My IRCTC personal ID got blocked

Sir,

My IRCTC personal ID got blocked. I can't book e-ticket. When i am trying to book e-ticket the message come "You are not allowed to book tickets.
Your account has been temporarily suspended as your mobile is registered with multiple ids on IRCTC. Please update your mobile to activate your profile and continue booking" The mobile number i have given in profile is my mobile number how can somebody can use it for other id. I request to block the IRCTC id who has used my mobile number so as to operate the IRCTC Site for ticket booking.

activation of my IRCTC account

I have registerd in IRCTC site for booking railway E-ticket through Internet and my user ID is chandan_dg. I used these A/c number of times to book railway tickets.
But unfortunately, yesterday when I tried to book ticket using this User ID, it's not allowing me to proceed further and showing the message 'Can not use this A/c as this account is suspended'

Would you let me know how can I activate this A/C for booking the railway tickets now

IRCTC SUSPENDED LOGIN ID

I had I user account on IRCTC login page, with user ID balkesh.s. For some time now whenever I try to book a ticket login is allowed but ticket booking is not allowed, and a message appears reading " you can not book a as you account is suspended". IRCTC SUSPENDED LOGIN ID

I had a user account with Login ID as balkesh.s on IRCTC page for booking of Rail Ticket for my personal use, with e-mail ID balkesh [dot] s [at] sbi [dot] co [dot] in For last some time my account has been suspended by IRCTC, and when ever I try to book ticket a message appears on screen stating that " you can not book ticket as your account is suspended". Ticket booking not receved but amount is debited

Dear sir i booked a ticket from bangalore to chennai using my sbi credit card on june 21 /2012. The amount is debited from my card account but i couldnot receve any sms allert for ticket conformation and yet no pnr number is receved. Hi,

I have booked Hospet to Bangalore on 26 June 2012.
through www.irctc.co.in (nuthankm) login.

Transaction ID's displayed:0518029665 & 0518030795 and PNR not Generated and not booked the ticket also.

Rs 439 + 439 /- got debited from my State Bank of Mysore bank account immediately, however
no confirmation about my booking details till now. Am becoming
increasingly anxious every passing second. Please look into this on
high priority and revert immediately.

I booked my reservation through irctc site on 25/06/2012 I made payment through my canara bank debit card for Rs.298/-,after that transaction failed (session expired). Money has been deducted from my account but i dint received PNR Number and Ticket also from my email.

I tried to reset my password,

I tried to reset my password, for which I answered the secret question correctly, it said your new password has been sent to your registered email, but I didn't get any mail from them. Also please note that, when I booked my tickets, I didn't receive this time any mail from irctc. Moreover when tried to sign up for a new account, it didn't accept my mobile no., saying that it has already been registered. It means I need to give every time a new number for, how can I come out from this stupid business, please let me know, I'm thoroughly irritated.

I need some help regarding recovering my IRCTC Account. I changed my
password for my IRCTC Account yesterday night, but since then I can't
log in to my account anymore.
I tried the "Forgot Password" option, even though the site shows

i had book my ticket for 21-06-2012 dated journey for ahmedabad jn to pune jn for train no -11095 ahinsha express 3A class with 2 tickets of PNR NUMBER-8603167486.

actually my problem is my ticket was not conform and remain a status of waiting 2/3 .due to immergancy traveling i had taken another train and assume to be get refund of my ticket by going at pune station next day and get a refund as my ticket was a waiting and we did not done any journey

but when i go to pune station next day at morning 4.am and ask at statation for refund of above station they are saying that i am not eligible for get a refund now.as you had not cancel the ticket before the train was departure.

i have question where this rules is mention and i want to do claim regarding to get my refund money for above ticket as we didnot done any journey as our ticket was not conform it was remain as waiting class so why i am not get my refund money back.

looking for support asas possible..where i go and request for this claim..

sometime its happens as the irctc is the most busy site for transaction.
dont worry.. within 48 hours the amount will be refunded to your account.
it seems you are new to irctc.
after loging in, just see at the center of your screen, you can see a yellow color envelope(REFUND written below it)
click that.
it will show all your cancelled or failed transaction.

I booked a ticket on 9/06/2012, I have booked a e ticket through irctc.co.in ,
for Tatanagar, form Howrah to with a date of journey 12/06/2012,
with the name of two passengers (Vikash Bakrewala and Sarita Bakrewala), through bank of SBI debit card.

TDS refund required min 45 days to process. sometime it takes more than 60 days too

the railway dept will do the verification of the particular PNR no,

1st : when the TDR is applied? ( i have not remembered the max time duration in which TDR to be applied)

2nd: if 1st process is qualified then it will be processed for the verification( whether the tickt holder really not traveled or simply claimed. if it is found fraud than the ticket holder will be dragged to court for some fine. if the claim is correct than the report will be forwarded for approval.

3:after approval the amount will be refunded to the account

Dear Sir,

While going through the mini statement received from the SBI ATM counter at PATTOM it has been noted that an amount of Rs.815 /- has been debited in my account no.10570405297 against the ticket towards under going journey to Trichur by Guruvayoor express on 3.06.12, In this connection it is to inform you that the transaction was showed as failed and tickets has not been seen in the booked history and as such I have again booked ticket for Trichur in Amrita Express Train and same has been shown in the booked history. But the charges of both failed transaction and ticket booked for Trichur (Rs. 815+Rs.815=Rs.1630) have been debited in my account,which may be verified and refund the immediately.

I was not verifying the failed transaction with my account so far and now I have verified same in IRTC site and found that the following transactions are to be settled since these are failed transactions

sir iam a student and i had reserved three tickets from H.NIZZAMUDDIN to HARPALPUR from the u.p sampark kranti train .but when i did the transaction than the transaction in the time of pay got error and idid the transaction two time more than i got pay the amount but igot that the amount from my account had been deducted two times more.that means the of that journey is 707 rs but the amount which deducted in my account is 2121rs it means 1414rs more had been deducted so please refund my left amuont.as quick as possible.

I got myself registered with my e-mail and mobile No. 9810429883 and got the mobile verification code as atk324. This was on 13.5.2012 and since then I could not activate my account as IRCTC has not fowarded the irctc password ,etc. which would enable me to operate my account. INTERNET DISCONNECTED DURING A TRANSACTION

Sir/Madam.
I was booking 3 tickets from Chennai Egmore(MS) to Kumbakonam(KMU) on 28th April night, 2012. Unfortunately, during the transaction, my internet connection was disconnected automatically for some technical reasons. The amount 1259 was deduced from my account and i did not received the ticket.
