My nearest chimney provider at Domjur, Howrah. Calling everyday for last service of my chimney. But still now not done this service.My servicing last date gone on september. I need help for my servicing problem. I hope understand my problem.

I have one VOGUE make chimney and AMC done through Life Line Appliances, 140/4, Jane’s Long Sarani, Kolkata-700008. It has been noticed that they are not sincere in communicating and servicing the chimney once it fall due. Even getting them over phone is also difficult. Facing this problem every time. Either they are not picking up call or getting the line busy. After several attempt I got them after 2 days. Last servicing was done in March’19 and June’19 was not done. This is been regular phenomenon. Pl instruct dealer to be more prompt on delivering services. This actually tarnishing the brand images of Company.

Servicing agency available in Agartala, Tripura is not all serious. They are not attending for service in spite of advance payment. If serving is not available properly it is meaningless to purchase Kutchina chimney. Please pass necessary instructions to the service agency available in Agartala to do service sincerely so that users are not harassed. Otherwise reputation of the Company will suffer a lot and people will not rely upon you.

I had purchased a chimney in December 2017. I could not get the free service done by 15th December as I was out of Kolkata due to family emergencies. Till now only one free servicing is done. When I requested the Customer care over phone, they suggested to make request by mail. I request the free service be done urgently by your service department in the special circumstances.

an order for kutchina modular kitchen was placed on 20/3/2018 to OLIYA APPLIANCES, HILL VIEW, ASANSOL-713304 ,through their representative namely BAPI SEN with a commitment of delivering with in 45 to 60 days. on 15/6/2018 i called on Sri Bapi Sen and asked him to fix the kitchen as it is already 85 days. but to my utter astonishment the person neither could fix the kitchen nor could give me manufacturing status of my kitchen. observing this exorbitant delay and lack lasture attitude i asked Sri Bapi Sen to cancel my order and process the return of my advance of rupees one lakh. from then till now i am unable to contact him as his mobile is found to be switched off. my humble request is please cancel the order and return the advance as i am unable to postpone the entry to my flat any more.
