. Ltd., B1-B2, Shankar Point, Sanjay Place, Agra

Since its date of purchase, the above Vehicle has some problems particularly starting problem. For repairing etc., I have to leave the above vehicle many times at your Authorised service center - Prem Motors Pvt. Ltd for the same problem. Everytime I was assured by GM(Service) of the service center that the problem would not occur again as they have fixed the problem. In this regard, you may refer your records. On 17-05-2012 the above vehicle has been stopped in way, despite my best efforts, it could not be started, as such, I have to leave the same at Authorised Service Center. Since then the vehicle is still in the Authorised Service Center.

Under these circumstances, I have no faith in this vehicle. This vehicle has hardly been run upto 2500 Km. As such, I shall not be interested in taking back this vehicle from Authorised Center.

I shall thank you to please arrange to replace it and arrange to supply new vehicle as it is under warranty period, to avoid further displeasure.

Complaint against RNS Motors Yeshwanthpur

I had purchased Maruti Ritz from RNS Yeshwantpur about one month back. The after sales support from them is most unsatisfactory for the following reasons.
1. Seat cover chosen me was all black. Rats had damaged the cover and similar one was not available hence I had to agree with an alternate combination to speed up delivery.
2. Was called up at 4pm for delivery. Actual delivery time was 7.15 pm
3. The smart card sent to me has been return for rectification of my father's name which has been wrongly written. Still waiting for the corrected smart card.
4. I was provided with a orginal key and a duplicate key. I applied for two extra keys. Keys arrived after 15 days and was told to collect the extra keys. On arriving no one asked me to get the duplicate key. I had to wait for 3 hours for the password to come and they registered the three keys.
5. After about a week when I tried to operate the duplicate key it would not work. Went again to RNS Motors who this time realized that the duplicate key had not been registered. Once again brought the the other two keys and this time the four keys was registered. I had to wait approximately 3 hours for the password and registration of four keys.
6. Today I complained that the remote was not working properly. Went to RNS and they rectified it. On reaching home found that the key manually operation of four doors was not functioning after going to RNS once again. Now they have informed that it can be set right only by Maruti Nippon guys tomorrow only.
Please let me know what is customer satisfaction and how do you apply to your unit RNS Yeshwantpur. Very poor management control.

Delay in supply of New Maruti Swift Dezire-zxi

dear Sir,
I booked a new maruti swift dezire zxi through Kosmo weels , Thane in the State of Maharashtra with Rs. 11000/- on 25/02/2012 giving assurance a delevery on 23/03/2012. For this I have already made full payment to kosmo Wheels on 16/03/2012. In this context , i tried to get contact with Kosmo Weels but they have not given information about delevery of vehicle till the date of 22/03/2012. However, on 23/03/2012 they replied me that they are unable to delever the said vehicle on 23/03/2012 as the vehicle has not yet landed to their possetion . They have also commited me that the said vehicle will possible to delever in the month of April, 2012 with increase price due to Union Govt budget -2012-13 announce in march,2012. I have to pay additional Rs.14000/- at the time of delevery of vehicle due to delay in delevery of vehicle at stipulated time. If the vehicle was not possible to delever on 23/03/2012 , they atleast were have to inform like that and unconditionaly, they used my full payment till the date of about Rs. 7.10 lakh which paid in advance in the month of march,2012. Generally, full cost of vehicle demanded only 6-7 days before the delevery of vehicle . It may suggest that whether the interest is payable to me on advance full payment made to Kosomo weels from the date of 25/02/2012 till the date of delevery of vehicle ( Excluding 6-7 days). and also suggest that whether the said vehicle can be get at the price that was exist before announcing the union budget.

Dear sir,

I had bought a new maruti 800 (MP 19 CA 1857) by the name mohd.
Iftikhar ullah in yhe year 2007dec. it is giving some problem while
driving it automatically locks billing n engine stops. this is the 6th
time i m facing this problem. last time when it does i called the your
service station ( maruticraft india pvt ltd sec-63 noida) they told me
to bring the car to sevice station n i went there n get it fixed but
this time i was in UP far-away from my home same problem occur again.
i called service station they again told me to bring to sevice
station, i told them to send a service boy to the site but they
denied. see how difficult it is to bring it back home n how much time
is consumed.

maruti suzuki is brand name which sells by its name but if
somebody knows it has such a locking problem n even careless behavior
of your service station then i think it is just a name n nothing else.
i request you to plz fix it up, i m really fed up from your services
and my experience with maruti is not good at all.

I booked a swift vdi white with the indus motors, cochin, kerala during july 2011. The dealer is not able to tell me my waiting list number nor is he able to tell me how many persons are above me in the list.
There is serious manipulation of the list. My complaint to the maruti contact number has been in vain. I am now contemplating to approach the consumer redressal court or the criminal courts in kerala for filing a case of cheating.

The dealer is not helping me at all.

While crossing a speed breaker my oil pan broke , I immediately replace the oil pan at Beekay Auto & did my first free service too. After observation engineer of Beekay told that engine is ok . I use my car very rare ( in 14 month only meter reading is 2970 ) . On 16-02-2012 I was going to Kolkata from Asansol , after 100 Km at Burdwan I found a abnormal sound from the Engine , I took my Car to BEEKAY AUTO , Burdwan . They told the problem is with the Bearing set connrod . I carefully brought my Car to Beekay Asansol . They observed and told me that Half engine has to be replaced which will cost Rs 40000/- . At present I cannot afford to bear the cost. I also want to know where is my fault . At the first stage when they replaced the oil pan they would have advice me to replace the other necessary part . Due to they carelessness I have to bear the cost. It is worthy

Service complaints against Sushila Automobiles, Ranchi

My car was repaired after an accident at Sushila Automobiles Workshop at Ranchi in July 2007. Refer their invoice no. 004136, Job no. 0085558 dt. 15.09.07. To my dismay I have been informed by the dealer at Etawah that Sushila Automobiles has replaced the damaged chassis with one without any no. Even the identification plate with Engine no. and chassis no. is missing. I have lodged a complaint with MSIL on 15.09.11. Till date the same has not been attended to. My car is grounded. Will the higher authorities at MSIL Headquarters arrange to attend to my complaint immediately.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MARUTI SUZUKI

i had booked maruti Swift VDI on 31.08.2011. Even after 4 months when I did not get any response, I had mailed on the mail address given on the official site of Maruti Suzuki.

To my surprise I noticed that for the first time Customer Service Cell of a big Corporate has been outsourced to a call centre who just register the complaint but cannot give a feed back to the customer. I had registered complaint number 5906051049 on 04.12.2011 at their customer care email (contact [at] maruti [dot] co [dot] in). Even after 40 days, I have been informed that someone is looking in the complaint. I do not understand whether some one is looking into the complaint or sleeping over the complaint in maruti.

When I further insisted, I got a mail giving their Corporate Office board number where I can pursue the complaint and the call centre is not authorized to give names, email addresses or telephone numbers of any officer.

This clearly indicates that a customer is left to the sole mercy of either the call centre or the dealer and customer cannot contact any responsible officer in the company. I did not expect such feedback system from this Company.

I have a complaint against Bimal servicing, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati. I have maruti A star car bearing registration no AS01AN-0962. There was some problem with my car so I gave it to Bimal Servicing, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati for repairing. After few month of repairing again the problem cropped up. Again I went to Bimal Servicing, Bamunimaidam with the problem, it was for the second time that they repaired my car and informed me that two more parts have to be replaced and that the parts are not available with them and told me that they will inform me as soon as the parts will be available. It is quite surprising that its now almost more than 6 months that Bimal servicing , bamunimaidam, guwahati havnt informed about the availability of the parts. I called Bimal Servicing two times to enquire about the parts, they informed me that the parts are not available and will call me when the parts will be available. Two questions have raised in my mind. Does it take so long for them to bring those two parts? Is Bimal Servicing, Bamunimaidam , guwahati providing the service to the customer, it had promised. Dear Sir, I had booked Maruti swift ZDI on 8th Aug 2011 at Automotive Manufactures Pvt. Ltd., Latur(Maharashtra) by paying cash of Rs 10000. At the time of booking I was orally told that my waiting No. is 8. Every fortnight I kept on enquiring about the delivery of my car. Until 2nd of Dec 2011, I was told that not even a single ZDI has been supplied by MSIL till date. There after on 2nd Dec 2011, I was told that only one ZDI is delivered. Later I came to know that the fact is some thing different and hence I went to Automotive Manufactures Pvt. Ltd. with a bankers Cheque and asked them to deliver my vehicle or else give me in writing the waiting number of mine at the time of booking as well as on 13th Dec 2011. The branch Manager refused to give waiting Number, Instead he gave a letter stating that my car will be delivered within 2 months and will be alloted very 2nd swift ZDi metallic white as and when dispatched by MSIL. It is my request to Maruti suzuki Pvt. Ltd. to look into the matter seriously and see such that customers get the right information from the distributors.

Very bad after sale service and bad behavior by the dealer

Dear sir, On 20 Jul 2011, on the occasion of our marriage anniversary I booked an A-star car (DL7C K2192) with Maruti True Value at Vasant Kunj, Delhi. I took the car on cash payment. Since beginning I faced problems with the employees of Vehicleheads, particularly with Mr Sunil Bist. Even after all mycheques were cleared they could not deliver the car in promised time. Finally I got the car with lot of bitterness on 31 Jul. I was promised that within one or one & a half months time I will be given my RC and the insurance will be transferred within a or two after the registration is done. Three months passed I have not been given the original RC. I made number of visits to their office and every time some excuses were given. Whenever, I call in the land-line number (011-46025808) they say 'we don't about this; Mr Sunil or Mr Javed will call you as soon as they come to the office.' Whenever I call Mr Sunil, either he does not take my call or talks very rudely. Two three times I was caught by traffic police and it is any body's guess how I got rid of them. About two weeks ago I have been given copy of the RC and was told that some mistake has taken place in the RC. Since then I made calls to Mr Sunil but he did not my calls. Kindly resolve the issue.

From the date of purchase her vehicle gets some Engine noise while running, the same was taken up

After 10 days the message given by dealer that due water flown in to engine , some parts gets damaged therefore engine has been removed and forwarded to their another workshop for repair works.
Before removing the engine no information has been given and no consent has been taken from my sister.
Now the popular agency is given budget for Rs. 48,000/- plus tax for rectification works.

Sir, my sister is School teacher and after watching of your advertisement for SWIFT CAR, my sister taken loan from bank and purchased the SWIFT CAR from Popular.

Car has been purchased on 09-Feb.-2011 and within one year it is not possible to incur Rs. 48,000/- .

Therefore it is requested to check the matter with popular Vehicle and please check any manufacturing defect is in our CAR OR otherwise advise the agency to cover the repairing charges through insurance.

I Pranesh Kumar Jain own a Maruti Swift VDI bearing registration No. DL13C 0997. We have been regularly getting our car serviced and repaired from your authorized dealer Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd., Plot No. 3, Gazipur, Delhi East – 110092.

Last year our car met with an unfortunate accident and the car was sent to Compitent workshop for repairs, the whole front chasis and body was repaired. Since then my car had a niggle in driving, so on every service I complaint for the same but every time I was told by Competent people everything is okay.

But 2 weeks back my car’s axle broke down in middle of the road, so I sent my car to Competent for repairs. There I was told the reason for breakdown was faulty chasis which was not repaired correctly during the accidental repairs, the complete alignment was wrong, due to which the axle got cut.

When I later questioned that the whole chasis was repaired by them only during the accident, then how come there was a fault in chasis. They changed the reason and gave me various other excuses.

It took Competent 8 Days to get the car serviced and repaired, they had also raised bill of Rs. 17,000 for the works. I am very unsure about there working methodology; I very much believe they are just trying to cover up for their mistakes. I am not convinced at all by them, I want complete details of workmanship and repairs which my car underwent.

They got our lives in danger with faulty Chasis. Doesn’t Competent realize that they are playing with human life when they are not fulfilling their duties completely? I believe they do not value human life.

And as for me I will not like to be associated with any such company or their allies where Life is not valued, and neither would I recommend any of my close ones to be associated with such a company.

Kindly look into the matter, and give me a justification for such an act by Competent.

Poor Free servicing of Maruthi Alto LXI Car

Dear sirs, Sairam. My Mother Urmil Anand bought an Alto LXI car having no. AP02AD3609 on 11.6.2010. Subsequently the two free services done by Durga Automobiles, Goothy Road, Anantapur were neither satisfactory nor of acceptable quality, leading to great dissatisfaction in our minds. In the last service on 28th February, the car was not even washed! Vacuum cleaning was also not done as the cleaner was out of order! I wonder if there are any quality checks on authorized stations or these too work on the basis of corruption between the authorized stations and the regional centers or whoever is responsible for quality of service! We now want to take the car for the 3rd free service and wonder if it will again be a waste of time as earlier? The least we can request is that this service is done to our satisfaction and customers are treated as customers and not as a burden.

Closed the deal on 24th August at a advance payment of 5k as there was a breakage of the front windshield &
dent in the rail(Part below the doors from front to back) below the doors.
The deal was both the things would be replaced free of cost and delivered.
so the glass was replaced and delivered on 26th August after the full payment.
The rail was not available so the part was ordered and took a weeks time but no one turned back.
So i called up they told the part was ordered and yet to come, after another 3 days i called up still it was on the way from Pune.
After another 2 days the location changed from Pune to Gurgaon the part was on the way.
Finally the part was disappeared and was not available all over the India, and the replacement changed to repair.
I compromised to repair instead of replacing it. Because of no option left out.
They took 3 days for repair and at the end of 3rd day after waiting for 2 hrs the vehicle came from some other service center with the denting and painting work done and the vehicle interiors & exteriors was totally miserable not washed and paint and grease spots all over inside and outside, and above all the door alignment was miserable there was a gap of 6 mm on the top of the door all the rain water was coming in.
Next day i again came for realignment of the door, the alignment was done but not bothered to wash the vehicle but just cleaned some of the spots with a thinner.

I left for car for the first free service on 9th october at 12:30 Sunday
Complaint: The Wind shield wiper not working properly.
Asked for the service booklet by service engg which i was totally not aware. Than after asking to shankar i got the service booklet on 9th oct after 1.5 months of purchase of vehicle.
Under the warranty the wiper was to be repaired, but the co-ordination between the true value guys( Shankar/Ali and the service Engg Srinivas ) is pathetic.
I was the mediator between the true value guys and the service guy for the approval of the same. Earlier the delivery time given was 12: 30 noon than postponed to 2:30. Than the part was not available finally, the true value guy complaints about the service guy that the exact problematic part is yet to be known so that i can ask for free approval. The whole day every one promised that they would get back. after getting the spare from any of the other service center. Finally at 6:30 pm i tried to call up Ali he is out of show room to hospital to meet his relatives and the service guy is not reachable.
Finally shankar calls up 7:13 pm and tells the spare is not available the regular service is being done. When i already reached home.
Just to summarize there is no proper communication and people just keep on transferring problem to one another, just creating confusion and there no one person taking responsibility .There is no time sense at all.
If they not value there time at least value others.
Please help me out on the same.
After being a faithful customer of Maruti customer for last 12 years i am very disappointed.
Even though i know i paid about 35 k costly than other open market for the trust and belief of Maruti True Value Brand.

2. On 24 Sep I took my car to a/m auth service stn (Sehgal Autorides Pvt Ltd) for a paid service. After getting the vehicle inspected by the concerned service adviser , whom I told all the repair and service requirement, I was told to take my vehicle on 26 Sep (after 48 hrs); to which I agreed.

3. However my misery started when I did not recd any intimation from the service adviser, I called the office and was told that someone will call me up to inform about the status of my vehicle. I waited for complete day w/o any response.I again myself called up and this time I was assured that vehicle will be serviced in next 24 hrs (now totaling upto 72 hrs). Next day again I did not receive any intimation , so I had to call again on 25 sep evening demanding my vehicle, to which the service adviser told me that now he will for sure deliver the vehicle in next 24 hr (now totaling upto 96 hr).

4. Next day on 26 sep at 1800 hrs the person came to deliver the vehicle at my residence.To my horror most of the major repair/ replacement which he said he would carry out and I agreed to, were not done, inspite for keeping vehicle for 96 hrs.The vehicle interiors of my car bore putty like dirt marks indicating poor workmanship and improper cleaning.This I imdtly indicated to the service adviser then and there.Further now my vehicle started to have new problems which were never there- Large friction sound in wheel hubs during turns, cabin light stopped working ,remote lock stopped working, none of the scratch marks on the body were repaired, inspite of my instructions to repair them.

5. Next day I called up Service Workshop Manager (Mr Mahesh) at Sehgal Autoriders. He did understood my point and assured to take my vehicle back to look onto the matter personally and depute some responsible Supervisor/adviser to rectify the service mistakes.The vehicle as of now has gone to service stn back and the outcome is awaited.

6.The point I want to convey is that like millions of citizens I have always posed faith in MARUTI (Last 15 yrs my family has bought four Maruti vehicles only).This faith should not be allowed to dilute with poor/inadequate customer service at any level. Hope all such issues , howsoever minute , will be dealt by proper auth at MARUTI.

I would like to know that, your company asking us to change oil every after 10000 km. why 1st time you are asking to change within one month or 1000 km. Seva Automotive said that it is norms of MUL, it is done for better lubrication. as a vehicle engine is fresh so it is necessary. just i want to that you people are not taking complete trial of the vehicle which engine must completely tension for such types. Why should i bare such amount for one month old vehicle.

dealers selling accidental damaged cars at maruti true value

I have been to Ahmednagar at Kankariya Maruti to buy Maruti swift i was shocked when
i saw the car being a automobile engineer i found that many cars were found accidentally damaged repaired cars. When asked to the concern they told us that we are not able to answer since the cars are purchased from higher authorities.
it is not at all fair that the Maruti trusted dealers are selling this type of total loss repaired cars at their workshop.
I had enquired about the dealer at the local workshop in which i had came to know from one Mr Muna Ghattani who is working as the salvage buyer at Ahmednagar that maximum number of accidental damaged insurance car has been purchased by Kankariya motors Ahmednagar.
It is now the duty of Maruti Udyoug to look into this matter what i had come to know i had brought into their knowledge & peoples should stop keeping trust on authorized dealers.

100% payment done but Maruti Suzuki - Swift Dzire not delivered

I have booked D'Zire LDI (white colour) on 22.02.2011, At Bhandari Automobile Pvt. Ltd. Gariahat, Kolkata,
while booking of the car, dealer's sales person had promised for delivery the car by 15th April, 2011, but in first week of April I inquired about delivery status of the car, they informed me that there is slight delay and car will be delivered in May first week, again in May there promise turned false and now they promised to delivered by 15th June, 2011,
after confirmation of the delivery on given date and on demand of dealer, I have paid all the payments including bank loan in the interest of getting delivery as soon as it received at dealer's place.

My receipt nos are as follows:
i) REC 10004457 date; 22.02.2011 : Rs. 5,000/- (booking amount) Cheque No. 445191 dt. 1.06.2011 (IDBI bank)
ii) REC 11006074 date; 01.06.2011 : Rs. 140,000/- (final payment) Cheque No. 445192 dt. 1.06.2011 (IDBI bank)
iii) REC 11006075 date; 01.06.2011 : Rs. 141,310/- (final payment) Cheque No. 445193 dt. 1.06.2011 (IDBI bank)
iv) REC 11006076 date; 01.06.2011 : Rs. 3,600/- (final payment) Cheque No. 467508 dt. 1.06.2011 (SBI bank)
v) Bank Loan amount : Rs. 3,50,000/- is also paid to the Dealer. in first week of June itself.

but after making of 100% payment it is one month gone we have not got the car. Every now & then I am behind sales manager of the above said dealer but they are not committing any date of delivery.

The loan amount has also been paid to dealer and monthly EMI payment is also started and two EMI have already gone including this month from My account without having car with me.

I don't understand how can dealer take 100% payment if the car was not available or not sure when the delivery can be given. They were not supposed to book the car and also not supposed to take 100% payment in advance.

Now I am very unhappy by the way of treat I got From Maruti Suzuki dealer and feeling that I have made very big mistake that I booked and paid 100 % payment on trust of manager of dealer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM A DRIVER BY PROFESSION AND WANTED TO BUY THIS CAR FOR COMMERCIAL USE (TRAVELS) with yellow number plate. I have obtain related permission letter from concern authorities for the use of car for commercial purpose. Last date for use of the said permission is 12th august, 2011. I am afraid and worried that if I don't get my car registered before 12th August,2011. I have to go again to get the permission which is not so easy.

When I came to know from sales person of dealer that I will be getting my own car in May 2011, I left the job and simply waiting for my car since then, now I am facing difficulties to pay EMI against CAR laon and to manage my house expenses too.

I want to know that WHO (MARUTI SUZIKI or Bhandari Automobile Pvt. Ltd. Gariahat, Kolkata) IS RESPONSIBLE TOWARD MY LOSS AND WHERE CAN I RECOVER IT FROM ?

Cheating/ Fraud and Threats against wrong Finance

Dear All,

This is to inform you that I have recently purchased Maruti Ritz on 31 May 2011 form Competent Automobiles in Gurgaon. I paid Rs 120000 as down payment, Rs 3200 as processing fees for the loan and the balance amount of Rs 301500 was financed from HDFC initially but later on some rejection it was cleared from ICICI bank. During the interaction of the entire transaction, the staff of the automobile told me a loan of Rs 301500 to be paid in 35 EMI of Rs 100035 while 3 weeks later I received a letter from ICICI bank showing a disbursal of Rs 305000 loan wit Rs 10775 EMI for 35 months.

When contacted the GM operations and sales along with Maruti officials with written communications, they have not been able to reply so far concrete which resolves the problem to an end. However this was not much, now since I have named 2-3 officials of competent automobiles in my e-mails; which has resulted in life threats for the same.

I must say that this is a clear case of negligence on the part of Maruti Suzuki who wants to be on the top of the market by any means.

I have never ever seen such a case of non compliance, cheating, fraud and incompetent professionalism.

Sir , i booked dezire vdi on 07.04.11, At Pollachi about Maruti Tamilnadu, my receipt no is 11000073, , they promised me to deliver in three months(approx 06.07.11).I reached the office on the first week of July to enquire about the delivery and settlements , the sales person in office told me the delivery will be delayed for another 9 months. So i tried to meet the manager twice in vain . Then i contacted booking agent -Rajendra Kumar about the delay. He simply told me that it's not his duty to inform regarding delay. So i contacted the customer care and made a complaint regarding this (complaint no..3097836153). On 06.07.11 I received a hand written letter in white paper( not in official letter pad) stating that delivery will be at the end of September. How can i take it as an authentic one( letter signed by ram Kumar -sales i don't know who he is ). Is this the way of treating customers with erratic replies by the booking agent also by the higher officials in that concern, i don't know it's your own or Maruti's culture. If your not interested in customer service please inform at the first. Pl don't cheat the uneducated persons like me. I think so the above mentioned persons are bypassing my seniority for their personal profits. I had checked with other dealers in Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy , Dindigul after the above problem they i got the real scenario of about Pollachi. Really 9 months is needed for delivery after three months booking period kindly think over it
