IRCTC Site is for earning black money

Dear All,

As we all know that the corruption plays an important role in India and almost all government services are involved in it. IRCTC is one of them. So I would like to request you all that do not trust to IRCTC web-site for your important visits and just hire an agent and give some extra amount to him for ensuring your journey comfortably.

I have over 10 years of working experience in IT field and I understand easily why people are not able to book there tickets through IRCTC web-site.

I just want to tell to all the corrupt people of this country that you are going into hell and your life will be worst in near future. You people will suffer from lot of deceases and your wife's will betray you. If God is real than he must punished you all corruptionists.

pending TDR

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Nearly more than 2 months has crossed from the date of filling the TDR "PASSENGER NOT TRAVELLED"for my not travelling in my ticket PNR No:8207752771 (transaction ID. 0590204925)for train Ganeswari Super Delux journey dt.24.11.12 from LTT to Raipur.

After once rejecting my refund amount i have given all details i.e. i travelled on other train on the same day same time, but still my TDR is pending. Please let me know how long it takes to solve this matter.

kindly look into the matter asap or/else please provide me any other contact/mail option regarding this matter.

IRCTC not refunded cancelled ticket amount

Dear sir/madam,

This is to inform you that I have cancelled two tickets on 20-Dec-2012 vide 0579006899 and 0579003144. On IRCTC website, this is showing that the amount is refunded in account but if i check bank statement, there is no refund found. I also e-mailed to IRCTC and PNB (the bank from transaction performed) regarding refund. But they are not doing needful to resolve the issue. Instead they are saying that they have been made refund against cancellation. Now, my question is if the amount is credited then why am I not able to see that in my bank statement? Please take some action.

Deducting extra money

I have booked a ticket on march 25 and settled all amount at that time itself (BIL/420122216/ticket/0663367374).
But they have again taken an extra amount of Rs 11.24 from my account( IRCTC CH+ST 25/03/13 420122216) on march 28.

Refund of E-Ticket Charges.

I booked E- ticket on 9th March 2013 to travel by train from Chennai Egmore to Madurai. I have not received either SMS or email confirmation. But a sum of Rs.185/- has been deducted from the Bank account. I reproduced the message received from the bank. "YOUR A/C 30559021 IS DEBITED Rs.185/- ON 2013-03-09. INFO: PUR/M/S.INDIAN RAILW/NEW DELHI/090313/2" Kindly look into the matter and arrange to revert the amout deducted wrongly.

Regarding Train Late

I plaanned to go Jodhpur from Jaipur to attend a function . I booked round trip ticket. PNR no 2815834029 for Jaipur to Jodhpur and PNR no 2144934363 Jodhpur to Jaipur.

But PNR 2815834029 train number 14863 was late around 3 hours. I was at time on railway station. Train 14863 generally takes around 5 hours and 25 minutes. Train was around 3 hours late so it would reach at Jodhpur around 20:00Hours . So it's was not fruit full to go there and attend function. Because my return train time was 20:30 . I already submitted cancellation request for both ticket. India railway is taking cancellation charges . But it's was not my fault. One more thing PNR 2815834029 train number 14863 chart was already prepared before my requesting cancellation request. So i sent TDR.

I don't have any issue to rising fare charges and cancellation charges . But here is not my fault. Even i'm not able to attend function. And still you are taking charges from me. My request is to you that please refund my whole amount. I'm working person. Didn't attend office today.

Password

I did not get an email about the resetting password. Neither did I get an sms when I booked a ticket to Mumbai on 23rd March from Bangalore city junction. So, I don't have my pnr number. Please help and let me know what can be done to get the pnr number of the ticket. Please help to recover my account. I answered the security question but it shows that my answer is wrong.
