I have requested for repair of HP printer from last more than 15 days engr visit at my place and advice for change of parts which also demanded but not yet installed. If HP company is not in the position to repair the customers HP product than why the same are sale to the customer. Please resolve the issue at an early stage

I purchased hp inktank 319 on 23Jun18 from croma secundrabad. But even after 4 days the same has not been installed. I have spoken to the rep of company thrice but job still not done. Poor response from them is shameful and disgusting

worst sevices after buy, they just want to maximize their revenue on any grounds they have not take care of the customers. even their engineers have no trained to how to talk with the customers.

We have a good product HP CM8060 Colour MFP with edgeline technology, Serial No. SG821H1001, MFD 1st February 2008, supplied in the Year 2009 through your dealer Trishita, Kolkata (Mr. Shiv Modi, MD, Sales Personnel Mr. Supriyo) [From HP Mr. Dhruba Saha]. I bought a HP DVD writer on 21-02-2012 with original bill. After 5 months later it had a problem...so I send this DVD Writer on Neoteric Infomatique Limited. Neoteric are the importer & the authorize service center of HP product. So they repair my DVD writer but after 4 months later again the DVD writer have problem. So i once again send the writer to Neoteric Infomatique Ltd.But this time they did not accept my DVD writer...still i have 2 months warranty left according to my purchasing bill.

Neoteric Service center said that the warranty policy changed recently...the policy is, if they repair/replace the writer with it's warranty period it can not again change or repair ............

But i don't understand what type of policy this is.?..Where is my fault...?
My dvd writer still have 2 Months warranty left...and today they reject my dvd writer for their warranty policy..

Please sir look into the matter.

With ref. to our earlier complaint VOC NO: 120419081393 dt 19/04/12. I would like to bring to attention that your sevice centre people taken my window AC wide your JOB card no: 120401024843 dt 01/04/12. After finishing the job they brought the wrong unit with changed digital panal as well as whole unit, which is not fitting to the existing frame. Even the colour of the unit changed. When we raised the same points to the service men he removed the digital panel and ran away. After 4 days they informed us to fit the different panel board. We insisted to bring back our original unit with existing panel board. We made several remainders to service centre prople as we as online customer care centre, but failed to get solution for our problem. We suffering a lot in this hot summer form last one month due this mischief. We strongly request you to take up the matter on top priority to replace our unit with in 36hr, other wise we will be compelled to lodge complaint in consumer forum. please do justice and replace our unit more 35 days are lapsed

On Jan 25, 2012 , I bought a hp laptop - Pavilion dv6- 6115TX. But dealer didn't provide me any CD/ DVD either of Windows 7 or of any other softwares. I asked for these but shopkeeper told me that Company didn't give any CD/ DVD with hp Laptop.
My hp laptop is having a window 7 sticker on it. They just installed it but didn't provide me.
But my friends with Dell laptop are having such Window 7 CD free with their Laptop ! I don't know what is wrong here.

I purchased a laptop model number G62-355DX from Big Buy in USA in 2010. Warranty is over. Now this month I suddenly had a problem that the note book went blank by itself. When I tried to turn the system on again it makes a sound like it is trying to boot but after 30 seconds or so only the power light is on and the light in the 'caps lock' key starts to blink. Nothing more. Once in a while the system does turn on and it may go off again in a few hours. Then it may not turn on for days. I contacted HP customer service and they said that someone will call me back. Three days have passed and no one has called. Please help.
