I submitted my mobile hand set on 10th January 2018,,after keeping the set for more than 1month defects not cured by the company,, and again I sent but this time motherboard was changed by the company as I was informed, but said defects not cured,, imei Nos.are 91xxxxxxxxx05811 and 911xxxxxx405803,model no Q11 4G .Therefore I request for a new hand set, otherwise I have to approach consumer forum.
